本发明属于拖把布技术领域,具体是指一种一次性拖把布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
拖把,又称墩地抹布,指擦洗地面的长柄清洁工具,亦泛指长柄清洁工具。拖把应源于抹布。最传统的拖把,将一束布条捆扎在一个长木杆的一端就成了。由于拖把的工作部分拖把头自身也需要不断地清洁,聪明的人们为拖把配上了“拧水”装置和“旋转甩干”装置,这便有了“拧干拖把”和“甩干拖把”,解决了不沾手就把拖把头脱水的难题。但拖把反复使用很容易滋生细菌,因此一次性拖把应运而生。
现有的一次性拖把大多采用粘合多层无纺布面料,虽然成本相对较低,但生产过程不够环保且无纺布面料的去污性比较弱,不能有效去除地面的污垢。目前市面流行一种除尘纸拖把,其结构是在拖把平板本体上夹持一张一次性使用的除尘纸,由该除尘纸的纤维组织结构可在与地板进行拖行擦抹时,将地板表面所附着的灰尘及污垢擦拭干净,然而,这种除尘纸拖把的清洁部件多为一次性使用的纸质材质,质料较粗糙且吸附力不强,缺少吸水及洗油等特性,故只能用来擦拭地板灰尘及毛发,因此一种清洁力强且成本低廉的一次性拖把布成为市场的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明通过选择合适布层,添加颗粒粉末状清洁剂便于清洁地板、吸水性好、除污能力强的一次性拖把布。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种一次性拖把布,包括牛津布基层、牛津布固定层、拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B、超细纤维布层、颗粒粉末状清洁剂、透水无纺布层、复合水刺无纺布层和静电除尘纸,所述牛津布固定层缝合设于牛津布基层中部,所述拒水无纺布基层A和拒水无纺布基层B缝合设于牛津布基层靠近牛津布固定层一侧,拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B对称设于牛津布固定层的两侧,拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B分别与牛津布固定层缝合连接,超细纤维布层与拒水无纺布基层A和牛津布固定层缝合连接,所述透水无纺布层缝合设于拒水无纺布基层B远离牛津布基层的一侧,颗粒粉末状清洁剂设于透水无纺布层和拒水无纺布基层之间,复合水刺无纺布层缝合设于透水无纺布层上,复合水刺无纺布层便于清洁剂渗透发挥作用,超细纤维布层便于对涂覆清洁剂的地板进行擦拭清洗,静电除尘纸缝合设于超细纤维布层和复合水刺无纺布层上,静电除尘纸便于吸除地板表面浮灰、头发等,方便后续拖洗。
进一步地,所述复合水刺无纺布层为多层水刺无纺布层缝合组成,水刺无纺布吸水性好,且多组缝合复合便于提高一次性拖把布的使用时长。
本发明还公开了一种一次性拖把布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)准备颗粒粉末状清洁剂、未裁剪的牛津布、静电除尘纸、拒水无纺布、超细纤维布、透水无纺布和水刺无纺布,将牛津布裁剪成片得到牛津布基层,按照牛津布基层的长和宽裁剪静电除尘纸,将拒水无纺布裁剪成片得到拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B,拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B裁剪规格相同,拒水无纺布基层A裁剪长度为牛津布基层裁剪长度的二分之一,拒水无纺布基层A裁剪宽度与牛津布基层裁剪宽度相等,然后将超细纤维布、透水无纺布、水刺无纺布按与拒水无纺布基层A相同裁剪规格依次裁剪成片得到超细纤维布层、透水无纺布层和水刺无纺布层;
2)将4-10层步骤1)所述的水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合在一起得到复合水刺无纺布层;
3)从牛津布上裁剪出宽度为2-4cm的牛津布固定层,牛津布固定层的长度与牛津布基层宽度相等;
4)将步骤3)所述的牛津布固定层缝制在步骤1)所述的牛津布基层的中部,然后将步骤1)所述的拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B沿边缘分别缝合在牛津布固定层两侧的牛津布基层上,将步骤1)所述的超细纤维布层沿边缘缝合在拒水无纺布基层A上并将超细纤维布层的一侧与牛津布固定层缝合连接;
