Abstract

A bed device is provided with a bed frame, a bed plate body, a back lifting mechanism, a working shaft, a mounting member, a transmission member, and a pressing member. In the bed device disclosed in patent document 1, the back bed portion is composed of a center back portion and a pair of side back portions rotatably connected to both sides of the center back portion. The back bed portion is made of foamed resin, and a pair of protruding strip portions each having an inclined surface are integrally formed on the back surfaces of the pair of side back portions. The protruding portion has an inclined portion formed at an end portion that becomes an upper end when the back is lifted.

Fig. 1 and 2 are perspective views of a bed device according to the present embodiment. The bed device includes a base frame 1 shown in fig. 2. The base frame 1 is formed in a rectangular shape, and installation legs 2 are provided at four corners thereof. In addition, caster wheels may be provided instead of the feet 2.

The first and second waist bed portions 27 and 28 are rotatably connected to one of the fixed bed portions 26 in this order. The coupling portion 29 protrudes from one side of the second waist bed portion 28, and the back bed portion 31 is coupled to the coupling portion 29.
As shown in fig. 1, the back bed portion 31 includes a center back portion 32 having a lower end rotatably connected to the connecting portion 29, and a pair of side back portions 33 connected to both sides of the center back portion 32. The first and second waist bed portions 27, 28 and the first and second leg bed portions 35, 36 of the bed plate body 25 are formed of two members that overlap, and are respectively provided so that one of the members can move relative to the other member. When one of the movable members is moved relative to the other member, the one member can be fixed at a predetermined moving position relative to the other member.
Thus, when the length of the bed frame 5 is changed by moving the adjustment frame 12 relative to the main frame portion 11, the bed plate body 25 can be set to correspond to the length of the bed frame 5.
The bed frame 5 is provided with a back lifting mechanism 37 shown in fig. 4. The bed plate body 25 can be driven by the back-raising mechanism 37 in a direction in which the first waist bed portion 27, the second waist bed portion 28, the back bed portion 31, the first leg bed portion 35, and the second leg bed portion 36 shown in fig. 1 are raised from a state in which they are horizontally laid as shown in fig. 2.
The back lifting mechanism 37 includes a driving unit 38 having a built-in driving source (not shown). A first drive shaft 41 and a second drive shaft 42 are provided in the drive portion 38 so as to be axially parallel. These drive shafts 41 and 42 are rotated by a drive source not shown.
Both end portions of the first drive shaft 41 and the second drive shaft 42 are rotatably supported on both inner surfaces of the main frame portion 11 of the bed frame 5.

One end and the other end of the connecting arm 44 are rotatably connected to the pair of links 43. One end of the interlocking link 51 is pivoted to the base end of the leg link 49, and the other end of the interlocking link 51 is pivoted to the end of the second drive shaft 42. When the second drive shaft 42 rotates in conjunction with the first drive shaft 41, the interlock link 51, the leg link 49, and the attachment link 47 rotate in conjunction with each other, and the leg-up roller 48 provided at the tip of the leg link 49 is driven in the upward direction from the lower position.

Fig. 5 shows the back surface of the back bed portion 31 of the bed plate body 25 (the lower surface of the back bed portion 31 when laid down horizontally as shown in fig. 2). A pair of back raising rails 53 are fixed to the back surface of the second waist bed portion 28, and the pair of back raising rails 53 are spaced apart at a predetermined interval in the width direction of the second waist bed portion 28.
The back raising rail 53 is formed of a member that is curved so as to have three plate-like portions in cross section, and has a length extending from the first waist bed portion 27 to the back surface of the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31.
The back-raising roller 46 shown in fig. 4 is rotatably engaged with the back-raising rail 53. One end of a wire 59 as a conductive member is fixed to the other end of the arm 58. When the back bed portion 31 is driven in the raising direction while the first and second waist bed portions 27 and 28 are bent by the back raising mechanism 37, the linear distance between the one end and the other end of the wire 59 is reduced, and tension is generated.
When tension is generated in the wire 59, the tension is transmitted to the working shaft 56 via the arm 58. Thereby, the operating shaft 56 rotates in a direction in which the tip end side of the arm 58 approaches the back surface of the center back portion 32.
As described above, the other end of the wire 59 is wound around the winding shaft 63 of the holder 62 with its length adjustable. On the other hand, the length of the top plate 25 can be adjusted as described above.
Therefore, when the length of the bed plate body 25 is changed according to the height of the user, the total length of the wire 59 is changed by adjusting the amount of winding of the other end of the wire 59 around the winding shaft 63 according to the change in the length. Thus, even if the length of the bed plate 25 is changed, the back bed portion 31 can be reliably lifted up with a constant tension.
