The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a circular totally enclosed sound barrier for high-speed railways.
The circular fully enclosed sound barrier for high-speed rail will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-4. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the appearance of the circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for the high-speed rail, which comprises a sound barrier foundation 1, a frame 2 constructed on the sound barrier foundation 1 and forming opposite side closure, and a sound barrier component formed in the frame, wherein the frame 2 is a steel structure frame with a circular arc-shaped cross section, and two circular arc-shaped ends of the steel structure frame 2 are installed on the sound barrier foundation 1; the sound barrier components are symmetrically positioned on two sides of a circular fully-closed sound barrier for the high-speed rail, and the sound barrier components positioned on the two sides are sequentially provided with a lower arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate group 3, an arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate group 4 and an upper arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate group 3 from bottom to top; in this embodiment, the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate group 4 is arranged at the top of the closed sound barrier; the arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate group comprises one or more arc-shaped metal sound barrier plates 30, and the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate group comprises one or more arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plates 40.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the steel structural frame comprises steel columns 21, purlins 22, fixing pieces 23 and movable pieces 24; the steel upright post 21 adopts H-shaped steel and BH-shaped steel, is in an arc shape with the circle center positioned on the surface of the sound barrier foundation, and two ends of the arc shape are fixed on the sound barrier foundation 1; the purlins 22 are used for fixedly connecting a plurality of steel upright posts 21 arranged on the sound barrier foundation together in a penetrating manner, so that the steel frame structure is more stable.
Fig. 14 shows the structural relationship of the stationary member 23 with the steel column 21 and the metal plate 30, and fig. 15 shows the structural relationship of the movable member 24 with the steel column 21 and the metal plate 30. And a fixing part 23 is arranged on each steel upright along the length direction of the extension of the steel upright, is used for limiting the sound barrier component and is welded and fixed with the steel upright. A plurality of moving pieces 24 are arranged on each steel upright along the length direction of the extension of the steel upright 21 according to the installation requirement, are used for limiting the sound barrier components 3 and 4 and are riveted with the steel uprights. During installation, before the movable piece 24 is installed, a notch is formed by extending the length direction of the steel upright posts 21, the sound barrier plates 30 and 40 are inserted into the two steel upright posts 21 and are respectively fixed in the space formed by the fixing piece 23 through the notches, and after the sound barrier plates 30 and 40 are installed, the movable piece 24 is installed at the notch to form a continuous structure with the fixing piece 23.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a circular totally enclosed sound barrier for a high-speed rail, fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of a in fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view of B in fig. 3. The sound barrier foundation 1 can be a bridge, a retaining wall, a U-shaped groove and other forms. The bolts can be pre-embedded or post-chemical bolts. The specification of the bolt is from 20mm to 40mm in diameter, the strength grade is 8.8 grade or 10.9 grade, and the material is Q345B or 45 steel. And the corrosion prevention mode is painting or hot-dip galvanizing. Two sides of each circular arc metal sound barrier plate 30 are fixed with plugging plates 5 for keeping the radian of the circular arc metal sound barrier plate. The front and back surfaces of the metal plate are spliced with the upper and lower sectional materials in a buckling mode, the side surface rubber strips or the upper and lower concave-convex groove rubber pads are fixed through pull rivets or self-tapping screws, and the metal plate is arranged behind the steel beam column and is blocked by the inner surface of the outer flange of the steel beam column and the outer surface of the fixed baffle plate so that the pull rivets or the self-tapping screws cannot be seen. The metal sound barrier plate can not expose self-tapping nails or blind rivets after being installed, the main body front and back panel is subjected to rivetless processing, and the structural safety and stress safety of the barrier body are guaranteed to the greatest extent. An inter-panel elastic strip is disposed between two adjacent sound barrier panels 30 and 40, for example, an inter-panel elastic strip 6 is disposed between two metal sound barrier panels, or between two transparent sound barrier panels, or between a metal sound barrier panel and a transparent sound barrier panel. The elastic strips 6 between the plates are made of ethylene propylene diene monomer. The elastic strips 6 between the plates can play the roles of water prevention and sealing, and can prevent the water leakage of the joints between the plates of the top surface and the vertical surface screen body. And an inter-plate-column sealing strip 7 is arranged between each barrier plate 30 and 40 and the steel structure frame 2. The sealing strips 7 between the plate columns are made of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and have the main functions of sealing and sound leakage prevention, so that the plate is prevented from being in hard connection with the columns, and the screen plate is rubbed by long-term fatigue vibration; and simultaneously, the effect of reducing secondary noise is achieved. The arc-shaped circle center of the steel structure frame 2 is positioned on the foundation surface of the sound barrier; the steel structure frame can adopt H-shaped steel, BH shaped steel or box type frame. The height H is 175-350 mm. The fixing piece is welded on the steel structure frame through a T-shaped steel plate, the moving piece is provided with a hole on the special-shaped steel plate, and the moving piece is fixed at the position of the hole on the web plate of the steel structure frame in advance through a stainless steel cotter pin.
