Adding the water-soluble epoxy modified acrylic resin in the table 1 into a container, and dispersing for 2 minutes at a stirring speed of 800 rpm; then adding an amine neutralizer at the stirring speed of 800rpm, and dispersing for 4 minutes; then adding a cosolvent at the stirring speed of 600rpm, and dispersing for 4 minutes; then adding the aqueous defoaming agent at the stirring speed of 1000rpm, and dispersing for 20 minutes; then adding the aqueous wetting agent at the stirring speed of 1000rpm, and dispersing for 4 minutes; then deionized water is added under the stirring speed of 700rpm, and the mixture is dispersed for 2 minutes; then, the aqueous amino resin was added thereto at a stirring speed of 800rpm and dispersed for 8 minutes to obtain a component A of the boiling water resistant glass coating compositions of examples one to three and a component A of the aqueous glass coating compositions of comparative example one and two, respectively.
Respectively stirring and dispersing the component A of the boiling water boiling resistant glass coating material of the first embodiment to the component A of the water glass coating material of the first comparative example and the component A of the water glass coating material of the second comparative example with the component B, water and a coloring agent by a conventional way, and mixing to obtain a boiling water boiling resistant glass coating material which corresponds to the first-color paint of the example, the second-color paint of the example, the three-color paint of the example, the first-color paint of the comparative example and the second-color paint of the comparative example; wherein, the following coloring agents are selected, and sky blue color concentrate (Shanghai brocade Sundai science and technology Limited RB-61) is adopted in the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the first comparative example, and another color paste (Shanghai pigment science and technology Limited NW-1457) is adopted in the third embodiment and the second comparative example; in all examples, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the water is 100:2:30, and in the colored paints of the example two, the comparative example one, the example three and the comparative example two, the amount of the colorant is 10% of the mass of the component A, and in the colored paint of the example, the amount of the colorant is 20% of the mass of the component A. The B component of the first example, the first comparative example and the second comparative example is KH-560, the B component of the second example is FD-560A, and the B component of the third example is MP 200.
And respectively coating the colored paints on the same conventional glass by a conventional spraying method, and drying at 150 ℃ for 20min to obtain the boiling water resistant glass coating. The same general glass was coated with a commercially available water-based glass paint (manufacturer: some of Hangzhou Mingquan New Material, trade name: water-based brightening paint) by the same general spraying method at 170 ℃ for 20min to obtain a commercially available water-based glass coating (with 10% sky blue tinctorial). The same conventional spray coating process was used to coat a commercial aqueous dispersion (aqueous glass paint, Hangzhou Zeyu paint science and technology Co., Ltd.) onto the same conventional glass at 170 ℃ for 20min to obtain a commercial aqueous glass dispersion layer (with 10% sky blue tints).

The performance tests were performed according to the method of Table 2, and the results are shown in Table 3.

FIG. 1 is a photograph showing adhesion tests between a boiling water resistant glass coating (reference numeral 1) and a commercially available water glass coating (reference numeral 2) in example II, and it can be seen that the coating of the present invention reached 5B and the commercially available coating was 0B. FIG. 2 is a photograph of the water-soluble glass coating (labeled 1) resistant to boiling water, the commercially available water-soluble glass coating (labeled 2) and the commercially available water-soluble glass dispersion layer (labeled 3) after adhesion test after boiling water resistance in the first example, and it can be seen that the coating of the present invention reaches 5B, the two commercially available coatings are 0B, and a small amount of peeling and a large amount of peeling exist respectively; fig. 1 and 2 are both blue.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has high flexibility, and users can spray varnish, add any color paste or color concentrate, especially add sky blue color concentrate which is the most difficult in the market, thereby bringing great convenience to the users in terms of color; the drying performance and general performance test of the coating after being dried at 150 ℃ for 20min are consistent with or even better than those of the water-based glass coating on the market after being baked and dried at 170 ℃ for 20min, and the coating has the excellent performance of resisting boiling water for 2 h; in the aspect of storage stability, the reasonable use amount of the amine neutralizer is used, and the proper proportion of the cosolvent is matched, so that the storage performance of the coating can be stabilized for a long time, the component A can have the minimum shelf life of 12 months, and the shelf life of the component A is improved by 3 times compared with the shelf life of the component A in 3 months on the market.

