Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shellfish marine product culture, in particular to a portable shellfish cage attachment cleaning device.
Background
In the process of culturing shellfish marine products, floating mud and attached organisms are attached to the shellfish cage and the shells along with the increase of the culturing time. The sludge and attached organisms can cause the following effects: firstly, the floating mud and attached organisms can cause serious blockage of the meshes of the shellfish cage, so that water flow is not smooth, dissolved oxygen is insufficient, and biological baits are reduced; secondly, fouling organisms such as sponges, oysters and the like compete for baits with the shellfish, and further the shellfish is lack of nutrition; thirdly, in the attached organisms, the thysanbranchia insects in the hairy species, the female worms and the like can secrete acidic substances to corrode shells, and the shells penetrate through the shells and damage the mantle of the shells in severe cases, so that the survival rate of the shells is low and the growth of the shells is slow. Therefore, timely cleaning of the attachments on the surface of the shellfish cage is an essential important link in the shellfish culture process.
Chinese patent publication No. CN110404896A discloses an automatic scallop cage cleaning device, which comprises a conveying device and a reciprocating beating device, wherein the reciprocating beating device comprises a support, a driving motor, a rotating shaft, a cam, a swing arm, a roller, an extension spring and a beating part, the support is fixedly connected with a frame of the conveying device, the driving motor is fixedly connected with the support, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the support, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft through a transmission mechanism, the cam is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, a swing arm connecting shaft is fixedly connected to the support, the lower end of the swing arm is rotatably connected with the swing arm connecting shaft, the roller is rotatably connected with the upper end of the swing arm, the support is connected with an extension spring connecting frame, and the extension spring is connected between the extension; the beating component is fixedly connected with the lower end of the swing arm.
The device disclosed in the above two patent documents can clean the shellfish cage, but the device itself has a complex structure and a large volume, and when the device is used, the shellfish must be taken out from the shellfish cage to clean the shellfish cage, and the byssus needs to be cut off in the process, which may cause damage to partial mussel byssus glands, damage to the edges of shells, occlusion parts and other mechanical damages, and influence the growth rate of shellfish.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the existing shellfish cleaning device and provides a portable shellfish attachment cleaning device. The invention can clean the shellfish without taking the shellfish out of the shellfish, thereby reducing the mechanical damage to the shellfish when the shellfish is taken out of the shellfish. Meanwhile, the invention has simple and reliable structure, can be conveniently carried to the vicinity of a culture place for use, and avoids the shellfish from being damaged in the process of being transported and exposed to the sun in the burning sun after leaving water.