In the present embodiment, the other end of the wire 59 is fixed to a holder 62 provided on a cross member 61, and the cross member 61 is arranged between the pair of back raising rails 53. As another example, the other end of the wire 59 may be fixed to a position other than the cross member 61 that is erected between the back raising rails 53, that is, a portion where tension is generated in the wire 59 when the back bed portion 31 is driven in the raising direction, for example, the first or second waist bed portions 27, 28, or the fixed bed portion 26.
Pressing members 66 formed of rollers are provided at both ends of the working shaft 56, and when the working shaft 56 is rotated by the wire 59, the pressing members 66 press the back surface of the side back portion 33 of the back bed portion 31 and rotate forward.
That is, as shown in fig. 7 (a) and (b), one end of the support shaft 67 is rotatably inserted into an end of the operating shaft 56. A mounting groove 68 penetrating in the radial direction and open to the distal end surface of the support shaft 67 is formed in the other end portion of the support shaft 67. One end of a stopper member 69 having an L-shaped side surface is mounted to the mounting groove 68. A gap 71 having a predetermined gap is formed between the other end of the stopper member 69 and the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft 67, and one end of the peripheral wall of the operating shaft 56 in the circumferential direction is inserted into the gap 71.
A mounting shaft 72 is attached to one end of the stopper member 69. The axis of the mounting shaft 72 is inclined at a predetermined angle, for example, 45 degrees, with respect to the axis of the support shaft 67. The pressing member 66 is rotatably attached to the distal end of the mounting shaft 72.
Plate-like holding members 73 are provided at both end portions of the operating shaft 56, and vertically intermediate portions of the holding members 73 are fixed along the axial direction of the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft 67. Both ends of the holding member 73 in the vertical direction protrude outward in the radial direction of the operating shaft 56.
The holding member 73 is provided so as to be located on one side surface side of the stopper member 69, that is, on the front surface side of the stopper member 69 in a state where the operating shaft 56 is attached to the back surface of the center back portion 32.
Thus, by rotating the support shaft 67 relative to the operating shaft 56, the mounting shaft 72 is held at either the non-operating position in which the axis of the mounting shaft 72 is inclined upward relative to the axis of the operating shaft 56 as shown in fig. 5 or the operating position in which the axis of the mounting shaft 72 is inclined downward by rotating 180 degrees from the non-operating position, and the stopper member 69 abuts against the lower end portion or the upper end portion of the holding member 73 in the height direction.
Fig. 7 (b) shows a state in which the mounting shaft 72 is held at the operating position, and the stopper member 69 is engaged with the front surface side of the lower end portion 73a in the vertical direction of the holding member 73.
When the operating shaft 56 is rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow R in fig. 7 (b) by the tension of the wire 59 at the time of back lifting, the attachment shaft 72 is rotated toward the back surface side of the side back 33 via the holding member 73 and the operating shaft 56.
When the mounting shaft 72 rotates, the pressing member 66 provided at the distal end thereof rotates in a direction of pressing the rear surface of the side back 33. Thereby, the side back 33 is driven from the state shown in fig. 10 (a) in which it is not inclined to the front surface side of the center back 32 to the state shown in fig. 10 (b) in which it is inclined to the front surface side of the center back 32.
As a result, the side back 33 is in a state in which the head of the user whose upper body is supported by the back bed 31 is prevented from falling down in the lateral direction.
The side back portion 33 is rotatable toward the front surface of the center back portion 32 with one side serving as a fulcrum. Therefore, in order to return the side back 33, which has been lifted forward by the pressing member 66, to the non-lifted state, first, the side back 33 is rotated forward from the state lifted by the pressing member 66.
Next, the mounting shaft 72 located at the operating position is rotated to the non-operating position in which the axis thereof is inclined upward with respect to the axis of the operating shaft 56, and the stopper member 69 is engaged with the upper end portion 73b of the holding member 73 at this position to hold the mounting shaft 72.
Therefore, the holding state of the side back 33 by the pressing member 66 is released, and the side back 33 can be returned to the non-tilted state.
Further, if the back bed section 31 is raised with the mounting shafts 72 held at the inoperative position, the back bed section 31 can be raised without tilting the side back sections 33 forward.
That is, according to the above configuration, when the back bed portion 31 is lifted, the stopper member 69 is rotated to position the pressing member 66 at the operating position or the non-operating position, thereby making it possible to select whether or not to rotate the side back portion 33 in the lifting direction.