5)将步骤1)所述的5-20g颗粒粉末状清洁剂平铺在拒水无纺布基层B上,然后将透水无纺布层与步骤2)所述的复合水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合在一起,将缝合后的透水无纺布层和复合水刺无纺布层铺设在颗粒粉末状清洁剂上且透水无纺布层靠近颗粒粉末状清洁剂,将牛津布基层、拒水无纺布基层B、透水无纺布基层、复合水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合并将颗粒粉末状清洁剂缝合在拒水无纺布基层B和透水无纺布基层之间得到拖把布初成品;
6)将步骤1)所述裁剪后的静电除尘纸沿边缘缝合在步骤5)所述的拖把布初成品的复合水刺无纺布层和超细纤维布层一侧即得到一次性拖把布。
进一步地,所述牛津布基层的长为20-50cm,牛津布基层的宽为10-25cm。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一次性拖把布通过静电除尘纸便于在拖地之前将地板上的灰尘、头发、纸屑等静电吸附,便于清洁地板上的浮灰,方便后续拖洗,且使用完毕将其从一次性拖把布上撕下即可,简单方便,通过设置超细纤维布,便于去除油污且吸水能力强,通过设置透水无纺布层、复合水刺无纺布层及颗粒粉末状清洁剂便于对地板进行高效除污,复合水刺无纺布层和透水无纺布层吸水使得颗粒粉末状清洁剂吸水产生作用,复合水刺无纺布层将清洁剂均匀涂抹在地板表面,复合水刺无纺布层对地板进行无损拖洗并与超细纤维布配合便于快速清洁地板表面脏污。

3)从牛津布上裁剪出宽度为2cm的牛津布固定层2,牛津布固定层2的长度与牛津布基层1宽度的相等;
4)将步骤3)所述的牛津布固定层2缝制在步骤1)所述的牛津布基层1的中部,然后将步骤1)所述的拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4沿边缘分别缝合在牛津布固定层2两侧的牛津布基层1上,将步骤1)所述的超细纤维布层5沿边缘缝合在拒水无纺布基层A3上并将超细纤维布层5的一侧与牛津布固定层2缝合连接;
5)将步骤1)所述的10g颗粒粉末状清洁剂6平铺在拒水无纺布基层B4上,然后将透水无纺布层7与步骤2)所述的复合水刺无纺布层8沿边缘缝合在一起,将缝合后的透水无纺布层7和复合水刺无纺布层8铺设在颗粒粉末状清洁剂6上且透水无纺布层7靠近颗粒粉末状清洁剂6,将牛津布基层1、拒水无纺布基层B4、透水无纺布基层、复合水刺无纺布层8沿边缘缝合并将颗粒粉末状清洁剂6缝合在拒水无纺布基层B4和透水无纺布基层之间得到拖把布初成品;
6)将步骤1)所述裁剪后的静电除尘纸9沿边缘缝合在步骤5)所述的拖把布初成品的复合水刺无纺布层8和超细纤维布层5一侧即得到一次性拖把布。
实施例2,本发明一次性拖把布,包括牛津布基层1、牛津布固定层2、拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4、超细纤维布层5、颗粒粉末状清洁剂6、透水无纺布层7、复合水刺无纺布层8和静电除尘纸9,所述牛津布固定层2缝合设于牛津布基层1中部,所述拒水无纺布基层A3和拒水无纺布基层B4缝合设于牛津布基层1靠近牛津布固定层2一侧,拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4对称设于牛津布固定层2的两侧,拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4分别与牛津布固定层2缝合连接,超细纤维布层5与拒水无纺布基层A3和牛津布固定层2缝合连接,所述透水无纺布层7缝合设于拒水无纺布基层B4远离牛津布基层1的一侧,颗粒粉末状清洁剂6设于透水无纺布层7和拒水无纺布基层之间,复合水刺无纺布层8缝合设于透水无纺布层7上,静电除尘纸9缝合设于超细纤维布层5和复合水刺无纺布层8上。
本发明一次性拖把布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)准备颗粒粉末状清洁剂6、未裁剪的牛津布、静电除尘纸9、拒水无纺布、超细纤维布、透水无纺布和水刺无纺布,将牛津布裁剪成片得到牛津布基层1,按照牛津布基层1的长和宽裁剪静电除尘纸9,将拒水无纺布裁剪成片得到拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4,拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4裁剪规格相同,拒水无纺布基层A3裁剪长度为牛津布基层1裁剪长度的二分之一,拒水无纺布基层A3裁剪宽度与牛津布基层1裁剪宽度相等,然后将超细纤维布、透水无纺布、水刺无纺布按与拒水无纺布基层A3相同裁剪规格依次裁剪成片得到超细纤维布层5、透水无纺布层7和水刺无纺布层;
