In one embodiment, the sales tracking system of the present invention comprises: an information volume label 10, a data server module 20, an information volume label read-write module 30, a goods selling server module 40 and a carrier module 50, wherein, the information volume label 10 is used for a user to read information content of an information volume label, the information volume label is directly printed or pasted on an article package, the information volume label 10 can be a two-dimensional bar code or a Radio Frequency IDentification Tag (RFID Tag), wherein, the two-dimensional bar code is, for example, QR-code.
The data server module 20 is configured to store the information tag information content TC, where the data server module 20 may be a product data server system configured to manage and store product information sold or transported by a manufacturer, where the product data server system may be a cloud-end method or an entity device, and the information tag information content TC includes a product name, a manufacturer, a raw material component, a manufacturing date, an effective date, a manufacturing lot number, a storage method, a logistics manufacturer, and the like, so as to be used for tracking, querying, and the like.
The information tag reading and writing module 30 is configured to access the information content TC of the information tag, and update and store the information content TC of the information tag in the data server module 10, where the information tag reading module 30 may be a barcode scanner or a Radio Frequency IDentification Reader RFID Reader (Radio Frequency IDentification Reader), and the information tag 10 is disposed on an article package, and preferably, the information tag 10 is directly printed or attached on the article package, and the information tag 10 may select different setting methods according to the style, type, or packaging manner of the article.
A goods-selling server module 40, the goods-selling server module 40 is electrically connected with the information volume label read-write module 30, and is used for generating goods-selling information and a goods-selling code when the information volume label read-write module 30 scans the information volume label 10, and recording the goods-selling information and the goods-selling code in the information volume label information content TC and storing the goods-selling information and the goods-selling code in the data server module 20, wherein, the goods-selling server module can be a selling terminal system pos (point of sales), which is mainly arranged at the goods-delivery end for facilitating the goods-delivery record during goods-delivery, therefore, in the current delivery or transaction process, when the information volume label 10 is scanned through the information volume label read-write module 30, the goods-selling information or the goods-selling code is written into the information volume label information content TC and the record is updated and stored in the data server module 20.
The carrier module 50 has a carrier code, the carrier code is used for the purpose of identifying the carrier module 50, the carrier module 50 is electrically connected with the goods selling server module 40 or the data server module 20 for storing the goods selling information and the goods selling code, wherein, the carrier module 50 is a software system arranged on an electronic device or a mobile device, the carrier code can be used for the purpose of identifying the carrier module 50 so as to track and distinguish each goods receiving end, each carrier module 50 has a unique carrier code, each carrier code is different, the carrier code is a combination of characters or numbers, when the goods receiving end receives the goods, the information volume label read-write module 30 is electrically connected with the carrier module 50 for reading and writing an electronic signal, so that the carrier module 50 records the goods selling code or the goods selling information, wherein, the goods selling code can be a transaction serial number or an invoice number, the goods sales information may include a shipment serial number, a shipment end code, a receiving end code, a goods sales server code, or a time of sales.
The carrier module 50 can select different loading devices according to different types of the receiving end, if the receiving end is a manufacturer or a shop, the carrier module 50 can be installed in the electronic device, the electronic device is a computer server, an electronic account settling machine, a POS machine, etc., if the receiving end is a terminal consumer, the carrier module 50 can be installed in the mobile device, the mobile device can be a smart phone, the carrier module 50 is an application software APP, and has functions of consuming invoices or transaction records, accessing and inquiring, information in the carrier module 50 can also be stored in a cloud device, and is read through wireless network connection, and the use of the consumer is facilitated.
In one embodiment, the sales tracking system further comprises a warning message sending module 60 (not shown), the warning message sending module 60 is configured to send a warning message to the sales server module 40 or the carrier module 50, wherein the warning message sending module 60 is disposed on the data server module 20 or the sales server module 40, when the article has a warning message to send, the warning message sending module 60 sends the warning message to a receiving end via a network, wherein the receiving end is the sales server module 20 or the sales server module 40, the receiving end is the sales server module 40 or the carrier module 20, for example, the data server module 20 sends the warning message to the sales server module 40 and the carrier module 20, or the sales server module 40 sends the warning message to the carrier module 20, thereby notifying each manufacturer, retail store, or consumer.