A mechanism for driving the pair of side back portions 33 in the direction inclined forward is referred to as a side lift mechanism 74, and the pair of side back portions 33 are provided on both sides of the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31.
The center back portion 32 of the connecting portion 29, which has a lower end rotatably connected to the second waist bed portion 28 in the forward direction, can be tilted forward by the head-up mechanism 75 shown in fig. 5, 8, and 9.
As shown in fig. 5, the head-up mechanism 75 includes a pair of head-up guide portions 76 provided along a direction (vertical direction) intersecting the width direction of the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 at both ends in the width direction. Both end portions of the support shaft 77 are rotatably supported between a pair of end portions of the pair of head-up guide portions 76 located on the upper end side.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, one end of a head raising arm 78 is connected to each end of the support shaft 77. The head-up roller 79 engaged with the head-up rail 55 is rotatably supported by the other end of the head-up arm 78.
Arc-shaped first and second guide grooves 81 and 82 are formed in the side surface of the head-up guide portion 76, and the second guide groove 82 is similarly arc-shaped, concentric with the first guide groove 81, and has the same angle in the circumferential direction.
As shown in fig. 5, one end portion and the other end portion of a rod-shaped positioning member 83 are movably inserted into the pair of first guide grooves 81, respectively. One end of an arm member 84 is connected to one end and the other end of the positioning member 83, respectively. The other ends of the pair of arm members 84 are connected to a connecting rod 85.
A rod-shaped operating member 86 is provided at a middle portion of the arm member 84, and one end of the operating member 86 is fixed to the arm member 84 and the other end thereof protrudes from the second guide groove 82 to the outer surface side of the head-up guide portion 76.
As shown in fig. 8, when the positioning member 83 is positioned at one end side of the first guide groove 81, the head-up arm 78 is in a state of not being pushed by the positioning member 83 to rotate forward on the one side surface, and the head-up roller 79 provided at one end of the head-up arm 78 engages with the head-up rail 55. Thereby, the back bed portion 31 is held in a state of not falling forward with the lower end as a fulcrum.
As shown in fig. 9, when the arm member 84 is rotated about the connecting rod 85 as a fulcrum by the operating member 86 and the positioning member 83 is moved from one end side to the other end side of the first guide groove 81, the middle portion of the head raising arm 78 is pressed by the positioning member 83.
Thereby, the head-up arm 78 rotates with one end of the head-up arm 78, which is the head-up roller 79 engaged with the head-up rail 55, as a fulcrum and the other end toward the front surface side of the bed back portion 31 shown by an arrow W in fig. 9.
As a result, the back bed portion 31 rotates in the forward falling direction with the lower end as a fulcrum, and therefore the head of the user whose upper body is positioned on the back bed portion 31 is lifted forward.
As described above, after the back bed portion 31 is lifted, the operation member 86 is operated to move the positioning member 83 from one end to the other end of the first guide groove 81, whereby the back bed portion 31 can be tilted forward.
When the back bed portion 31 is in the laid-down state, if the positioning member 83 is moved from one end to the other end of the first guide groove 81 by operating the operation member 86 in advance and then the back bed portion 31 is lifted, the interval between the back bed portion 31 and the other end of the raising rail 55 facing the second waist bed portion 28 and the back surface of the back bed portion 31 is enlarged from the state shown in fig. 8 to the state shown in fig. 9 in accordance with the lifting.
As a result, as shown in fig. 9, the positioning member 83 presses and holds the head-up arm 78 in a state of rotating forward with the head-up roller 79 as a fulcrum, and thus the back bed portion 31 can be tilted toward the front surface side.
That is, according to the above configuration, after the back bed unit 31 is driven in the upward direction by the back raising mechanism 37, the back bed unit 31 can be tilted forward by operating the operating member 86.
Furthermore, when the back bed unit 31 is in the state of falling down, the operation member 86 is operated in advance to move the positioning member 83 from one end to the other end of the first guide groove 81, so that the back bed unit 31 is lifted up, and the back bed unit 31 may be caused to fall down forward in conjunction with the lifting up.
According to the bed device having such a configuration, members such as the operating shaft 56, the wire 59, and the pressing member 66 for rotating the pair of side back portions 33 provided on both sides of the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 in the forward direction in accordance with the lifting of the back bed portion 31 can be provided on the back surface side of the bed plate body 25, and are not related to the operation, arrangement, and the like of the members constituting the back lifting mechanism 37 for driving the back bed portion 31 to move up and down.
