The positioning jig mechanism 43 includes a second positioning jig 431 and a first mounting bracket 432. The first mounting bracket 432 is mounted on the first linear driving mechanism 42, and the second positioning jig 431 is mounted on the first mounting bracket 432. The second positioning fixture 431 is provided with at least one positioning column 4311, the number of the positioning columns 4311 in this embodiment is 4, and the 4 positioning columns 4311 are respectively disposed at four corners of the upper surface of the second positioning fixture 431. The graphite flake feeding device 4 can realize automatic feeding of the graphite flakes 1002, and has the advantages of reducing manpower, improving efficiency and precision, improving product quality and yield, enhancing operation safety, meeting the requirement of mass production, reducing production cost of products, enabling the products to have higher market competitiveness and the like.
As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the graphite sheet transfer device 5 includes a suction mechanism 51 and a multi-axis drive mechanism 52. The multi-axis driving mechanism 52 is installed on the machine body 1, the material sucking mechanism 51 is installed on the multi-axis driving mechanism 52, and the material sucking mechanism 51 is matched with the graphite sheet 1002. Thus, the suction mechanism 51 is used to suck the graphite sheet 1002, and the multi-axis drive mechanism 52 is used to convey the sucked graphite sheet 1002. The multi-axis drive mechanism 52 of the present embodiment may be a commercially available multi-axis robot, an industrial robot, or the like. The material sucking mechanism 51 may be a sucking block having a plurality of material sucking holes at the bottom.
The graphite sheet shifting device 5 further comprises a second mounting plate 53, a pressing mechanism 54 and an angle adjusting mechanism 55. The material suction mechanism 51 is mounted at the bottom of the second mounting plate 53, the pressing mechanism 54 is rotatably mounted on the second mounting plate 53 and located at one side of the material suction mechanism 51, the angle adjusting mechanism 55 comprises a third mounting plate 551 and an angle adjusting cylinder 552, the third mounting plate 551 is connected with the multi-shaft driving mechanism 52, one end of the third mounting plate 551 is rotatably connected with one end of the second mounting plate 53, and the other end of the third mounting plate 551 is linked with the other end of the second mounting plate 53 through the angle adjusting cylinder 552. The pressing mechanism 54 of the present embodiment may be a pressing roller 6222. Therefore, the graphite sheet shifting device 5 has the functions of sucking and transporting graphite sheets 1002 and also has the preliminary laminating function, the preliminary laminating function is realized by the cooperation of the pressing mechanism 54 and the angle adjusting mechanism 55, and the specific principle is as follows: after the graphite sheet 1002 is sucked by the material sucking mechanism 51, the graphite sheet is conveyed to the first positioning jig 32 under the driving of the multi-axis driving mechanism 52 and is placed above the metal piece 300, the graphite sheet 1002 is attached by the pressing mechanism 54, and the angle of the pressing mechanism 54 is required to be adjusted by the angle adjusting mechanism 55 due to the fact that the metal piece 300 is an uneven surface, so that the pressing effect is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 11, the automatic graphite sheet sticking machine further comprises a visual positioning device 8. The visual positioning device 8 is disposed on the machine body 1 and located between the graphite sheet feeding device 4 and the turntable device 3, and the visual positioning device 8 is configured to position the graphite sheet 1002 and the metal piece 300.
The visual alignment device 8 includes a first visual alignment mechanism 81 and a second visual alignment mechanism 82. The first visual positioning mechanism 81 is arranged between the graphite flake feeding device 4 and the turntable device 3, is matched with the graphite flake moving device 5 and is used for positioning the graphite flakes 1002; the second visual positioning mechanism 82 is disposed below the rotating disc 31 and is matched with the first positioning fixture 32 for positioning the metal piece 300 placed in the first positioning fixture 32. The first visual alignment mechanism 81 and the second visual alignment mechanism 82 of the present embodiment may be a detection system composed of a CCD visual camera 811 and a ring light source 812. Therefore, the visual positioning device 8 is arranged, and the graphite flake moving device 5 is matched to realize accurate feeding of the graphite flake 1002, so that the alignment of the positions of the graphite flake 1002 and the metal piece 300 is ensured, and the subsequent rapid attachment is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 12 to 15, the bonding apparatus 6 includes a second linear driving mechanism 61 and a bonding mechanism 62. The second linear driving mechanism 61 is installed on the machine body 1, and the attaching mechanism 62 is installed on the second linear driving mechanism 61; the attaching mechanism 62 is configured to press the material placed on the first positioning jig 32, so that the graphite sheet 1002 is attached to the upper surface of the metal piece 300; the second linear driving mechanism 61 is configured to adjust the position of the bonding mechanism 62. Thus, the bonding apparatus 6 of the present invention operates in the following principle: the first positioning jig 32 and the workpiece 400 placed above the first positioning jig are conveyed to the working area of the fitting device 6 under the action of the rotating disc 31, then the second linear driving mechanism 61 works to drive the whole fitting mechanism 62 to perform fitting work, and the graphite sheet 1002 preliminarily fitted above the metal piece 300 is pressed and fitted to the metal piece 300.