In an embodiment, the goods-selling server module 40 further includes a prompt message setting unit 41 (not shown), the prompt message setting unit 41 is used for a user to set a prompt message, and the prompt message is recorded in the data server module 20 and updated and written into the tag information content TC. When the user finds that the transaction object has a problem or other information needs to be additionally posted during the transaction, the prompt information setting unit 41 can set and update the information to be additionally posted in the data server module 20 through the sales server module 40, so that the prompt information can be read and displayed when the information tag reading and writing module 30 scans the information tag 10 during the next transaction.

Claims (10)

1. A method for tracking sales, comprising:
providing an article with an information volume label package, wherein the information volume label is directly printed or pasted on the article package, and the information content record of the information volume label is stored in a data server module;
when the article is sent from a delivery end to a receiving end, the information volume label is scanned through an information volume label reading and writing module, and goods selling information and a goods selling code are written into the information content of the information volume label and are updated and stored in the data server module, wherein the goods selling information and the goods selling code are transaction information content and transaction serial number generated by a goods selling server module, and the goods selling server module is electrically connected with the data server module; and
storing the sales code record to a carrier module for subsequent tracking use, wherein the carrier module is arranged on an electronic device or a mobile device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the tag is a two-dimensional bar code or a radio frequency identification tag.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a prompt message setting program, wherein the prompt message setting program is capable of providing a prompt message to the user at the sales server module when the information tag is scanned by the information tag reading/writing module during the transaction, and the prompt message is recorded in the data server module and updated and written in the information content of the information tag.

The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the prompt message setting program further comprises a goods recycling confirmation program, when an article is sold to a receiving end, if the receiving end returns the article to the delivery end at the upstream thereof, the goods recycling confirmation program provides a user with setting a goods recycling message in the goods selling server module, the goods recycling message is recorded in the data server module after being set and updated and written in the information tag information content.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the shipment end returned by the item is not the original shipment end, the data server module sends a modification message to the shipment end of the original shipment end and records it in the shipment server module of the original shipment end.

The method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising providing an alert message notification program, wherein when there is an alert message about the object to be sent, the alert message notification program sends the alert message from a sending end to a receiving end via a network, wherein the sending end is the data server module or the sales server module, and the receiving end is the sales server module or the carrier module.

The method as claimed in claim 1, further providing a tracking program for article information, wherein when the user scans the information tag of the article through a mobile device, the tracking program is connected to the data server module or the sales server module through a network and displays the article information for the user to look up.
8. A sales tracking system, comprising:
an information volume label for reading the information content of the information volume label;
a data server module for processing and storing the information content of the information volume label;
an information volume label read-write module, which is used for accessing the information content of the information volume label and updating and storing the information content of the information volume label in the data server module, wherein the information volume label is arranged on an article package;
the goods selling server module is electrically connected with the information volume label reading and writing module and the data server module and is used for generating goods selling information and a goods selling code when the information volume label reading and writing module scans the information volume label and recording the goods selling information and the goods selling code in the information content of the information volume label and storing the goods selling information and the goods selling code in the data server module; and
the carrier module is provided with a carrier code which is used for identifying the carrier module, is electrically connected with the goods selling server module or the data server module and is used for storing the goods selling information and the goods selling code, wherein the carrier module is arranged on an electronic device or a mobile device.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising a warning message sending module for sending a warning message to the sales server module or the carrier module.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein the sales server module further comprises a prompt setting unit for providing a prompt for the user to set, the prompt being recorded in the data server module and updated to the information tag.