Fig. 5 illustrates a schematic structural view of a circular arc-shaped transparent sound barrier panel 40, fig. 6 is a left side view of the circular arc-shaped transparent sound barrier panel 40, fig. 7 is a schematic sectional view of fig. 5 taken along a-a, fig. 8 is a bottom view of the circular arc-shaped transparent sound barrier panel 40, and fig. 9 is a schematic sectional view of fig. 5 taken along b-b. The arc-shaped transparent sound barrier panel 40 includes a metal frame 41 and a transparent sound barrier 42 fixed in the metal frame. The sound insulation amount of the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate 40 is not less than 30dBA, the thickness of the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate 4 is 117-140mm, and the connection among the plates of the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate can adopt a buckling type, a snap type, a tongue-and-groove type and a flat type. The metal framework 41 is formed by fixing four sectional materials with an accommodating space 410 in the middle, wherein the accommodating space 410 is used for clamping four sides of the transparent sound insulation plate 42. The four sectional materials with the accommodating space in the middle are an upper sectional material 411, a lower sectional material 412, a left sectional material 413 and a right sectional material 414 respectively. One end of the upper section bar 411 is provided with an accommodating space 410, and the other end is provided with a convex rib; one end of the lower section bar is provided with an accommodating space 410, and the other end is provided with a groove. The left section bar and the right section bar are both of a structure that one end is provided with an accommodating space 410 and the other end is provided with a groove. The convex edge is matched with the groove; the receiving spaces 410 of the upper and lower profiles each have a certain inclination angle for supplying stress for maintaining the curvature of the transparent sound-insulating panel. The transparent sound-proof plate 42 is an acrylic plate. And one side of the metal framework 41 is provided with an anti-falling device 43 for further fixing with the steel structure frame. When taking place extreme situation, even the sound barrier board drops out from the mounting groove, also hung on the steel structural framework that has wire rope to connect, be unlikely to directly drop on the road surface, cause secondary damage to vehicle and pedestrian.
As shown in fig. 10, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the falling off prevention device 43, the falling off prevention device 43 is a metal sheet composed of a U-shaped protrusion 431 and two fins 432, and the two fins 432 are fixed on the metal framework 41, so that the metal framework 41 and the U-shaped protrusion 431 enclose a channel. In this embodiment, one side of the metal framework 41 of each circular arc transparent sound barrier panel is provided with two or more anti-falling devices 43, and the two or more anti-falling devices 43 and the two or more channels formed by the metal framework 41 are on the same straight line. At this moment, the steel wire and the like can penetrate through the two channels and then be fixed with the steel structure frame together, and the further reinforcing effect is achieved.
FIG. 11 shows a cross-section of a circular arc-shaped metal sound barrier panel 30Fig. 12 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a circular arc-shaped metal sound barrier panel 30 with a blocking plate 5. The arc-shaped metal sound barrier panel 30 sequentially comprises an arc-shaped panel 31, a sound absorption material layer 32, a sound insulation material layer 33 and an arc-shaped back plate 34 from inside to outside, wherein upper and lower supporting frameworks 35 are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the arc-shaped metal sound barrier panel and used for fixing the arc-shaped panel, the sound absorption material layer, the sound insulation material layer and the arc-shaped back plate. The invention refers to the direction from inside to outside, namely, the surface of the arc panel forms the inner surface of the round fully-closed sound barrier for the high-speed rail, and the surface of the arc backboard forms the outer surface of the round fully-closed sound barrier for the high-speed rail. The sound insulation quantity of the arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate 30 is not less than 30dBA, the noise reduction coefficient is not less than 0.7, and the thickness of the finished product plate is 117 mm and 140 mm. The connection between the finished board and the finished board can adopt a buckling type, a snap-in type, a tongue-and-groove type and a flat type. Wherein, the arc-shaped back plate 34 can be made of an aluminum alloy plate (5 series) and has a thickness of not less than 1.5 mm. The arc panel 31 is an arc perforated panel, and is made of aluminum alloy plate (3 series or 5 series), the thickness is not less than 1.5mm, the aperture is 2mm-6mm, and the perforation rate is 20% -30%. The front and back surfaces can be subjected to powder spraying and fluorocarbon spraying, the thickness of the coating is not less than 40 mu m, and the adhesive force is not less than 0 grade. The sound absorbing material can be rock wool with a thickness of 50-140mm and a volume weight of not less than 64kg/m3(ii) a The sound insulation material can be a high-strength fiber cement board with the thickness of 8mm-12 mm. The upper and lower supporting frameworks 35 are made of aluminum profiles, and the thickness of the aluminum profiles is not less than 1.5 mm. Fig. 13 shows that the arc-shaped panel 31 of the metal sound barrier panel 30 has a corrugated structure. Fig. 13 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another arc-shaped metal sound barrier panel 30, in which the arc-shaped panel 31 is a smooth arc-shaped surface.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the top of the fully enclosed sound barrier is comprised of an opaque metal sound barrier panel. Such an arrangement sacrifices a part of the lighting effect, but has a better sound insulation effect.
