TABLE 1
Depth of dyeing | 1.0%O.W.F | 2.0%O.W.F | 4.0%O.W.F |
Example 1 | Ref. | 185.40% | 367.49% |
Example 2 | Ref. | 182.04% | 347.20% |
Note: o.w.f denotes the depth of staining and ref. denotes the reference standard therefor.
As can be seen from Table 1, with the same dyeing depth of 2.0% and 4.0%, example 1 with the addition of substance D is slightly higher than example 2, i.e. the addition of substance D results in an improvement in the lifting force performance.
Compatibility and dyeing process:
as shown in FIG. 1, the dye uptake curves of the respective dyes are shown. It can be seen that the staining tendency (with temperature and incubation time) of yellow 54 is substantially the same as that of conventional yellow 23; the dye has good compatibility with blue 56 and red 60, and each dye is rarely colored at 100 ℃ as shown in the upper figure, so that the temperature rise rate of 2 ℃/min can be adopted at room temperature to 100 ℃, and the temperature rise rate can be properly slowed down to 1 ℃/min at 100-130 ℃ which is a dye concentrated dyeing stage; and the heat preservation is carried out for 10min, 20min and 40min, the color yield is basically not different or is even slightly reduced, so the heat preservation time is not suitable to be overlong, the dyeing process is shortened, and the color yield is higher.
pH dependence:
TABLE 2
Note: in table 2, ref.ds indicates the intensity of a dyed cloth sample under the subsequent dyeing conditions, based on a dyed cloth sample having a pH of 4.0, DE indicates the total color difference, DC indicates the chroma (i.e., lightness), and DH indicates the hue.
As can be seen from Table 2, the change of pH has little influence on dyeing, the product can dye under the alkalescent condition besides the conventional weakly acidic condition, the residual alkali is required to be removed after the pretreatment of general fibers, and the dye bath is adjusted to be acidic, and the product can also dye under the alkalescent condition, so that the water consumption for cleaning is reduced, and the dyeing process flow is reduced.

Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
