It should be noted that the sound insulation amount of the vertical metal sound barrier unit plate should be not less than 30dBA, the noise reduction coefficient should be not less than 0.7, and the thickness of the unit plate is 50 mm-200 mm. The connection between two unit plates spliced with each other in the same sound barrier can adopt a buckling type, a snap type, a tongue-and-groove type and a flat type, and rubber materials are adopted for sealing and sound leakage prevention between the plates and the upright posts.
The vertical type metal sound barrier unit plate body can be assembled by adopting the following steps:
firstly, the protective layer 212 wraps and covers the periphery of the sound absorption cotton 211, and then an upper fixing support 251 and a lower fixing support 252 are respectively buckled on the wrapped sound absorption cotton 211 to form a sound absorption module 21;
secondly, fixing the back plate 23 on the tool, fixing the periphery of the back plate, pulling the back plate to an angle, and then placing the sound absorption module 21 in the tool so that the upper fixing support 251 and the lower fixing support 252 of the sound absorption module 21 are respectively clamped at the concave-convex grooves;
thirdly, loosening the back plate 23, then buckling the perforated panel 22 on the back plate 23, and paying attention to the fact that the water drainage groove 24 is located below and is not reversely installed;
fourthly, after the back plate 23, the sound absorption module 21 and the perforated panel 22 are assembled into a whole, the falling prevention devices 100 are fixed at the middle positions of the two side surfaces of the unit plate, and thus the assembly of the whole metal sound barrier unit plate is completed.
The vertical metal sound barrier unit plate can be used in the industries of high-speed rails, rail transit, municipal roads, highways and the like.
It is readily understood by a person skilled in the art that the advantageous ways described above can be freely combined, superimposed without conflict.