That is, the mechanism already separated from the back lifting mechanism 37 can rotate the side back portions 33 provided on both sides of the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 in the forward direction at the time of back lifting.
Therefore, since the side back portion 33 can be rotated in the forward direction during back lifting by a mechanism that does not require relative assembly accuracy or manufacturing accuracy with the back lifting mechanism 37, manufacturing and assembly of the mechanism can be easily performed.
The bed frame 5 and the bed plate 25 of the bed device can be changed in length according to the height of the user. When changing the length of the bed frame 5 and the bed plate body 25, it is necessary to adjust the length of the wire 59 for rotating the side back 33 in the forward direction at the time of back lifting.
The other end of the wire 59, one end of which is connected to the operating shaft 56 via the arm 58, is wound around the winding shaft 63 with its length adjustable. Therefore, even when the lengths of the bed frame 5 and the bed plate 25 have been changed, the length of the wire 59 can be changed according to the change in the lengths. Therefore, even when the lengths of the bed frame 5 and the bed plate 25 have been changed, the pair of side back portions 33 of the back bed portion 31 can be reliably rotated forward while holding the head of the user when the back is lifted.
The head raising mechanism 75 can keep the back bed portion 31 tilted forward by moving the positioning member 83 along the first guide groove 81 by the operating member 86 after the back bed portion 31 is lifted.
Furthermore, if the positioning member 83 is moved along the first guide groove 81 in advance before the back bed portion 31 is lifted, the back bed portion 31 can be tilted forward in conjunction with the operation of lifting the back bed portion 31 by the back lifting mechanism 37.
Therefore, depending on the physical condition of the user, the state in which the back bed unit 31 is tilted can be selected such that the back bed unit 31 is tilted forward even when the user lifts the back bed unit 31, the back bed unit 31 is tilted forward after the user lifts the back bed unit 31, or the back bed unit 31 that has been tilted is returned to the original state in which it is not tilted. Thereby, the convenience of use of the bed device is improved.
The side lift mechanism 74 can be operated by driving the back bed portion 31 in the lifting direction, and the head lift mechanism 75 can be operated by setting the position of the positioning member 83 with respect to the first guide groove 81.
That is, the side lift mechanism 74 and the head up mechanism 75 can be operated separately or simultaneously. Therefore, the side lift mechanism 74 and the head lift mechanism 75 can be used separately or simultaneously according to the state of the physical strength of the user, and the convenience of the bed device can be further improved.
In the first embodiment described above, the first waist bed portion 27 and the second waist bed portion 28 are provided on the top plate 25, and the back bed portion 31 is connected to the second waist bed portion 28. However, if the first and second waist bed portions 27 and 28 cannot be provided on the top plate 25, the back bed portion 31 may be connected to the fixed bed portion 26.
The pair of side back portions 33 provided on both sides of the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 may be divided into a plurality of pieces in the vertical direction.
The bed device may not include the first and second waist bed portions 27 and 28. In this case, the center back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 may be rotatably attached to the fixed bed portion 26. In short, the center back portion 32 may be directly or indirectly provided to the fixed bed portion 26 so as to be rotatable.
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 11 to 15. Note that the same portions as those of the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 11 shows the back side of the back bed portion 31, the first and second waist bed portions 27 and 28, and the fixed bed portion 26 of the bed body 25, as in fig. 6 of the first embodiment.
In the first embodiment, the head up rail 55, the head up arm 78, the head up guide portion 76, and the like fixed at one end to the lower surface (the back surface) of the first lumbar bed portion 27 are provided in order to constitute the head up mechanism 75, but in the second embodiment, the head up mechanism 75 is constituted without using the head up rail 55, the head up arm 78, the head up guide portion 76, and the like. In the second embodiment, reference numeral 75A denotes a head-up mechanism.
The head up mechanism 75A according to the second embodiment will be described below. An operating shaft 56 is provided on the upper portion of the back surface of the center back 32. The working shaft 56 is rotatably held by a pair of holders 57. As shown in fig. 11 and 14, one end portions of a pair of attachment arms 101 having a plate shape are fixed to both end portions of the operating shaft 56 in a state of being orthogonal to the axis of the operating shaft 56.
At the other end of the mounting arm 101, one end of a movable arm 102 having a similar band plate shape is rotatably coupled by a coupling shaft 103. At the other end portion of the movable arm 102, as shown in fig. 13, a roller-shaped working member 104 is rotatably supported by a support shaft 105.
The working member 104 and the support shaft 105 constitute a regulation means for regulating the forward tilt angle of the back bed portion 31 as described later. Further, the restricting means may be constituted only by the fulcrum shaft 105.
