Abstract
The invention relates to a safety control system and a method for a power grid operation field, wherein the safety control system comprises portable audio and video acquisition equipment, a safety control center and intelligent inspection equipment, and is used for judging whether the field operation personnel normally operate or not by matching audio and video data acquired by an audio and video acquisition device and used for recording the operation behavior of the field operation personnel, image information acquired by an image acquisition module of the intelligent inspection equipment and standard operation data in a standard operation database, so that the aim of monitoring and controlling the normal operation of the field operation personnel is fulfilled, and the reliable operation of a power grid is ensured.

Background

s6, the safety control center calls standard operation data in the standard operation database when receiving the real-time image information, matches the real-time image information with the standard operation data and generates image similarity, when the image similarity is below 90%, the safety control center sends out violation operation warning to the power grid operation field operation personnel through the voice prompt module of the intelligent inspection equipment, and meanwhile, the safety control center calls out the standard operation data from the standard operation database and sends the standard operation data to the display module of the intelligent inspection equipment.
The intelligent patrol inspection system has the beneficial effects that the operation behavior of field operators is controlled by using the portable audio and video acquisition device and the intelligent patrol inspection equipment which are worn by the field operators; the power grid safety is prevented from being influenced by misoperation of the power grid caused by illegal operation of field operation personnel.
In addition, the invention has reliable design principle, simple structure and very wide application prospect.

The safety management and control center 2 comprises a plurality of video displays 21, a central processor 22, a standard operation database 24 and an intelligent patrol equipment management and control module 23; the central processor 22 is connected with a plurality of video displays 21, a standard operation database 24 and an intelligent inspection equipment control module 23, and the standard operation database 24 is also connected with the video displays 21; the safety control center 2 displays the received audio and video data recorded with the operation behavior of the field operator on the video display 21, meanwhile, the central processing unit 22 matches the audio and video data with the standard operation data of the standard operation database 24, the central processing unit 22 judges whether the field operator performs standard operation, if the matching result is that the field operator performs standard operation, the audio and video tracking is continued, and if the matching result is that the field operator does not perform standard operation, the safety control center 2 dispatches the intelligent patrol equipment 3 near the operation field to the field for confirmation.
