当进行体育活动时,在使用过程中一件服装(例如,鞋)的适当的通风或换气是特别重要的。已知给这件服装提供相应的开口或孔,以在使用过程中允许空气流过这件服装。
有时确定开口或孔的位置是不确定的,因为这有时取决于穿着者在使用这件服装的过程中的个别情况。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提出一件服装(即,鞋或衣服),尤其是运动服装,该服装在真正需要通风的那些位置处允许改善的通风。

沿着材料层的延伸(即,沿着材料层的表面)布置有多个容纳空间。所述容纳空间形成封闭的空腔,在该封闭的空腔中放置有微生物。优选地,多个容纳空间沿着材料层的表面形成为大体上均匀的图案。该图案可具有例如矩形、圆形或蜂窝状形状。
特别优选的是微生物是坂井艾德昂菌(ideonella sakaiensis)种类的细菌,尤其是坂井艾德昂菌201-F6种类的细菌。其他优选的微生物是放线菌(actinobacteria)种类、变形菌(proteobacteria)种类、拟杆菌(bacteroidetes)种类和恶臭假单胞菌(pseudomonas putida)种类的细菌。

对于材料层,提出了优选的材料以允许被所述细菌有效腐蚀。因此,材料层优选由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和/或聚氨酯组成或者包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和/或聚氨酯。
服装特别优选为运动鞋、运动服、运动夹克、运动裤或运动衫。其他优选的应用是在预期使用过程中与穿着者的身体接触的配件;这里具体考虑了背包,该背包被相应地配备并且在预期使用过程中与穿着者或使用者的身体接触。
因此,服装,尤其是鞋,至少部分地由可生物降解的材料制成。它优选用微生物形成图案。
可以用空腔图案生产(模制)这件服装的所述区域。然后用细菌和凝胶状介质(例如凝胶状凝胶)填充空腔。
在所述空腔中的微生物对穿着者的身体产生的热量(特别是对在鞋的使用过程中穿着者的脚部产生的热量)起反应,并且通过消耗在空腔中的介质而增殖。
可以以纯色来生产服装,尤其是鞋。随着凝胶状介质被微生物消耗,鞋的表面,更具体地是材料层的表面开始腐蚀并生成允许更多空气流过的通风点。因此,选择性地改善了服装的通风。
随着时间的推移,服装,尤其是鞋,开始根据穿着者的活动状况呈现自定义外观。
特别优选的组合是使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和坂井艾德昂菌种类的细菌,尤其是坂井艾德昂菌201-F6种类的细菌。
另一特别优选的组合是使用聚氨酯和恶臭假单胞菌种类的细菌。
