Claims (5)
1. A cleaning device for aquatic product processing comprises a cleaning box (1), a feed hopper (3) arranged on the cleaning box (1), a water inlet pipe (16) and a discharge port (19), it is characterized in that a connecting frame (4) is arranged on the cleaning box (1) through a supporting frame (2), an inverted U-shaped movable frame (7) is fixed on the connecting frame (4) through an electric push rod I (6), through grooves (24) are formed on two sides of the movable frame (7), a movable plate (27) penetrates through the through grooves (24), an outer side plate (30) is fixed on the outer side of the moving plate (27), an inner side plate (31) is fixed on the inner side, the inner side plate (31) is provided with a brush roller (25), the outer side plate (30) is provided with a chute (26), the top of the moving frame (7) is provided with a driving mechanism which acts on the chute (26) and adjusts the position of the brush roller (25);
a partition plate (20) is fixed in the cleaning box (1), a through opening (33) is formed in the partition plate (20), a movable plate (11) is arranged at the top of the through opening (33), a plurality of water permeable holes (10) are formed in the movable plate (11), and a power part for driving the movable plate (11) to move is arranged in the cleaning box (1);
the outer wall of the cleaning box (1) is provided with a circulating flushing piece for flushing aquatic products;
the driving mechanism comprises lifting rods (23) arranged on the outer side of an outer side plate (30), moving pins (28) matched with the inclined grooves (26) are formed on the inner sides of the lifting rods (23), the lifting rods (23) are fixed through connecting rods (8), and a driving assembly for driving the lifting rods (23) to move in the vertical direction is arranged on the moving frame (7); the driving assembly comprises a double-shaft motor (5) fixed on the moving frame (7), a rotating arm (32) is mounted on an output shaft of the double-shaft motor (5), and the rotating arm (32) is hinged with a connecting arm (29) rotating on the inner side of the lifting rod (23) through a pin shaft;
the power part comprises a second electric push rod (22) arranged at the bottom of the partition plate (20), and the telescopic end of the second electric push rod (22) is fixed with the movable plate (11).
2. The cleaning device for aquatic product processing according to claim 1, wherein a guide protrusion (13) is formed on the outer wall of the lifting rod (23), and a guide groove (9) matched with the guide protrusion (13) is formed on the inner wall of the connecting frame (4).