The working member 104 is provided to be movable within the back-up rail 53. The support shaft 105 is movably inserted into an elongated hole 106, and the elongated hole 106 is formed at an end of the back-raising rail 53 along the longitudinal direction.
As shown in fig. 12, long holes 106 are formed at both ends of the pair of back raising rails 53 in the longitudinal direction. With this configuration, the pair of back raising rails 53 can be used without restriction on positioning in the vertical direction. The long hole 106 may be provided substantially only at the end (upper end) of the back support rail 53 on the back bed portion 31 side.
The movable arm 102 can be fixed by the lock mechanism 108 to be non-rotatable in a linear state with respect to the mounting arm 101. As shown in fig. 13 (a), (b), and 14 (a), (b), and (c), the lock mechanism 108 includes a pair of movable pieces 111, and one end of each of the pair of movable pieces 111 is rotatably attached to a middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the pair of left and right attachment arms 101 via a support shaft 110. One end and the other end of the locking lever 112 are fixed to the other ends of the pair of movable pieces 111, respectively.
As shown in fig. 12 (a) and 13 (a), a concave engaging portion 113 is formed on one side in the width direction of one end portion of the movable arm 102, that is, on the distal end side of the position coupled to the mounting arm 101 by the coupling shaft 103.
As shown in fig. 12 (a) and 13 (a), after the movable arm 102 has been rotated from a state of being bent with respect to the attachment arm 101 to a state of being substantially linear with respect to the attachment arm 101 as shown in fig. 12 (b) and 13 (b), the locking lever 112 is rotated together with the movable piece 111 using the support shaft 110 supporting the movable piece 111 as a fulcrum, and is elastically engaged with the engagement portions 113 of the pair of movable arms 102.
Thereby, as shown in fig. 12 (b) and 13 (b), the movable arm 102 is held in a substantially linear state with respect to the mounting arm 101 so as not to be rotatable.
When the mounting arm 101 and the movable arm 102 are kept straight by the lock mechanism 108 from the bent state, the central back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 is pressed forward via the operating shaft 56 to which the mounting arm 101 is mounted.
Thus, the back bed portion 31 with the working shaft 56 provided on the back side tilts forward from the state shown in fig. 12 (a) and 13 (a) with the lower end of the connecting portion 29 pivotally connected to the second lumbar bed portion 28 as a fulcrum, as shown in fig. 12 (b) and 13 (b).
At this time, the operating member 104 provided at the other end of the movable arm 102 and engaged with the long hole 106 of the back-raising rail 53 moves in the upper end portion direction in fig. 12 (b) of the back-raising rail 53 in response to the tilting of the central back portion 32.
Further, a support shaft 105 provided with the operating member 104 is engaged with an elongated hole 106 of the back-up rail 53. Therefore, the back bed portion 31 is prevented from falling forward by more than the length of the mounting arm 101 and the movable arm 102 held linearly by the lock mechanism 108.
That is, the working member 104 restricts the tilt angle of the back bed portion 31, that is, prevents the center back portion 32 from being excessively tilted forward.
In this way, the head up mechanism 75A according to the second embodiment attaches the attachment arm 101 and the movable arm 102 to the operating shaft 56 for the side lift mechanism 74 described later.
Further, the back-raising rail 53 holds the operating member 104 via a support shaft 105 inserted into the elongated hole 106, and the movable arm 102 rotatably coupled to the attachment arm 101 is held by the lock mechanism 108 in a non-rotatable and linear manner by a lock lever 112.
Therefore, according to the head up mechanism 75A of the present embodiment, the number of components can be reduced and the configuration can be simplified. Further, since the back bed portion 31 can be tilted or the tilted state can be released only by operating the lock mechanism 108, the operation is also easy.
On the other hand, the side lift mechanism 74 in the second embodiment has almost the same configuration as that in the first embodiment. That is, as shown in fig. 11, the side lift mechanism 74 includes a wire 59 as a transmission member, and the wire 59 generates a tension when the back bed portion 31 of the top plate 25 is driven in the lifting direction by the back lift mechanism 37, and rotates the operating shaft 56 in a predetermined direction by the tension.
The wire 59 is inserted through the outer tube 121. One end of the wire 59 is attached to the attachment piece 122, and the attachment piece 122 is provided on the lower surface of the first waistbed portion 27. One end of the wire 59 is engaged with a first roller 124 provided rotatably on a first holder 123, and the direction is changed, and the first holder 123 is provided on the lower surface of the fixed bed 26.
