Abstract

本发明涉及拉丝模设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,包括拉丝模及开设在拉丝模上侧的锥部,所述拉丝模上开设有与锥部适配的润滑油道,所述拉丝模一侧设有控制阀,所述拉丝模下部设有研磨装置,所述研磨装置包括研磨块、导向杆及压盖,所述拉丝模下侧设有抛光装置,所述抛光装置包括活动齿盘、行星齿轮及固定齿盘,所述拉丝模下侧固定有与抛光装置适配的外壳,所述活动齿盘与外壳之间设有平面轴承,所述外壳一侧固定有电机。本发明采用研磨块对金属丝表面进行研磨,清除毛刺及表面氧化层,便于检测金属丝裂痕,同时拉丝模下侧设有羊毛材质的抛光刷,通过高速转动,对金属丝表面进行抛光,清洁附着物。

一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模
技术领域
本发明涉及拉丝模设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模。
背景技术
在外力作用下使金属强行通过模具,金属横截面被压缩,并获得所要求的横截面形状和尺寸的金属加工方法称为拉丝。使金属改变形状、尺寸的工具称为拉丝模。为了保持金属丝从初始到最终各截面的形状和尺寸一致,拉丝模的材料需要有足够的硬度和耐磨性。常用的拉丝模有金刚石模(分天然和人造聚晶金刚石模具)、硬质合金模(分钨钴类合金模和钢结硬质合金模具)、陶瓷模(分刚玉陶瓷模和碳化硅陶瓷模具)等。
金属丝通过拉丝模拉丝后,表面会附着润滑物质,影响后续使用,因此需要通过抛光处理,清除表面附着物,同时检测表面质量,避免出现断裂或毛刺,影响金属丝强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,包括拉丝模及开设在拉丝模上侧的锥部,所述拉丝模上开设有与锥部适配的润滑油道,所述拉丝模一侧设有控制阀,所述拉丝模下部设有研磨装置,所述研磨装置包括研磨块、导向杆及压盖,所述拉丝模下侧设有抛光装置,所述抛光装置包括活动齿盘、行星齿轮及固定齿盘,所述拉丝模下侧固定有与抛光装置适配的外壳,所述活动齿盘与外壳之间设有平面轴承,所述外壳一侧固定有电机,所述电机输出轴上固定有主动齿轮。
优选的,所述压盖与拉丝模之间通过螺纹连接,所述压盖内设有压紧弹簧,所述压紧弹簧一端与研磨块之间固定连接。
优选的,所述导向杆与研磨块之间固定连接,所述导向杆一端贯穿压盖,所述导向杆与压盖之间滑动接触。
优选的,所述行星齿轮设置于活动齿盘及固定齿盘之间,且为啮合接触。
优选的,所述行星齿轮设有多组,且分设活动齿盘四周,所述行星齿轮一侧设有限位环。
优选的,所述行星齿轮一侧设有抛光刷,所述抛光刷材质采用羊毛。
优选的,所述活动齿盘包括主体,所述主体外曲面开设有与主动齿轮适配的齿圈,所述主体侧面开设有与行星齿轮适配的齿环,所述主体中部开设有通孔。
本发明的有益效果为:
与现有技术相比,本发明采用研磨块对金属丝表面进行研磨,清除毛刺及表面氧化层,避免金属丝出现裂痕,无法检测,同时拉丝模下侧设有羊毛材质的抛光刷,通过高速转动,对金属丝表面进行抛光,清洁附着物。

参照图1-4,一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,包括拉丝模1及开设在拉丝模1上侧的锥部9,拉丝模1上开设有与锥部9适配的润滑油道8,拉丝模1一侧设有控制阀2,拉丝模1下部设有研磨装置3,研磨装置3包括研磨块31、导向杆33及压盖34,拉丝模1下侧设有抛光装置7,抛光装置7包括活动齿盘71、行星齿轮73及固定齿盘74,拉丝模1下侧固定有与抛光装置7适配的外壳4,活动齿盘71与外壳4之间设有平面轴承6,外壳4一侧固定有电机5,电机5输出轴上固定有主动齿轮51。
本实施例中,压盖34与拉丝模1之间通过螺纹连接,压盖34内设有压紧弹簧32,压紧弹簧32一端与研磨块31之间固定连接,通过压紧弹簧32将研磨块31与金属丝相抵,提高研磨效率。
进一步的,导向杆33与研磨块31之间固定连接,导向杆33一端贯穿压盖34,导向杆33与压盖34之间滑动接触,通过导向杆33控制研磨块31移动方向,避免发生倾斜,影响研磨效果。
具体地,行星齿轮73设置于活动齿盘71及固定齿盘74之间,且为啮合接触,通过活动齿盘71及固定齿盘74相互转动,促使新型齿轮73自转且公转,对金属丝进行抛光。
具体地,行星齿轮73设有多组,且分设活动齿盘71四周,行星齿轮73一侧设有限位环,通过限位环限制行星齿轮73移动,避免滑脱。
进一步的,行星齿轮73一侧设有抛光刷72,抛光刷72材质采用羊毛,避免损伤金属丝表面。
进一步的,活动齿盘71包括主体713,主体713外曲面开设有与主动齿轮51适配的齿圈712,主体713侧面开设有与行星齿轮73适配的齿环711,主体713中部开设有通孔10,金属丝经过通孔10排出。
本实施例中,金属丝经过拉丝模1完成拉丝,表面附着杂物,通过研磨块31初步研磨,清除毛刺和表面氧化层,之后通过抛光刷72进行抛光处理,提高表面光滑度。

1.一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,包括拉丝模(1)及开设在拉丝模(1)上侧的锥部(9),其特征在于,所述拉丝模(1)上开设有与锥部(9)适配的润滑油道(8),所述拉丝模(1)一侧设有控制阀(2),所述拉丝模(1)下部设有研磨装置(3),所述研磨装置(3)包括研磨块(31)、导向杆(33)及压盖(34),所述拉丝模(1)下侧设有抛光装置(7),所述抛光装置(7)包括活动齿盘(71)、行星齿轮(73)及固定齿盘(74),所述拉丝模(1)下侧固定有与抛光装置(7)适配的外壳(4),所述活动齿盘(71)与外壳(4)之间设有平面轴承(6),所述外壳(4)一侧固定有电机(5),所述电机(5)输出轴上固定有主动齿轮(51)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,其特征在于,所述压盖(34)与拉丝模(1)之间通过螺纹连接,所述压盖(34)内设有压紧弹簧(32),所述压紧弹簧(32)一端与研磨块(31)之间固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,其特征在于,所述导向杆(33)与研磨块(31)之间固定连接,所述导向杆(33)一端贯穿压盖(34),所述导向杆(33)与压盖(34)之间滑动接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮(73)设置于活动齿盘(71)及固定齿盘(74)之间,且为啮合接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有抛光功能的拉丝模,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮(73)设有多组,且分设活动齿盘(71)四周,所述行星齿轮(73)一侧设有限位环。
