an auxiliary tool for installing a drill rod of a raise boring machine comprises a hoisting and moving device and a turnover device; the lifting and moving device comprises a base, a supporting rod, a first telescopic mechanism, a lifting beam and a lifting chain;
the supporting rod is connected with the base and can rotate in a horizontal plane relative to the base; one end of the hanging beam is connected with the support rod and can rotate in a vertical plane relative to the support rod, and the other end of the hanging beam is connected with the hanging chain; one end of the first telescopic mechanism is connected with the supporting rod, and the other end of the first telescopic mechanism is connected with the hanging beam;
the turnover device comprises a second telescopic mechanism, a turnover beam and a supporting seat, one end of the second telescopic mechanism is connected with the supporting seat, the other end of the second telescopic mechanism is connected with the turnover beam, and a clamping arm used for clamping the drill rod is arranged on the turnover beam.
Furthermore, the auxiliary tool for installing the drill rod of the raise boring machine further comprises a driving device for driving the supporting rod to rotate horizontally.
Further, the suspension chain comprises two chain bodies, and a hook part is connected to the free ends of the chain bodies.

A use method of an installation aid for a drill rod of a raise boring machine comprises the following steps:
adjusting the position of the hoisting beam to enable the hoisting chain to be positioned above a drill rod to be hoisted, and sleeving the hook component on the drill rod;
the hoisting beam rotates horizontally to move, and the hoisting chain is pulled to move the drill rod to the turnover device;
a clamping arm of the turnover device tightly grasps the drill rod, and then the second telescopic mechanism extends to turn the turnover beam and the drill rod to the construction position;
the drill rod is arranged on the drilling machine, the clamping arm is loosened, and the turnover device is reset.
Further, the use method of the installation auxiliary tool for the drill rod of the raise boring machine further comprises the drill rod unloading process:
a clamping arm of the turnover device clamps a drill rod unloaded from the raise boring machine; then, the second telescopic mechanism of the turnover device retracts to enable the turnover beam to turn over and reset;
adjusting the position of the hanging beam to enable the hanging chain to be positioned above the turnover device, and sleeving the hook component on the drill rod;
and hoisting the hoisting beam, horizontally rotating and moving the hoisting beam, and moving the drill rod to the dead zone.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the hoisting and moving device can hoist and move the drill rod to the turnover device, and the turnover device can transfer the drill rod to a construction position, so that the drill rod is convenient to mount and dismount, and more convenient and labor-saving; the invention reduces the trouble of inaccurate manual positioning, is convenient and practical, and can be popularized in construction engineering in a large scale.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the installation auxiliary tool for the drill rod of the raise boring machine disclosed by the invention comprises a hoisting and moving device 1 and a turnover device 2. As shown in fig. 2, the lifting and moving device 1 includes a base 11, a support rod 12, a first telescoping mechanism 13, a hanging beam 14 and a hanging chain 15.
The base 11 has the through-hole that is used for the pile fixing, can fix the base 11 on the rig mast base of raise boring machine 4 with the bolt to make the installation of bracing piece 12 more firm, can not arouse rocking of bracing piece 12 because of the rotation of hanging beam 14, drilling rod 3, avoid causing unsafe factor.
The bottom of the support rod 12 is rotatably connected to the base 11 such that the support rod 12 can rotate in a horizontal plane. A bearing is arranged between the support rod 12 and the base 11, and the bearing is favorable for reducing the friction force in the support rod 12 and ensuring the stability of the whole rotation of the support rod 12.
One end of the hanging beam 14 is rotatably connected to the top of the support rod 12 such that the hanging beam 14 can rotate in a vertical plane about the connection between the support rod 12 and the hanging beam 14.
The other end of the hanging beam 14 is provided with a hanging chain 15. The hoist chain 15 comprises two chain bodies of comparable length, to the free ends of which hook members 16 are attached. The hook members 16 have a length of about 1m and are bent at their ends, and the two hook members 16 are used to firmly hook both ends of the drill rod 3, thereby ensuring that the drill rod 3 does not fall off when being lifted or unloaded.
One end of the first telescopic mechanism 13 is connected with the support rod 12, and the other end is connected with the hanging beam 14. The first telescoping mechanism 13 forms a suitable angle with the support bar 12 and the suspension beam 14. The first telescopic mechanism 13 is provided with an adjustment button, and the extension and contraction thereof are adjusted by pressing the adjustment button.
The height of the support rod 12 is set to be 30 cm-40 cm, and the lifting beam 14 is controlled by the first telescopic mechanism 13, so that the lifting chain 15 and the drill rod 3 can ascend or descend.
