In the invention, when different sheep byproducts are required to be mixed, one sheep byproduct is taken to be put into a weighing box, the weight of the sheep byproduct in the weighing box is determined through an electronic scale, when the weight of the sheep byproduct required to be put is reached, the sheep byproduct is stopped from being put into the weighing box, at the moment, the first conveyor belt and a tenth motor are started to work, the rotation of the tenth motor drives a sealing plate to slide, the sliding of the sealing plate opens the sealing of a blanking opening, the weighed sheep byproduct in the weighing box flows onto a guide plate, flows onto the first conveyor belt through the guide plate, is conveyed onto a second guide groove plate through the first conveyor belt, flows into a mixing cylinder through the second guide groove plate, when the weighed sheep byproduct in the weighing box flows out completely, the tenth motor is started to drive the sliding of the sealing plate to seal the blanking opening again, and after sealing is finished, continuously weighing other sheep byproducts according to a proportion, after all sheep byproducts are weighed and put into a mixing drum, the rotation of a ninth motor drives a synchronous belt to rotate, the rotation of the synchronous belt drives a second synchronous wheel to rotate, the rotation of the second synchronous wheel drives the rotation of the mixing drum, the rotation of the mixing drum realizes the uniform mixing of various sheep byproducts, thereby achieving the function of mixing, after uniform mixing, the ninth motor is reversed, the mixing drum is driven to reverse and output the mixed sheep byproducts, the second conveyor belt is started, the uniformly mixed sheep byproducts flow onto the second conveyor belt, and are conveyed to the next production process by the second conveyor belt, the mixing efficiency is high, the uniformity of mixing can meet the mixing requirement of a large-scale production factory, the automatic weighing function is realized, the workload of workers is reduced, the mixing speed is also improved to a certain extent.
The invention has compact structure, high thawing rate, sterilization and grabbing functions for frozen sheep byproducts, water circulation functions, high cleaning rate, capability of achieving cyclic cleaning, mechanical impurity removal, reduced manual participation, high impurity removal efficiency, more sufficient marinating and impurity removal efficiency, capability of supplementing soup for the marinating and impurity removal box, high mixing efficiency, uniform mixing and convenient use.