2)将7层步骤1)所述的水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合在一起得到复合水刺无纺布层8;
3)从牛津布上裁剪出宽度为3cm的牛津布固定层2,牛津布固定层2的长度与牛津布基层1宽度相等且;
4)将步骤3)所述的牛津布固定层2缝制在步骤1)所述的牛津布基层1的中部,然后将步骤1)所述的拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4沿边缘分别缝合在牛津布固定层2两侧的牛津布基层1上,将步骤1)所述的超细纤维布层5沿边缘缝合在拒水无纺布基层A3上并将超细纤维布层5的一侧与牛津布固定层2缝合连接;
5)将步骤1)所述的15g颗粒粉末状清洁剂6平铺在拒水无纺布基层B4上,然后将透水无纺布层7与步骤2)所述的复合水刺无纺布层8沿边缘缝合在一起,将缝合后的透水无纺布层7和复合水刺无纺布层8铺设在颗粒粉末状清洁剂6上且透水无纺布层7靠近颗粒粉末状清洁剂6,将牛津布基层1、拒水无纺布基层B4、透水无纺布基层、复合水刺无纺布层8沿边缘缝合并将颗粒粉末状清洁剂6缝合在拒水无纺布基层B4和透水无纺布基层之间得到拖把布初成品;
6)将步骤1)所述裁剪后的静电除尘纸9沿边缘缝合在步骤5)所述的拖把布初成品的复合水刺无纺布层8和超细纤维布层5一侧即得到一次性拖把布。
实施例3,本发明一次性拖把布,包括牛津布基层1、牛津布固定层2、拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4、超细纤维布层5、颗粒粉末状清洁剂6、透水无纺布层7、复合水刺无纺布层8和静电除尘纸9,所述牛津布固定层2缝合设于牛津布基层1中部,所述拒水无纺布基层A3和拒水无纺布基层B4缝合设于牛津布基层1靠近牛津布固定层2一侧,拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4对称设于牛津布固定层2的两侧,拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4分别与牛津布固定层2缝合连接,超细纤维布层5与拒水无纺布基层A3和牛津布固定层2缝合连接,所述透水无纺布层7缝合设于拒水无纺布基层B4远离牛津布基层1的一侧,颗粒粉末状清洁剂6设于透水无纺布层7和拒水无纺布基层之间,复合水刺无纺布层8缝合设于透水无纺布层7上,静电除尘纸9缝合设于超细纤维布层5和复合水刺无纺布层8上。
本发明一次性拖把布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)准备颗粒粉末状清洁剂6、未裁剪的牛津布、静电除尘纸9、拒水无纺布、超细纤维布、透水无纺布和水刺无纺布,将牛津布裁剪成片得到牛津布基层1,按照牛津布基层1的长和宽裁剪静电除尘纸9,将拒水无纺布裁剪成片得到拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4,拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4裁剪规格相同,拒水无纺布基层A3裁剪长度为牛津布基层1裁剪长度的二分之一,拒水无纺布基层A3裁剪宽度与牛津布基层1裁剪宽度相等,然后将超细纤维布、透水无纺布、水刺无纺布按与拒水无纺布基层A3相同裁剪规格依次裁剪成片得到超细纤维布层5、透水无纺布层7和水刺无纺布层;
2)将10层步骤1)所述的水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合在一起得到复合水刺无纺布层8;
3)从牛津布上裁剪出宽度为4cm的牛津布固定层2,牛津布固定层2的长度与牛津布基层1宽度相等;
4)将步骤3)所述的牛津布固定层2缝制在步骤1)所述的牛津布基层1的中部,然后将步骤1)所述的拒水无纺布基层A3、拒水无纺布基层B4沿边缘分别缝合在牛津布固定层2两侧的牛津布基层1上,将步骤1)所述的超细纤维布层5沿边缘缝合在拒水无纺布基层A3上并将超细纤维布层5的一侧与牛津布固定层2缝合连接;
5)将步骤1)所述的20g颗粒粉末状清洁剂6平铺在拒水无纺布基层B4上,然后将透水无纺布层7与步骤2)所述的复合水刺无纺布层8沿边缘缝合在一起,将缝合后的透水无纺布层7和复合水刺无纺布层8铺设在颗粒粉末状清洁剂6上且透水无纺布层7靠近颗粒粉末状清洁剂6,将牛津布基层1、拒水无纺布基层B4、透水无纺布基层、复合水刺无纺布层8沿边缘缝合并将颗粒粉末状清洁剂6缝合在拒水无纺布基层B4和透水无纺布基层之间得到拖把布初成品;
