the two-stage scrubbing mechanism (16) comprises an upper washboard (3) arranged on the inner side of a two-stage cleaning box (4), a lower washboard (7) is correspondingly arranged on the inner side of the two-stage cleaning box (4) below the upper washboard (3), a plurality of flushing ports (91) are arranged in parallel on the inner wall of the bottom end of a three-stage cleaning box (9), and a central rod (92) penetrates through the middle of the brush roller (8).

The crayfish processing and cleaning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary brushing mechanism (15) comprises a rotating rod (101) installed at the center of the inside of the primary cleaning box (1), an upper brush plate (103) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the rotating rod (101), a lower brush plate (102) corresponding to the upper brush plate (103) is connected to the lower end of the rotating rod (101), and a main motor (104) is connected to one end, corresponding to the rotating rod (101), of the lower surface of the primary cleaning box (1).