One end of the outer tube 121 is fixed to the first holder 123. That is, one end portion of the wire 59 is exposed from the outer tube 121 between one end of the outer tube 121 and the attachment piece 122.
The middle portion of the outer tube 121 is largely loosened and bent, and the middle portion is held by a jig 125 provided on the back surface (lower surface) of the second waist bed portion 28. The other end portion of the outer tube 121 is fixed to a second holder 127 provided at the upper end portion of the center back portion 32.
The other end of the wire 59 led out from the other end of the outer tube 121 is engaged with the second roller 128, and the second roller 128 is rotatably supported by the second holder 127. The end of the wire 59 is connected to an arm 58 as a mounting member, and the arm 58 is provided at the longitudinal center of the operating shaft 56.
Thus, the back raising arm 45 is driven in the raising direction by the back raising mechanism 37 shown in fig. 4, and the back raising rail 53 is driven in the raising direction by the back raising roller 46 provided in the back raising arm 45.
Then, the back bed portion 31 is lifted in conjunction with the back lifting rail 53, and thus tension is generated in the wire 59 by the lifting. When tension is generated in the wire 59, the operating shaft 56 is rotated in a predetermined direction by the tension.
As shown in fig. 14 (a) to (c), the pressing members 66 are provided at both ends of the operating shaft 56 so that the angle thereof can be changed with respect to the circumferential direction of the operating shaft 56. Then, when the back bed portion 31 is driven in the lifting direction and the working shaft 56 is rotated by the wire 59, the pressing member 66 rotates in a predetermined direction together with the working shaft 56 and presses the back surfaces of the pair of side back portions 33.
Thereby, the pair of side back portions 33 are displaced from the inoperative position where they are not rotated forward to the operative position where they are pressed by the pressing member 66 to be rotated forward. Such a configuration is the same as the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 11, a flat concave portion 33a is formed on a rear surface of the side back portion 33, on which the pressing member 66 rotates, so that the pressing member 66 smoothly rotates.
A wire 59 as a transmission member is inserted through the outer tube 121. Therefore, when tension is generated in the wire 59 during back lifting, the wire 59 smoothly operates as compared with the case where the wire is not inserted through the outer tube 121.
The outer tube 121 and the wire 59 each have a length that allows the middle portion to be relaxed. Therefore, even when the length from the fixed bed portion 26 to the back bed portion 31, for example, the length dimension of the back bed portion 31 is increased according to the height of the user, the length can be adjusted to a different length by loosening.
That is, the side lift mechanism 74 configured as described above can cope with a change in the length of the bed plate 25 without changing the lengths of the outer tube 121 and the wire 59, as in the first embodiment.
In the head-up mechanism 75A of the bed apparatus according to the second embodiment configured as described above, when the movable arm 102 is rotated linearly with respect to the mounting arm 101 and the movable arm 102 is locked by the lock mechanism 108 in this state so as not to be rotatable, the central back portion 32 of the back bed portion 31 can be kept in a state of being tilted forward as shown in fig. 12 (b) and 13 (b). At this time, the pair of side back portions 33 also incline integrally with the center back portion 32.
This allows the user to support the user with his head raised by the inclined center back portion 32, which is advantageous in that the user can maintain a posture in which the user can easily eat food.
Further, a support shaft 105 supporting the operating member 104 is engaged with an elongated hole 106 of the back-up rail 53. Therefore, when the back bed portion 31 is tilted forward in a state where the movable arm 102 is locked to the mounting arm 101 by the lock mechanism 108, the back bed portion 31 can be prevented from tilting forward by more than the length dimension of the mounting arm 101 and the movable arm 102.
That is, the back bed unit 31 can be inclined forward at a predetermined angle, and can be prevented from being excessively inclined.
On the other hand, when the locked state in which the movable arm 102 is locked by the lock mechanism 108 is released, the center back portion 32 can be held in a state of not being tilted forward as shown in fig. 12 (a) and 13 (a). At this time, the central back portion 32, i.e., the back bed portion 31, can be prevented from being shaken in an oblique direction by the wire 59 even if an external force is applied.
The side lift mechanism 74 positions the pressing member 66 in either the operating position or the non-operating position, as in the first embodiment. When the back bed portion 31 is lifted, the side lifting mechanism 74 is set to either a state in which it rotates while pressing the back surface of the side back portion 33 and rotates forward or a state in which it does not rotate and does not press the side back portion 33.
Therefore, when the back bed unit 31 is driven in the raising direction, the head-up mechanism 75A and the side-raising mechanism 74 can be set to be selectively operated. That is, since either one or both of the head-up mechanism 75A and the side-lift mechanism 74 can be operated, it can be used in a state according to the user's desire.