The second linear drive mechanism 61 of the present embodiment may be a linear motor.
As shown in fig. 15, the metal fitting 300 of the present embodiment is a special-shaped workpiece, and a bent portion 3001 is provided on the metal fitting 300. The attaching mechanism 62 includes a first attaching component 621, the first attaching component 621 is installed on the second linear driving mechanism 61, and the first attaching component 621 is matched with the bending portion 3001 of the metal member 300, so as to attach the graphite sheet 1002 to the bending portion 3001. Therefore, for the bonding of the metal member 300 having the bent portion 3001, the bonding work with high efficiency and high quality cannot be completed by the conventional bonding tool or manual work, and the first bonding assembly 621 of the present invention can be completed.
The first attaching assembly 621 includes a second driving member 6211 and a squeegee 6212, the second driving member 6211 being mounted to the second linear driving mechanism 61, the squeegee 6212 being mounted to the second driving member 6211. The second driver 6211 of the present embodiment may be a telescopic cylinder. One end of the scraping and pasting plate 6212 is connected with the second driving member 6211, and the other end is matched with the bending part 3001. Accordingly, the second driving member 6211 is configured to drive the pasting blade 6212 to move up and down, and the second linear driving mechanism 61 is further configured to feed in two axial directions to paste the bent portion 3001.
The scraping plate 6212 is provided with a protrusion 6212a, and the protrusion 6212a is engaged with the bending portion 3001. Thus, the protrusion 6212a facilitates better fitting of the bent portion 3001.
The attaching mechanism 62 further includes a second attaching assembly 622, and the second attaching assembly 622 is installed on the second linear driving mechanism 61 and is located on one side of the first attaching assembly 621. Second laminating assembly 622 cooperates with the planar portion of metal article 300 to press graphite sheet 1002 against the upper surface of metal article 300. The first positioning fixture 32 is provided with an installation groove 321 matched with the workpiece 400. Thus, the mounting groove 321 facilitates quick mounting of the workpiece 400.
The attaching device 6 further comprises a supporting mechanism 63, the supporting mechanism 63 is installed on the machine body and located right below the positioning jig, and the supporting mechanism 63 is matched with the attaching mechanism 62 and configured to support the positioning jig when the attaching mechanism 62 works. Therefore, the supporting mechanism 63 is convenient for supporting the first positioning jig 32, and the safety of the attaching work is enhanced. The supporting mechanism 63 includes a second mounting bracket 631 and a supporting wheel 632, the second mounting bracket 631 is mounted on the machine body 1, and the supporting wheel 632 is rotatably mounted on the second mounting bracket 631 and located under the first positioning fixture 32.

s3, feeding of graphite sheets 1002: after the graphite sheet 1002 is sucked by the material sucking mechanism 51, the graphite sheet is conveyed to the first positioning jig 32 conveyed under the action of the rotating disc 31 under the drive of the multi-axis driving mechanism 52 and the cooperation of the visual detection device, and is placed above the metal piece 300, the graphite sheet 1002 is attached by the pressing mechanism 54, and the angle of the pressing mechanism 54 needs to be adjusted by the angle adjusting mechanism 55 due to the fact that the metal piece 300 is a non-flat surface, so that preliminary attachment is completed; in this step, since the release film 1003 is pressed by the pressing mechanism 44, the separation of the graphite sheet 1002 and the release film 1003 can be completed simultaneously in the suction process.
