Detailed Description
Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a paper container manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. The paper container manufacturing equipment comprises a machine table 10, a paper container shaping mechanism 20 arranged on the machine table 10, at least one hot air blowing mechanism 30 arranged on the machine table 10, a bottom rolling mechanism 40 arranged on the machine table 10, a bottom paper sheet feeding mechanism 50 arranged on the machine table 10, at least one bottom pressing mechanism 60 arranged on the machine table 10, and a cup mouth curling device 80 arranged on the machine table 10. The paper container manufacturing apparatus further includes other functional modules, such as a rotating mechanism, a driving mechanism, an electrical connection assembly, etc., which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The machine 10 is a conventional machine for carrying and connecting various functional modules, such as a paper container shaping mechanism 20, a hot air blowing mechanism 30, etc., and therefore, the structure and connection thereof will not be described in detail herein.
The paper container forming mechanism 20 is per se a prior art mechanism for forming a fan-shaped sheet of paper into a paper container open at both ends. The paper container may be a polygonal paper container, a circular paper container, or an oval paper container, which may be set according to actual needs. Since the paper used as the paper container is coated on the surface thereof with a waterproof coating layer such as PE, PP, PLA, PBS, PET, or the like. Thus, when the paper container shaping mechanism 20 shapes the paper container, the two ends of the fan-shaped paper sheet can be bonded together by heating to form a paper tube.
The hot air blowing mechanism 30 is a conventional structure for blowing hot air to one end of the paper container to improve elasticity of the one end of the paper container. Due to the need to curl one end of the paper container to combine with the bottom sheet of paper to form the bottom of the paper container. The number of the hot air blowing mechanisms 30 may be selected as needed. In the present embodiment, the hot air blowing mechanism 30 has two.
The structure of the bottom rolling mechanism 40 is a conventional art for rolling one end of the paper container that is blown hot toward the inside of the paper container. By the action of the bottom rolling mechanism 40, one end of the paper container is bent back towards the inside thereof without engaging the inside wall of the paper container to form a paper container closed at one end in combination with the bottom sheet.
The bottom sheet feeding mechanism 50 is constructed as a conventional technique for feeding a bottom sheet into the paper container to be combined with the paper container. The bottom sheet feeding mechanism 50 includes a bottom sheet preheating mechanism 51 and a bottom forming mechanism 52. The bottom paper preheat 51 is used to blow heat the bottom paper sheet for the next step of curling. The purpose of the preheating is also to increase the elasticity of the bottom sheet to avoid breakage during crimping. The bottom cup forming mechanism 52 is configured to curl a hem during feeding of the bottom sheet into the bottom cup forming mechanism 52.
The bottoming mechanism 60 is also per se a prior art technique for crimping the edge of the bottom sheet together with the curled portion of the paper container to form the paper container.
The cup rim curling device 80 is used for curling the other end of the paper container, and includes an oil applying mechanism 81, a curling preheating mechanism 82, and at least one curling mechanism 83. The oiling mechanism 81 is used for oiling the edge of the paper container before the rolling opening so as to facilitate the subsequent rolling opening. The toughness of the edge of the paper container can be improved by applying oil, so that the subsequent rolling opening is facilitated. The curling preheating mechanism 82 is used for pre-curling the edge of the paper container after the oil is applied, while blowing hot air to increase the elasticity of the edge of the paper container. The number of the curling mechanisms 83 can be set according to actual needs, and the shape to be curled by each curling mechanism 83 can also be designed according to actual processes, and the number of the curling mechanisms 83 is two, so that the curling efficiency is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the paper container manufacturing equipment provided by the invention can roll the fan-shaped paper sheets into the paper container according to actual needs, and simultaneously can select the paper sheets with different thicknesses according to the actual needs to manufacture the paper container, so that the paper container can be suitable for being used in any occasions.

The second embodiment provides a paper container manufacturing apparatus, which includes a machine 100, a paper container shaping mechanism 200 disposed on the machine 100, at least one hot air blowing mechanism 300 disposed on the machine 100, a bottom rolling mechanism 400 disposed on the machine 100, a bottom paper feeding mechanism 500 disposed on the machine 100, at least one bottom pressing mechanism 600 disposed on the machine 100, a water injection line forming mechanism 700 disposed on the machine 100, and a cup edge curling device 800 disposed on the machine 100.
Compared with the first embodiment, the machine table 100, the paper container shaping mechanism 200, the hot air blowing mechanism 300, the bottom rolling mechanism 400, the bottom pressing mechanism 600, and the water injection line forming mechanism 700 of the paper container manufacturing apparatus according to the second embodiment have the same structures and functions as those of the corresponding mechanisms of the first embodiment, i.e., the machine table 10, the paper container shaping mechanism 20, the hot air blowing mechanism 30, the bottom rolling mechanism 40, the bottom pressing mechanism 60, and the water injection line forming mechanism 70, and detailed description thereof will not be repeated here.
In the second embodiment, the bottom sheet feeding mechanism 500 includes a bottom cutting mechanism 501, a bottom cup preheating mechanism 502, and a curling mechanism 503. The bottom paper cutting station 501 cuts the bottom paper sheet from a single, full strip of paper. The bottom paper preheating mechanism 502 is used to heat the cut bottom paper pieces to improve the elasticity and block toughness of the bottom paper pieces. The crimping mechanism 503 is used to crimp the hem formed by the bottom sheet of paper again for further forming. After the bottom sheet is formed, the crimping mechanism 503 feeds it into the rolled container.
The cup rim curling device 800 comprises an oil applying mechanism 801, a preheating mechanism 802, a primary curling mechanism 803 and a secondary curling mechanism 804. The oiling mechanism 801 is used for oiling the edge of the paper container before the rolling opening so as to facilitate the subsequent rolling opening. The toughness of the edge of the paper container can be improved by applying oil, so that the subsequent rolling opening is facilitated. The curling preheating mechanism 802 is used for blowing hot air to the edge of the oiled paper container to increase the elasticity of the edge of the paper container. The structure of the primary curling mechanism 803 is per se prior art, which performs pre-curling on the edge of the paper container, i.e., if the curling is wound by an angle greater than or equal to 360 degrees, the primary curling mechanism 803 may wind the edge of the paper container by an angle of 120 degrees to 180 degrees. The secondary crimping mechanism 804 winds the edge of the paper container to a final position, such as greater than or equal to 360 degrees. If the coil is wound into other shapes, such as a square shape, the winding mode is the same.
The paper container manufacturing apparatus provided in the second embodiment further includes a line-injection molding mechanism 700 disposed on the machine 100. The water injection line forming mechanism 700 itself is also a prior art for forming a water injection line on the side wall of the paper container. The water injection line is the highest water level paper when the paper container is used. When the paper container is used for containing liquid such as milk tea or instant noodles, the water injection line is used for marking the amount of the added water.
The paper container manufacturing apparatus provided in the second embodiment can manufacture a paper container having a larger thickness than the first embodiment.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents or improvements that are within the spirit of the present invention are intended to be covered by the following claims.