The head-up mechanism 75A can maintain the central back portion 32 in a state of being tilted forward by holding the movable arm 102 in a locked state locked to the mounting arm 101 by the lock mechanism 108 regardless of whether or not the back raising mechanism 37 is driven to raise the back bed portion 31.
In the first and second embodiments, the example in which the wire is used for the transmission member as a means for rotating the operating shaft when the back is lifted is shown. Instead of the wire, the transmission member may be configured to rotate the working shaft by a rotation drive source such as a transmission motor. Further, the rotary drive source may be operated in conjunction with the back lifting mechanism when the back of the bed is lifted.

Claims (13)

1. A bed device is characterized in that the bed device is provided with:
a bed frame;
a bed board body including a fixed bed portion fixed to the bed frame and a back bed portion having a center back portion and a pair of side back portions and provided to be rotatable with respect to the fixed bed portion, the pair of side back portions being connected to both sides of the center back portion so as to be rotatable in a forward direction;
a back lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the back bed portion of the bed plate;
a working shaft rotatably supported by a rear surface of the center back portion such that an axis thereof is along a width direction of the center back portion;
a mounting member provided at a middle portion of the working shaft;
a transmission member having one end fixed to the mounting member and the other end fixed to a portion that generates tension when the back bed unit is driven in a lifting direction by operating the back lifting mechanism, the transmission member rotating the operating shaft in a predetermined direction by the tension; and
and a pressing member provided at both end portions of the working shaft so as to be capable of changing an angle with respect to a circumferential direction of the working shaft, and configured to position the pair of side back portions at either one of a working position where the pair of side back portions rotate forward and a non-working position where the pair of side back portions do not rotate forward when the back bed portion is driven in a lifting direction and the working shaft is rotated by the transmission member.
2. A bed device is characterized in that the bed device is provided with:
a bed frame;
a bed plate body having a center back portion and a back bed portion including a pair of side back portions rotatably connected to both sides of the center back portion in a forward direction;
a back lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the back bed portion of the bed plate;
a working shaft rotatably supported by a rear surface of the center back portion such that an axis thereof is along a width direction of the center back portion; and
and a pressing member provided at both end portions of the working shaft so as to be capable of changing an angle with respect to a circumferential direction of the working shaft, and configured to position the pair of side back portions at either one of a working position where the pair of side back portions rotate forward and a non-working position where the pair of side back portions do not rotate forward when the back bed portion is driven in a lifting direction and the working shaft is rotated.
3. The bed arrangement of claim 1,
the mounting member is in the form of an arm having one end connected to the operating shaft and the other end protruding radially outward of the operating shaft, and one end of the transmission member is connected to the other end of the mounting member.
4. The bed arrangement of claim 1 or 2,
the pressing member is provided to the operating shaft so as to be positionable in the operating position and the non-operating position by a positioning mechanism,
the positioning mechanism includes:
a support shaft inserted into an end of the operating shaft so as to be rotatable and movable in an axial direction;
a stopper member provided at a front end portion of the support shaft;
an attachment shaft provided on the stopper member so that an axis thereof is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to an axis of the operating shaft, and provided at a tip thereof with the pressing member; and
and a holding member that is provided at an end of the working shaft and positions and holds the pressing member provided at the other end of the mounting member at the working position when the back bed portion is driven in a lifting direction by the back lifting mechanism.
5. The bed arrangement of claim 1,
the transmission member is arranged to be adjustable in length,
the bed frame has a structure capable of adjusting the length,
the length of the transmission member is set according to the length of the bed frame.
6. The bed arrangement of claim 1 or 2,
the member constituting the mechanism for driving the side back portion of the back bed portion forward when the back bed portion is driven in the lifting direction does not overlap with the member constituting the back lifting mechanism.
7. A bed device is characterized in that the bed device is provided with:
a bed frame;
a bed board body including a fixed bed portion fixed to the bed frame, a waist bed portion provided to be rotatable with respect to the fixed bed portion, and a back bed portion;
a back lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the waist bed portion and the back bed portion of the bed plate;
a head-up guide portion provided at an end portion of the back surface of the back bed portion on the side of the lumbar bed portion, and having an arc-shaped first guide groove formed at a side edge thereof;
a head-up rail having one end fixed to the waist bed portion and provided over the back sides of the back bed portion and the waist bed portion;
a head-up arm having one end pivoted to the head-up guide portion and the other end provided with a head-up roller rotatably engaged with the head-up rail, the head-up arm being configured to rotate the head-up roller along the head-up rail to rotate together with the head-up guide portion about the one end as a fulcrum, thereby rotating the bed-back portion forward relative to the waist bed portion; and
and a positioning member having an end portion inserted into the first guide groove and selectively positioned at a first position where the back bed unit is rotated forward without the head-up arm when the positioning member is positioned at one end of the first guide groove and at a second position where the back bed unit is rotated forward by the head-up arm when the positioning member is positioned at the other end of the first guide groove.