The use method of the hoisting and moving device 1 comprises the following steps: the position of the hoist chain 15 is adjusted by rotating the support rod 12 in the horizontal plane, so that the hoist chain 15 is positioned above the drill rod 3 to be hoisted, and a worker directly sleeves the hook component 16 on the drill rod 3; the first telescopic mechanism 13 extends to enable the drill rod 3 to be lifted upwards to a certain height;
then, the support rod 12 rotates in the horizontal plane to adjust the lifting chain 15 and the drill rod 3 to be above the turnover device 2, the first telescopic mechanism 13 retracts to enable the drill rod 3 to descend to a certain height, a constructor slightly pulls the lifting chain 15 to move the drill rod 3 to the turnover device 2, the hook part 16 is taken down from the drill rod 3, and the lifting device 1 is reset.
In another embodiment, the lifting and moving device 1 further comprises a driving device for driving the supporting rod 12 to rotate. The drive means comprises a motor. The driving device can drive the supporting rod 12 to rotate in the horizontal plane without manual pushing, so that the working efficiency can be improved, and the intelligence of the hoisting and moving device 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the turnover device 2 includes a second telescoping mechanism 21, a turnover beam 22, and a support base 23. The support base 23 is intended to be connected to the drilling stand base of the raise boring machine 4.
One end of the second telescopic mechanism 21 is connected with the supporting base 23, the other end of the second telescopic mechanism 21 is connected with the turning beam 22, and the second telescopic mechanism 21 is located below the turning beam 22.
The second telescopic mechanism 21 is provided with an adjustment button, and the extension and contraction thereof are adjusted by pressing the adjustment button, thereby adjusting the inclination angle of the turnover beam 22.
The turning beam 22 is provided with a gripping arm 24 for gripping the drill rod 3. The second telescopic mechanism 21 is connected to one end of the lower surface of the turning beam 22, and the gripping arm 24 is located on the upper surface of the turning beam 22.
The clamping arm 24 is perpendicular to the overturning beam 22, the clamping tightness of the clamping arm 24 can be manually operated, the construction position of the drill rod 3 is accurately positioned by using the overturning device 2, manual lifting is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
The clamping arms 24 are also arc-shaped, concave surfaces of the clamping arms on two sides are arranged oppositely, the clamping surfaces are provided with threads, friction between the clamping arms and the drill rod 3 is increased, and then the drill rod 3 is clamped or loosened. In this embodiment there are two pairs of gripping arms 24 which grip the ends of the drill rod 3.
The first telescoping mechanism 13 and the second telescoping mechanism 21 can be hydraulic telescoping mechanisms, linear motors, cylinders and the like.
As shown in figure 1, the raise boring machine 4 disclosed by the invention comprises a drill frame base and the installation auxiliary tool. The base 11 of the lifting and moving device 1 is fixed on the drill frame base of the raise boring machine 4 by bolts, and the supporting seat 23 of the turnover device 2 is also fixed on the drill frame base. The position of the turning device 2 should be such that by rotating the turning beam 22 the gripping arm 24 can be rotated to below the rotary output of the drilling machine, which in turn effects the turning of the drill rod 3 to the construction position.
The invention relates to a use method of an installation auxiliary tool of a raise boring machine drill rod, which comprises the following steps:
comprises a drill rod loading process and a drill rod unloading process;
a drill rod loading process: adjusting the position of the lifting beam 14 to enable the lifting chain 15 to be positioned above the drill rod 3 to be lifted, and directly sleeving the hook component 16 on the drill rod 3 by an operator; the support rod 12 drives the hanging beam 14 to horizontally rotate and move, an operator slightly pulls the hanging chain 15 to move the drill rod 3 to the turnover device 2, and the hanging and moving device 1 resets;
after the drill rod 3 is hoisted and moved to the turnover device 2, the clamping arm 24 of the turnover device 2 tightly grasps the drill rod 3; then the second telescopic mechanism 21 extends to turn the turning beam 22 and the drill rod 3 to the construction position;
the drill rod 3 is mounted on the drilling machine, the gripping arm 24 is released and the tipping device 2 is reset.
A drill rod unloading process: the second telescopic mechanism 21 of the turnover device 2 extends to turn over the turnover beam 22 to the construction position; the gripping arm 24 grips the drill rod 3 removed from the raise boring machine 12; the second telescopic mechanism 21 of the turnover device 2 retracts to turn over the turnover beam 22 for resetting;
the position of the hanging beam 14 is adjusted to enable the hanging chain 15 to be positioned above the turnover device 2, and an operator directly sleeves the hook component 16 on the drill rod 3;
the hanging beam 14 is lifted, and the support rod 12 drives the hanging beam 14 to horizontally rotate, so that the drill rod 3 is moved to the empty area.
The invention has the function of quick installation and unloading, and can save the auxiliary time for lifting and lowering the drilling tool and connecting and unloading the drilling rod.