6)将步骤1)所述裁剪后的静电除尘纸9沿边缘缝合在步骤5)所述的拖把布初成品的复合水刺无纺布层8和超细纤维布层5一侧即得到一次性拖把布。
本发明生产的一次性拖把布简单易用,使用时先将一次性拖把布固定在拖把上,通过一次性拖把布表面的静电除尘纸9将地板表面的浮灰、头发等吸除,清灰完毕后将静电除尘纸9从一次性拖把布上撕下,然后将一次性拖把布沾水湿润使得颗粒粉末状清洁剂6吸水溶解产生作用,并随复合水刺无纺布层8拖地时涂覆在地板表面对地板进行清洁,超细纤维布吸水对复合水刺无纺布层8涂覆清洁剂的地板进行擦拭清洗,将地板上的脏污和清洁剂吸附走,完成对地板的清洁,地板全部拖洗一遍后,对一次性拖把布进行清洁洗去一次性拖把布内的清洁剂,然后吸水对地面进行二次清洗从而将地板表面残留的清洁剂和脏污彻底去除。

Claims (4)

1.一种一次性拖把布,其特征在于,包括牛津布基层、牛津布固定层、拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B、超细纤维布层、颗粒粉末状清洁剂、透水无纺布层、复合水刺无纺布层和静电除尘纸,所述牛津布固定层缝合设于牛津布基层中部,所述拒水无纺布基层A和拒水无纺布基层B缝合设于牛津布基层靠近牛津布固定层一侧,拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B对称设于牛津布固定层的两侧,拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B分别与牛津布固定层缝合连接,超细纤维布层与拒水无纺布基层A和牛津布固定层缝合连接,所述透水无纺布层缝合设于拒水无纺布基层B远离牛津布基层的一侧,颗粒粉末状清洁剂设于透水无纺布层和拒水无纺布基层之间,复合水刺无纺布层缝合设于透水无纺布层上,静电除尘纸缝合设于超细纤维布层和复合水刺无纺布层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性拖把布,其特征在于,所述复合水刺无纺布层为多层水刺无纺布层缝合组成。
3.一种一次性拖把布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)准备颗粒粉末状清洁剂、未裁剪的牛津布、静电除尘纸、拒水无纺布、超细纤维布、透水无纺布和水刺无纺布,将牛津布裁剪成片得到牛津布基层,按照牛津布基层的长和宽裁剪静电除尘纸,
将拒水无纺布裁剪成片得到拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B,拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B裁剪规格相同,拒水无纺布基层A裁剪长度为牛津布基层裁剪长度的二分之一,拒水无纺布基层A裁剪宽度与牛津布基层裁剪宽度相等,然后将超细纤维布、透水无纺布、水刺无纺布按与拒水无纺布基层A相同裁剪规格依次裁剪成片得到超细纤维布层、透水无纺布层和水刺无纺布层;
2)将4-10层步骤1)所述的水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合在一起得到复合水刺无纺布层;
3)从牛津布上裁剪出宽度为2-4cm的牛津布固定层,牛津布固定层的长度与牛津布基层宽度相等;
4)将步骤3)所述的牛津布固定层缝制在步骤1)所述的牛津布基层的中部,然后将步骤1)所述的拒水无纺布基层A、拒水无纺布基层B沿边缘分别缝合在牛津布固定层两侧的牛津布基层上,将步骤1)所述的超细纤维布层沿边缘缝合在拒水无纺布基层A上并将超细纤维布层的一侧与牛津布固定层缝合连接;
5)将步骤1)所述的5-20g颗粒粉末状清洁剂平铺在拒水无纺布基层B上,然后将透水无纺布层与步骤2)所述的复合水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合在一起,将缝合后的透水无纺布层和复合水刺无纺布层铺设在颗粒粉末状清洁剂上且透水无纺布层靠近颗粒粉末状清洁剂,将牛津布基层、拒水无纺布基层B、透水无纺布基层、复合水刺无纺布层沿边缘缝合并将颗粒粉末状清洁剂缝合在拒水无纺布基层B和透水无纺布基层之间得到拖把布初成品;
6)将步骤1)所述裁剪后的静电除尘纸沿边缘缝合在步骤5)所述的拖把布初成品的复合水刺无纺布层和超细纤维布层一侧即得到一次性拖把布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种一次性拖把布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述牛津布基层的长为20-50cm,牛津布基层的宽为10-25cm。
