2) installing a positioning device, a drilling device and a residue collecting device, aligning the side line of the positioning device with the side line of the discharged connecting base, enabling the position of a hole site 15 to be opposite to the position of the hole site on the concrete guardrail 13, enabling a drill bit of a drilling machine 8 to be over against the hole site 15, and enabling the levelness of the positioning device to meet the requirement and then fixing the positioning device on the concrete guardrail 13;
3) starting the drilling machine 8, enabling a drill bit of the drilling machine 8 to penetrate through the hole site 15 for drilling, and checking the levelness in real time;
4) and after drilling is finished, taking out the residue collection device for cleaning, and disassembling the positioning device and the drilling device for next drilling operation.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) releasing a connecting base sideline according to the design requirement of the sound barrier;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of pre-processing or purchasing components such as a special-shaped steel plate 1, an L-shaped steel plate 2, bolts 3, a clamping screw 4, a horizontal rule 5, a steel pipe 6, a track 7, a drilling machine 8, a stiffening rib 9, a tie bar 10, a dustproof and waterproof bag 11, a lifting lug 12 and the like;
(3) and manufacturing equipment: the track 7 is welded on the steel pipe 6, the steel pipe 6 is welded on the special-shaped steel plate 1, the stiffening rib 9 and the lacing wire 10 are respectively welded on the steel pipe 6 and the special-shaped steel plate 1, and the drilling machine 8 is installed on the steel pipe 6;
(4) after the equipment is manufactured, aligning the sideline of the special-shaped steel plate 1 with the sideline of the released connecting base, connecting the special-shaped steel plate 1 with the L-shaped steel plate 2 by using a bolt 3, placing a horizontal ruler 5 on the special-shaped steel plate 1, adjusting the special-shaped steel plate 1 and the L-shaped steel plate 2 until the flatness meets the requirement, and then fixing the special-shaped steel plate 1 and the L-shaped steel plate 2 on the concrete guardrail by using a clamping screw rod 4;
(5) the first side of the dustproof and waterproof bag 11 is adhered to the lower edge of the hole 15, and the lifting lug 12 is hung on the clamping screw rod 4;
(6) a drill rod drill bit of the drilling machine 8 is aligned with the hole site 15 of the special-shaped steel plate 1 to start drilling, and the horizontal ruler 5 is checked in time to prevent hole site deviation;
(7) after the first hole site is drilled, the dustproof and waterproof bag 11 is taken down, and collected residues and slurry pollutants are treated uniformly;
(8) and (5) loosening the bolts 3 and the clamping screw rods 4, transferring the drilling equipment to the next hole position, and repeating the steps (4) - (8) until all hole positions are constructed.
The invention relates to a drilling device for a sound barrier connecting base, which comprises a positioning device, a drilling device and a residue collecting device; the positioning device is tightly connected with the concrete guardrail and used for bearing the drilling device and the residue collecting device; the drilling device is welded on the positioning device for drilling; the residue collection device is connected to the concrete barrier 13 and the positioning device to collect the residue and slurry contaminants generated by the drilled hole. The corner of the deformed steel plate 1 in the positioning device is an arc plate and can be tightly attached to the chamfer 14 of the concrete guardrail 13, so that the chamfer 14 part of the concrete guardrail 13 is prevented from being chiseled. Wherein, the application of the blocking screw rod 4 and the level bar 5 ensures the accuracy of hole positions. The width of the deformed steel plate 1 is the same as that of the connecting base, only the position of the 1 side line of the deformed steel plate is aligned with the position of the lofting side line of the connecting base during drilling, the positioning is rapid and accurate, the construction process is simple, and the integral installation effect is good. The drilling device is welded on the positioning device, so that the direct construction by taking the drilling machine 8 by workers is avoided. In addition, the drilling device can drill at least two holes at the same time, the construction speed is high, and the efficiency is high. The ingenious application of dustproof and waterproof bag 11 and lifting lug 12 in the residue collection device has solved the pollution of residue and thick liquid pollutant to concrete barrier 13 and bituminous paving when driling. And the dustproof and waterproof bag 11 and the lifting lug 12 can be recycled, so that the material waste is avoided, and the environment-friendly sustainable construction concept is embodied. The invention has the advantages of rapid and accurate hole position positioning, stable and reliable drilling, capability of collecting residues and slurry generated during drilling, no pollution, simple structure, reliable process, high construction speed, low cost and good integral installation effect.

The sound barrier connection base drilling equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning device comprises a profiled steel plate (1) and an L-shaped steel plate (2), the profiled steel plate (1) and the L-shaped steel plate (2) are matched with the shape of a concrete guardrail (13), the profiled steel plate (1) is sequentially provided with a first plate, an arc plate and a second plate, the first plate is horizontally arranged, the second plate is vertically arranged, the shape of the arc plate is matched with the shape of a chamfer (14) of the concrete guardrail (13), the L-shaped steel plate (2) comprises a third plate and a fourth plate which are connected in an L shape, the third plate is horizontally arranged, the third plate is detachably and fixedly connected with the end part of the first plate, which is far away from the arc plate, the fourth plate is vertically arranged, and the hole site (15) is arranged on the second plate and the fourth plate, and the hole sites (15) of the second plate and the fourth plate are corresponding, the steel pipe (6) is fixed on the second plate, and the first plate, the circular arc plate, the second plate and the fourth plate can be arranged outside the concrete guardrail (13) in an enclosing manner.

4) and after drilling is finished, taking out the residue collection device for cleaning, and disassembling the positioning device and the drilling device for next drilling operation.
