Abstract
The invention discloses a method for predicting the yarn quantity and proportion of a double-faced jacquard knitting color matching garment, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a knitted color matching clothing sample piece to obtain the weight of a single coil; the overall process design of the knitted color matching garment is formulated according to the size design sheet to form a process design sheet; and (4) formulating the overall organization design of the knitted color matching garment according to the process design list, and obtaining the yarn consumption and proportion of each color of yarn according to the total number of front and rear plate loops of each color in the overall organization design.
