Based on the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic invoice certificate pasting device and method, and solves the problems of time and labor consumption and low working quality in the process of manually pasting invoices in the financial reimbursement process.

s1, putting the sorted invoices into an invoice inlet voucher storage box, and setting the number of the invoices to be pasted;
s2, turning on a switch, and mutually matching the Y-direction transmission mechanism, the X-direction transmission mechanism and the vacuum generator to convey the invoice from the invoice feeding and issuing voucher storage box to the invoice issuing voucher storage box;

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the automatic invoice certificate pasting device of the embodiment includes an equipment box 1, and a transmission mechanism 2 for conveying invoices and a pressing mechanism 3 for pasting invoices are arranged in the equipment box. The number of the Y-axis slide rails 212 is two, the two Y-axis slide rails 212 are connected through a connecting rod 218 and the two Y-axis slide rails 212 synchronously rotate through a coupler 219, so that the two Y-axis sliders 213 synchronously move up and down. In this embodiment, the Y-axis upper limit switch 214 is disposed at the position where the suction head at the bottom end of the vacuum generator is higher than the ticket entering and leaving certificate storage box, and the Y-axis lower limit switch 215 is disposed at the position where the suction head at the bottom end of the vacuum generator is slightly larger than 1cm away from the bottom of the ticket entering and leaving certificate storage box.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the X-direction transmission mechanism 22 is fixed on the Y-direction transmission mechanism 21, and includes an X-axis servo motor 221, an X-axis slide rail 222, an X-axis slide block 223, an X-axis in/out limit switch 224, an X-axis out limit switch 225, and an X-axis fixing component, where the X-axis fixing component includes an X-axis motor support seat 226 and an X-axis motor fixing seat 227. The vacuum generator 4 is fixed to the X-axis slider 223 through a connecting block. In this embodiment, the X-axis in limit switch 224 is disposed at the position where the vacuum generator aligns with the positioning slot of the ticket issuing voucher storage box, and the X-axis out limit switch 225 is disposed at the position where the vacuum generator aligns with the positioning slot of the ticket issuing voucher storage box, so that the suction head at the bottom end of the vacuum generator can accurately enter the box body of the ticket issuing voucher storage box.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the pressing mechanism 3 includes a gate-shaped bracket 31, a first electric cylinder 32 is disposed on a cross beam of the gate-shaped bracket, the first electric cylinder 32 may be an electric cylinder with an L of 100mm, and an electric push rod of the first electric cylinder 32 passes through the cross beam and is disposed downward. The side wall of the ticket entrance and departure voucher storage box is respectively provided with a positioning groove 8 matched with the suction head of the vacuum generator, the positioning groove 8 is used for positioning and detecting the X moving direction of the vacuum generator, when the stopping position of the X-direction transmission mechanism is correct, the bottom suction head of the vacuum generator can accurately enter the box body, and when the stopping position of the X-direction transmission mechanism is wrong, the bottom suction head of the vacuum generator is blocked by the box body and cannot move down into the box body.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a pressing top plate 9 matched with the pressing plate 35 is arranged at the bottom of the invoice certificate storage box 6, the pressing top plate 9 comprises an upper spring top plate 91 and a lower pressing spring 92, the spring top plate 91 is installed in a placing groove formed in the bottom wall of the invoice certificate storage box, the bottom of the pressing spring 92 is fixed on the bottom surface of the equipment box, and the pressing plate 35 can be correspondingly pressed at the spring top plate when pressed downwards.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an automatic invoice certificate pasting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to the automatic invoice certificate pasting apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
s1, arranging the invoices, putting the invoices into an invoice inlet voucher storage box, and setting the number of the adhered invoices after a power indicator lamp is turned on;
s2, turning on a switch, and mutually matching the Y-direction transmission mechanism, the X-direction transmission mechanism and the vacuum generator to convey the invoice from the invoice feeding and issuing voucher storage box to the invoice issuing voucher storage box;

s23, the Y-axis servo motor works, the Y-axis sliding block moves along the Y-axis sliding rail and stops moving when moving to the Y-axis upper limit switch (the bottom end of the vacuum generator is higher than the position of the ticket entrance and departure certificate storage box), then the X-axis servo motor works, the X-axis sliding block moves along the X-axis sliding rail and stops moving when moving to the X-axis exit limit switch (the position where the vacuum generator is aligned with the positioning groove of the ticket departure certificate storage box), and then the Y-axis servo motor works, the Y-axis sliding block moves along the Y-axis sliding rail and stops moving when moving to the Y-axis lower limit switch (the bottom end of the vacuum generator is slightly larger than 1cm from the bottom of the ticket entrance and departure certificate storage box);
and S24, stopping the vacuum generator, enabling the adsorbed invoice to fall into the invoice issuing voucher storage box, and resetting the X-axis slide rail and the Y-axis slide rail.