Claims (10)

1. The boiling water resistant glass coating material is characterized by being prepared by mixing a component A, a component B, water and a coloring agent; the component A consists of water-soluble epoxy modified acrylic resin, water-based amino resin, an amine neutralizer, a water-based wetting agent, a water-based defoaming agent, a cosolvent and deionized water; the component B is a silane coupling agent; the colorant is color paste or color concentrate.
2. The boiling water resistant water glass coating material of claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the boiling water resistant water glass coating material comprises the steps of firstly stirring and dispersing the water-soluble epoxy modified acrylic resin, then adding the amine neutralizer, stirring and dispersing again, then adding the cosolvent, continuously stirring and dispersing, then adding the water defoamer, then stirring and dispersing, then adding the water wetting agent, continuously stirring and dispersing, then adding the deionized water, finally stirring and dispersing, then adding the water amino resin, and stirring uniformly to obtain the component A; and mixing the component A, the component B, water and the coloring agent to obtain the boiling water resistant glass coating material.
3. The boiling water resistant water glass coating material of claim 1, wherein the water soluble epoxy modified acrylic resin, the water soluble amino resin, the amine neutralizer, the water soluble wetting agent, the water soluble defoamer, the cosolvent and the deionized water are respectively 30-50 parts, 6-15 parts, 0.4-8 parts, 0.2-0.5 part, 5-10 parts and the balance by weight based on 100 parts of the component A.
4. The boiling water resistant water glass coating frit according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the component a, the component B, water and the colorant is 100:1-3: 20-30: 1-20.
5. The boiling water resistant glass coating composition of claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is one or more of ethanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol butyl ether, and propylene glycol monomethyl ether.

The boiling water resistant glass coating composition of claim 5, wherein when the cosolvent comprises ethanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether; the mass ratio of ethanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol monomethyl ether is as follows: 5-20:5-30: 20-40:5-30.

The preparation method of the boiling water resistant glass coating material of claim 1, comprising the steps of firstly stirring and dispersing the water-soluble epoxy modified acrylic resin, then adding the amine neutralizer, stirring and dispersing again, then adding the cosolvent, continuing to stir and disperse, then adding the water-based antifoaming agent, stirring and dispersing again, then adding the water-based wetting agent, continuing to stir and disperse, then adding the deionized water, finally stirring and dispersing, then adding the water-based amino resin, and stirring uniformly to obtain the component A; and mixing the component A, the component B, water and the coloring agent to obtain the boiling water resistant glass coating material.

The preparation method of the boiling water resistant glass coating material according to claim 7, wherein the mass parts of the component A are 100 parts, and the mass parts of the water-soluble epoxy modified acrylic resin, the water-based amino resin, the amine neutralizer, the water-based wetting agent, the water-based antifoaming agent, the cosolvent and the deionized water are respectively 30-50 parts, 6-15 parts, 0.4-8 parts, 0.2-0.5 part, 5-10 parts and the balance; the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the water to the colorant is 100:1-3: 20-30: 1-20.

The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the stirring rate for the first stirring and dispersing is 800rpm and the time is 2-3 minutes, the stirring rate for the second stirring and dispersing is 800rpm and the time is 3-5 minutes, the stirring rate for the continuous stirring and dispersing is 600-800rpm and the time is 3-5 minutes, the stirring rate for the subsequent stirring and dispersing is 1000-1200rpm and the time is 15-20 minutes, the stirring rate for the continuous stirring and dispersing is 800-1000rpm and the time is 3-5 minutes, and the stirring rate for the final stirring and dispersing is 600-800rpm and the time is 2-3 minutes, and the stirring rate for the uniform stirring is 600-800rpm and the time is 5-10 minutes.