8. The bed arrangement of claim 7,
an arc-shaped second guide groove arranged side by side with the first guide groove is formed on the side of the head-up guide portion, and an arm member is provided, one end of which is pivoted to the side surface of the head-up guide portion and the other end of which is connected with the end of the positioning member,
an operating member that moves the positioning member between one end and the other end of the first guide groove by rotating the arm member is provided in the second guide groove.
9. The bed arrangement of claim 7,
when the back bed portion is in a state of being laid down before being driven in a lifting direction by the back lifting mechanism, the back bed portion can be laid down forward in conjunction with lifting of the back bed portion by the back lifting mechanism by positioning the positioning member at the second position of the first guide groove in advance.
10. A bed device is characterized in that the bed device is provided with:
a bed frame;
a bed board body including a fixed bed portion fixed to the bed frame and a back bed portion having a center back portion and a pair of side back portions, a lower end of the center back portion being rotatable with respect to the fixed bed portion, the pair of side back portions being connected to both sides of the center back portion so as to be rotatable in a forward direction;
a back lifting mechanism for raising and lowering the back bed portion of the bed plate;
a side lifting mechanism that rotates the pair of side back portions forward when the back bed portion of the bed plate body is driven in a lifting direction by the back lifting mechanism; and
a head raising mechanism that rotates the back bed portion forward when the back bed portion of the bed plate is driven in a raising direction by the back raising mechanism,
either one of the side lift mechanism and the head up mechanism can be operated or both can be operated at the same time.
11. A bed device is characterized in that the bed device is provided with:
a bed frame;
a bed plate body having a waist bed portion with one end rotatably provided to the bed frame, and a back bed portion with one end rotatably connected to the other end of the waist bed portion;
a back lifting mechanism which has a back lifting arm and a back lifting rail, and which undulates the back bed portion of the bed plate body, the back lifting arm being rotated in a rising direction from a state in which the other end is laid down with one end as a fulcrum, and a back lifting roller being provided on the other end side, one end portion of the back lifting rail being attached to the lower surface side of the waist bed portion and being rotatably engaged with the back lifting roller; and
a head raising mechanism that rotates the back bed portion forward when the back bed portion of the bed plate is driven in a raising direction by the back raising mechanism,
the head-up mechanism includes:
a working shaft supported by the back surface of the back bed portion so as to be rotatable with its axis along the width direction of the back bed portion;
a mounting arm having one end non-rotatably mounted to the working shaft;
a movable arm having one end rotatably coupled to the other end of the mounting arm;
a lock mechanism that holds the movable arm so as not to rotate relative to the mounting arm and tilts the back bed forward with a lower end as a fulcrum; and
and a restricting unit that is provided at the other end of the movable arm so as to be movable along the other end of the back lifting rail, and that restricts the forward tilting angle of the back bed unit when the back bed unit is held by the lock mechanism in a state of tilting forward with a lower end as a fulcrum.
12. The bed arrangement of claim 11,
the back bed part is provided with a central back part and a pair of side back parts which are rotationally connected with the two sides of the central back part in the forward direction,
the bed device further includes a side lifting mechanism that rotates the pair of side back portions forward when the back bed portion is driven in a lifting direction by the back lifting mechanism,
the side lift mechanism comprises:
a transmission member that rotates the working shaft in a predetermined direction when the back bed portion of the bed plate body is driven in a lifting direction by the back lifting mechanism; and
and a pressing member provided at both end portions of the working shaft so as to be capable of changing an angle with respect to a circumferential direction of the working shaft, and configured to position the pair of side back portions at either one of a working position where the pair of side back portions rotate forward and a non-working position where the pair of side back portions do not rotate forward when the back bed portion is driven in a lifting direction and the working shaft is rotated by the transmission member.
13. The bed arrangement of claim 12,
the bed device is configured such that the raising mechanism and the side lift mechanism can be selectively operated in accordance with driving of the back bed portion in a lifting direction by setting whether or not the movable arm is integrated with the attachment arm by the lock mechanism and setting the pressing member to either one of the operating position and the non-operating position.
