Technical Field

Background
At present, the catheter intervention diagnosis and treatment in China enter the mature and popular period, and the operation of diagnosis and treatment through femoral artery catheter intervention is widely used in clinic. However, there are some problems with the hemostatic effect after catheter intervention: the brake time is long, the retention time is long, and the false hemangioma, loose tissue bleeding and the like are occasionally caused to cause different degrees of pains to patients.

Aiming at the technical defects, the invention aims to provide an in-vitro pressure blocking hemostat for femoral artery, which can accurately block a wound by a pressure head and perform in-vitro pressure blocking hemostasis after catheter intervention; static and dynamic self-adaptive pressure conversion in the postoperative wound healing process is achieved; the doctor has simple operation, low labor intensity, zero braking time and short time, and medical resources can be better utilized.

Preferably, the composite elastic pressing and blocking device is obliquely fixed on the ilium body position fixing belt and the thigh body position fixing belt, and the two body position fixing and limiting belts are respectively positioned on two sides of the composite elastic pressing and blocking device.
Preferably, the elastic pressing plate is located between the two body position fixing limiting belts and located between the ilium body position fixing belts and the thigh body position fixing belts.

As shown in fig. 1, an extracorporeal pressure blocking hemostat for femoral artery comprises a composite elastic pressure blocking device and a body position fixing unit; the composite elastic pressing and blocking device is fixed on the body position fixing unit; the composite elastic pressure blocking device comprises a pressure head 2, a pressure elastic body 3, a pressure elastic body moving adhesion device 4, an elastic pressure plate 11 and an elastic pressure plate pressurizing belt 1; the body position fixing unit comprises an ilium body position fixing belt 9, a thigh body position fixing belt 6 and two body position fixing limiting belts 5 which are arranged in parallel at intervals; the elastic pressing plate pressurizing belt 1 is fixed on the ilium body position fixing belt 9 and the thigh body position fixing belt 6; the two ends of the body position fixing and limiting belt 5 are respectively fixed on the ilium body position fixing belt 9 and the thigh body position fixing belt 6; the elastic pressing plate 11 is fixed on the ilium body position fixing belt 9 and the thigh body position fixing belt 6; the pressure head 2 and the elastomer moving adhesion device 4 are respectively fixed at two ends of the elastomer 3; the pressure elastomer moving adhesion device 4 is movably stuck on the elastic pressing plate 11, and the target position can be blocked by adjusting the position of the pressure elastomer moving adhesion device 4 on the elastic pressing plate 11; the elastic pressing plate pressurizing belt 1, the ilium position fixing belt 9 and the thigh position fixing belt 6 are respectively and movably provided with a plug 8 and a buckle 7, and the plug 8 is inserted into the buckle 7 to complete locking and fixing; the eye-splice 7 type tensioning, the tie-down type tensioning, the elastic type tensioning and the tension spring type tensioning can be realized.
Further, the elastic pressing plate pressurizing belt 1 is obliquely fixed on the ilium position fixing belt 9 and the thigh position fixing belt 6, and accords with the abdomen-leg ergonomic included angle formed by natural stepping; and the two body position fixing and limiting belts 5 are respectively positioned at two sides of the elastic pressing plate pressurizing belt 1.
Further, the elastic pressing plate 11 is located between the two body position fixing and limiting belts 5 and between the ilium body position fixing belt 9 and the thigh body position fixing belt 6.
Furthermore, the pressure head 2 is an organosilicon pressure head 2, which is nontoxic and harmless; or other non-toxic hard flexible body.
Further, the elastomer body 3 is a spring, and the middle diameter of the spring is gradually increased from two ends to the middle; the elastomer body 3 is a drum type, or other elastomer body that does not displace when pressurized.
Further, the elastic pressing plate pressurizing belt 1, the ilium position fixing belt 9 and the thigh position fixing belt 6 are movably provided with adjusting buckles 10 for adjusting the lengths of the elastic pressing plate pressurizing belt 1, the ilium position fixing belt 9 and the thigh position fixing belt 6 so as to meet different body types and positions of patients; the adjustment buckle 10 is of conventional design, such as adjustment of the length of a strap on a helmet, and is also adjusted by the adjustment buckle 10.
Further, the length of the thigh position fixing strap 6 is smaller than the length of the ilium position fixing strap 9.
According to the design, the pressure head is used for accurately blocking up the wound, and in-vitro pressure blocking hemostasis after catheter intervention is implemented; static and dynamic self-adaptive pressure conversion in the postoperative wound healing process is achieved; the doctor has simple operation, low labor intensity, zero braking time and short time, and medical resources can be better utilized.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
Claims (7)
1. An external pressure blocking hemostat for femoral artery is characterized by comprising a composite elastic pressure blocking device and a body position fixing unit; the composite elastic pressing and blocking device is fixed on the body position fixing unit; the composite elastic pressure blocking device comprises a pressure head, a pressure elastic body moving adhesion device, an elastic pressure plate and an elastic pressure plate pressurizing belt; the body position fixing unit comprises an ilium body position fixing belt, a thigh body position fixing belt and two body position fixing limiting belts which are arranged in parallel at intervals; the two ends of the position fixing and limiting belt are respectively fixed on the ilium position fixing belt and the thigh position fixing belt; the elastic pressing plate is fixed on the ilium body position fixing belt and the thigh body position fixing belt; the pressure head and the pressure projectile body moving adhesion device are respectively fixed at two ends of the pressure projectile body; the elastomer moving adhesion device is movably stuck on the elastic pressing plate; the elastic pressing plate pressing belt, the ilium position fixing belt and the thigh position fixing belt are movably provided with plugs and buckles.

An extracorporeal pressure blocking hemostat for femoral artery as in claim 1 wherein said composite elastic pressure blocking means is diagonally fixed to said ilium position fixing band, thigh position fixing band, and two said position fixing limit bands are respectively located on both sides of said composite elastic pressure blocking means.
3. An extracorporeal pressure blocking hemostat for the femoral artery as in claim 2 wherein said elastic pressure plate is located between two of said postural support bands and between said iliac posture fixation band and thigh posture fixation band.
4. An extracorporeal pressure blocking hemostat for the femoral artery according to claim 1 wherein the pressure head is a silicone pressure head.
5. An extracorporeal pressure blocking hemostat for the femoral artery according to claim 1 wherein the pressure projectile body is a spring having a gradually increasing median diameter from both ends to the middle.
6. An external pressure blocking hemostat for femoral artery according to claim 1 wherein the elastic pressure plate compression band, ilium position fixing band and thigh position fixing band are all movably provided with adjusting buckles.
7. An extracorporeal pressure blocking hemostat for the femoral artery of claim 1 wherein the thigh position fixing strap has a length less than the length of the ilium position fixing strap.
