In fig. 1, the processor 10010 may call a control program of the fresh air system stored in the memory 10013, and execute the steps of the control method of the fresh air system provided in the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a fresh air system.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a control method of a fresh air system according to the present application. The control method of the fresh air system is realized by the fresh air system.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the fresh air system includes steps S101 to S104.
And S101, detecting the number of people in an air supply area of the fresh air system when the current regulation and control time is up.
Considering that the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system can change in practice, the fresh air volume delivered by the fresh air system is accurately controlled, and the fresh air volume of the fan of the fresh air system is periodically regulated and controlled in the embodiment of the application. The regulation and control period is dynamically adjusted according to the change condition of the number of people in the previous regulation and control period, so that the flexibility and the rationality of fresh air volume regulation are improved, and therefore, the method comprises a step S105 before the step S101.
And S105, determining the current regulation and control time according to the change condition of the number of people in the previous two continuous regulation and control periods.
In an embodiment, the determining the current regulation and control time according to the number of people in the previous two consecutive regulation and control periods specifically includes: if the number of people in the air supply area changes in the previous two continuous regulation and control periods, subtracting 1/n of the previous regulation and control period from the previous regulation and control period to serve as a current regulation and control period value, wherein n is a natural number which is more than 1 and less than 128; and calculating the sum of the previous regulation and control time and the current regulation and control period value to obtain the current regulation and control time.
In other words, if the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system changes in the previous two continuous regulation and control periods, the regulation and control period for regulating the fresh air volume is shortened no matter the number of people is increased or decreased. Specifically, the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system in the previous regulation and control period and the previous regulation and control period is obtained from the stored historical regulation and control data, the previous regulation and control time and the previous regulation and control period value are obtained, if the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system in the previous regulation and control period and the previous regulation and control period is changed, the current regulation and control period value is determined on the basis of the previous regulation and control period value, the sum of the previous regulation and control time and the current regulation and control period value is calculated, and the current regulation and control time is obtained. The method for determining the current modulation period value based on the previous modulation period value may be: and taking 1/n of the previous regulation period value, and subtracting 1/n of the previous regulation period from the previous regulation period value to serve as the current regulation period value and serve as the current regulation period value, wherein n is a natural number which is larger than 1 and smaller than or equal to 128. For example, if the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system in the previous regulation and control period and the previous regulation and control period is changed, the previous regulation and control period value is 20min, the previous regulation and control time is 13:00, and n is 4, then the current regulation and control period value is 5min, and the current regulation and control time is 13: 05.
In an embodiment, the step of, if the number of people in the blowing area changes in the two previous consecutive control periods, includes: subtracting a time unit from the previous regulation period value to obtain a current regulation period value; and calculating the sum of the previous regulation and control time and the current regulation and control period value to obtain the current regulation and control time.
That is, the manner of determining the current modulation period value based on the previous modulation period value may also be: and subtracting a time unit (for example, 1min) from the previous regulation period value to obtain a current regulation period value, and calculating the sum of the previous regulation period value and the current regulation period value to obtain the current regulation time.
In an embodiment, the determining the current regulation and control time according to the number of people in the previous two consecutive regulation and control periods specifically includes: if the number of people in the air supply area in the previous two continuous regulation and control periods is not changed, adding 1/n of the previous regulation and control period to be used as a current regulation and control period value, wherein n is a natural number which is more than 1 and less than or equal to 128; and calculating the sum of the previous regulation time and the current regulation period value to obtain the current regulation time.
Namely, if the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system is not changed in the previous two continuous regulation and control periods, the regulation and control period for regulating the fresh air volume is prolonged. Specifically, 1/n of the previous regulation period value is taken, the previous regulation period is added with 1/n of the regulation period to serve as the current regulation period value and serve as the current regulation period value, wherein n is a natural number which is larger than 1 and smaller than or equal to 128, and then the sum of the previous regulation time and the current regulation period value is calculated to obtain the current regulation time.
In further embodiments, for example, after the number of people in the air supply area has not changed in the previous two consecutive control periods, the method includes: adding a time unit (for example, 1min) to the previous regulation period value to serve as the current regulation period value; and calculating the sum of the previous regulation and control time and the current regulation and control period value to obtain the current regulation and control time.
That is, the manner of determining the current modulation period value based on the previous modulation period value may also be: and adding a time unit to the last regulation period value to obtain a current regulation period value, and calculating the sum of the last regulation period value and the current regulation period value to obtain the current regulation time.
In addition, for other situations that the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system changes in two continuous regulation and control periods, the previous regulation and control period value is used as the current regulation and control period value.
Therefore, the regulation and control period is dynamically shortened or prolonged by combining the change condition of the number of people in the previous regulation and control period, so that the fresh air volume is regulated more flexibly and reasonably.
Then, when the current regulation and control time arrives, the regulation and control mode can be triggered, specifically, the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system is detected firstly, an infrared sensor can be arranged in the air supply area of the fresh air system in advance, the communication connection between the fresh air system and the infrared sensor is established, then the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system is detected through an infrared detection technology, a camera can be arranged in the air supply area of the fresh air system, the communication connection between the fresh air system and the camera is established, then the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system is identified from the shot image through shooting the image of the air supply area of the fresh air system by utilizing.
And S102, comparing the number of people detected in the current regulation and control time with the number of people in the air supply area in the last regulation and control time.
And then, acquiring the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system detected at the last detection time from the stored historical regulation and control data, comparing the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system detected at the current regulation and control time with the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system detected at the last detection time, and further determining whether to adjust the fresh air volume according to the comparison result.
And S103, if the number of people detected in the current regulation and control time is not consistent with the number of people in the air supply area in the last regulation and control time, determining the environmental quality index of the air supply area.
