Abstract

本申请实施例公开了一种通信方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域。能够在CSFB过程中更快速的获取到来电号码,避免UE在拒绝建立通话过程中引起的分组交换数据业务中断。该方法可以包括:用户设备UE从网络侧接收第一消息;第一消息用于指示UE作为被叫进行电路域回落CSFB;第一消息包括第一信息,第一信息用于指示来电号码;若确定满足预设条件,向网络侧发送第二消息,第二消息用于指示拒绝进行CSFB;其中,预设条件包括以下至少一项:来电号码受限;UE处于自动拒接CSFB来电模式。