If the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system detected at the current regulation and control time is inconsistent with the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system detected at the last detection time, the number of people in the air supply area is changed, the fresh air quantity needs to be adjusted, and specifically, the environmental quality index of the air supply area is determined firstly.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the determining the environmental quality index of the air supply area specifically includes: and step S1030, detecting the environment parameters of the air supply area, and determining the environment quality index of the air supply area according to the environment quality index.
That is, the environmental parameters of the air supply area of the fresh air system are detected, wherein the environmental parameters include temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and the like, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a carbon dioxide concentration sensor can be arranged in the air supply area of the fresh air system in advance, and then the temperature of the air supply area is detected through the temperature sensor, the humidity of the air supply area is detected through the humidity sensor, and the carbon dioxide concentration of the air supply area is detected through the carbon dioxide concentration sensor. In addition, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a carbon dioxide concentration sensor can be mounted on the movable household equipment (such as a sweeping robot), the communication connection between the fresh air system and the movable household equipment is established, and the movable household equipment is controlled to move to detect the temperature, the humidity and the carbon dioxide concentration of the air supply area of the fresh air system so as to obtain more comprehensive environmental parameters.
And then, calculating the environmental quality index of the air supply area of the fresh air system according to the environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and the like. Specifically, an environmental quality index calculation formula is preset as follows:
y=a1x1+a2x2+a3x3
wherein y represents an air quality index, x1Denotes the temperature, x2Denotes humidity, x3Represents the carbon dioxide concentration, a1Weight value a indicating temperature correspondence2Weight value a representing humidity3Represents the weight value of carbon dioxide, and a1+a2+a3=1。
Therefore, the environmental quality index of the air supply area of the fresh air system can be calculated and obtained through the environmental parameters such as the temperature, the humidity, the carbon dioxide concentration and the like and the environmental quality index calculation formula.
Of course, if the environmental quality index is calculated according to other environmental parameters, a weight value may be set for each environmental parameter, and then the environmental quality index calculation formula is:
y=a1x1+a2x2+a3x3…+anxn
wherein x is1、x2、x3...xnRespectively representing each environmental parameter, a1、a2、a3...anRepresents the weight magnitude corresponding to each environment parameter, and a1+a2+a3…+an=1。
And S104, determining the target fresh air volume of the fresh air system according to the number of people detected in the current regulation and control time and the environmental quality index, and outputting the target fresh air volume.
And then, determining the target fresh air volume of the fresh air system according to the number of people detected in the current regulation and control time and the environmental quality index, and outputting the target fresh air volume.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the determining a target fresh air volume of a fresh air system according to the number of people detected at the current regulation and control time and the environmental quality index, and outputting the target fresh air volume specifically includes: s1040, detecting the number of people and the environmental quality index according to the current regulation and control time, and presetting a fresh air volume calculation formula
Figure BDA0002301306490000071
Calculating to obtain the target fresh air volume of the fresh air system; wherein V represents a target fresh air volume, n represents the number of people in the air supply area detected at the current regulation and control time, and VmaxIndicating the human-average fresh air volume V when the environmental quality index of the air supply area is maximumminRepresenting the man-average fresh air volume when the environmental quality index of the air supply area is minimum, m represents the environmental quality index determined by the current regulation and control time, and m represents the air supply areamaxMaximum value, m, of the environmental quality index of the blowing areaminAnd expressing the minimum value of the air supply area environment quality index.
Namely, a calculation formula for calculating the fresh air volume is preset, and the calculation formula is specifically
Figure BDA0002301306490000072
Wherein, VmaxIndicating the human-average fresh air volume V when the environmental quality index of the air supply area is maximumminIndicating the human-average fresh air volume V when the environmental quality index of the air supply area is minimummax,VmaxAnd VminCan be preset according to the actual test result; m represents the environmental quality index determined by the current regulation and control time, mmaxMaximum value of environmental quality index, m, representing blowing areaminAnd the minimum value of the air supply area environment quality index is represented. Therefore, the number of people in the air supply area and the environment are detected according to the current regulation and control timeThe environment quality index and the fresh air volume calculation formula can be used for calculating to obtain a target fresh air volume, and outputting the target fresh air volume, so that the fresh air volume of the fresh air system can be linearly adjusted according to the number of people in the air supply area and the environment quality index detected at the current regulation and control time, the fresh air volume of the fresh air system is adaptive to the number of people in the air supply area and the environment quality, the accuracy of conveying the fresh air volume by the fresh air system is improved, and the energy consumption waste caused by constant air volume is avoided.
In some embodiments, the number of people in the air supply area of the fresh air system can be detected in real time, then the currently detected number of people is compared with the number of people in the air supply area detected at the last moment, if the currently detected number of people is inconsistent with the number of people in the air supply area detected at the last moment, the environmental quality index of the air supply area is determined, then the target fresh air volume of the fresh air system is determined according to the currently detected number of people and the environmental quality index, and the target fresh air volume is output.
According to the control method of the fresh air system, when the current regulation and control time is up, the number of people in an air supply area of the fresh air system is detected; comparing the number of people detected at the current regulation and control time with the number of people in the air supply area at the previous regulation and control time; if the number of people detected in the current regulation and control time is inconsistent with the number of people in the air supply area in the last regulation and control time, the number of people in the detection area is changed, and the fresh air volume needs to be regulated, the environmental quality index of the air supply area is further determined, then the target fresh air volume of the fresh air system is determined according to the number of people and the environmental quality index detected in the current regulation and control time, and the target fresh air volume is output, so that the fresh air volume of the fresh air system is linearly regulated according to the number of people and the environmental quality index in the air supply area detected in the current regulation and control time, the fresh air volume of the fresh air system is adaptive to the number of people and the environmental quality in the air supply area, the accuracy of conveying the fresh air volume by the.