The mounting method of the round totally-enclosed sound barrier for the high-speed rail comprises the following steps:
firstly, cleaning, correcting, derusting and corrosion preventing pre-embedded bolts of a sound barrier foundation.
And secondly, mounting the steel structure frame. The steel structure frame is processed in sections at proper positions according to production conditions, then is assembled on site, and the sectional points can be fixed in a bolting mode or a welding mode on site during assembly. And then, adopting special hoisting equipment to position and fix the steel frame. After every two steel frames are installed, longitudinal supports and purlins need to be installed, so that the whole steel structure forms a stable statically determinate system.
And thirdly, mounting the arc-shaped high-speed rail metal sound barrier plate at the lowest part. The steel frame is installed, after a stable structural system is formed, the arc-shaped high-speed rail metal sound barrier plate can be installed, rubber strips between plate columns are arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the metal sound barrier plate, and waterproof rubber strips between plates are arranged at the upper groove opening and the lower groove opening. The installation personnel stand on the mobile scaffold, and the feeding personnel at the lower part send the metal sound barrier plate to the installation part through a pulley block or a rope, generally at the position of the movable baffle plate. The installer on the scaffold inclines the metal sound barrier plate at an angle from the free position of the moving part, then slowly puts in the metal sound barrier plate, and the two sides of the metal sound barrier plate are simultaneously sent downwards, so that the rubber strips between the plate columns and the rubber strips between the plates can be prevented from falling off, the metal sound barrier plate is properly adjusted left and right after being in place, and the lap joint requirement is met.
And fourthly, installing the high-speed rail arc-shaped transparent viewing sound insulation plate. And after the installation of the arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate of the lowest high-speed rail is finished, the installation of the arc-shaped transparent sound insulation plate of the high-speed rail with the landscape viewing effect is started, the rubber strips between the plate columns are arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the transparent sound insulation plate, and the waterproof rubber strips between the plates are arranged at the upper notch and the lower notch. The installation personnel stand on the mobile scaffold, and the feeding personnel at the lower part send the transparent sound insulation board to the installation part through a pulley block or a rope. The installer on the scaffold inclines the transparent sound insulation board at an angle from the free position of the moving part, then slowly puts in the transparent sound insulation board, and the two sides of the transparent sound insulation board are simultaneously sent downwards, so that the rubber strips between the board columns and the rubber strips between the boards can be prevented from falling off, the transparent sound insulation board is properly adjusted left and right after being in place, and the lap joint requirement is met. Because the transparent sound insulation board is heavier, the installation requires that the speed is slow, and is light to handle, and the installation requires attention to the front and back, does not need to install the contrary.
Fifthly, installing the high-speed rail arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate on the upper part. After the high-speed rail arc-shaped transparent viewing sound insulation plate is installed, the upper arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate is installed, rubber strips between plate columns are arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the metal sound barrier plate, and waterproof rubber strips between plates are arranged at the upper groove opening and the lower groove opening. The installation personnel stand on the mobile scaffold, and the feeding personnel at the lower part send the metal sound barrier plate to the installation part through a pulley block or a rope. An installer on the scaffold inclines the metal sound barrier plate at an angle from the free position of the moving part, slowly puts the metal sound barrier plate in, and sends the metal sound barrier plate and the moving part downwards at the same time, so that the rubber strips between the plate columns and the rubber strips between the plates can be prevented from falling off, the metal sound barrier plate is properly adjusted left and right after being in place, the lap joint requirement is met, and then the moving part is fixed by adopting a stainless steel cotter pin, so that the screen body is prevented from falling off.
And sixthly, installing the high-speed rail arc-shaped transparent lighting sound barrier plate at the upper part. After the high-speed rail arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate on the upper part is installed, an arc-shaped transparent sound insulation plate with a lighting effect is installed, rubber strips between plate columns are arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the transparent sound insulation plate, and waterproof rubber strips between plates are arranged at the upper groove opening and the lower groove opening. The feeding personnel at the lower part send the transparent sound insulation board to the installation part through a pulley block or a rope. The installer on the scaffold inclines the transparent sound insulation plate at an angle from the free position of the moving part, then slowly puts in, and the two sides are simultaneously sent downwards, so that the rubber strips between the plate columns and the rubber strips between the plates can not fall off, the transparent sound insulation plate is properly adjusted left and right after being in place, the lap joint requirement is met, then the moving part is fixed by adopting a stainless steel split pin, and the screen body is prevented from falling off.
Compared with the prior art, the invention aims to provide the circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for the high-speed rail, which has the characteristic of circular totally-enclosed whole body. The arc-shaped high-speed rail sound barrier plate used in the invention is made of metal materials and non-metal materials. The front surface of the metal sound barrier plate is in a wave arc modeling, the back surface of the metal sound barrier plate is in a straight arc modeling, the metal sound barrier plate can be tightly connected with a circular steel structure frame through inter-plate column sealing strips, gaps causing the reduction of sound leakage function cannot be generated, and the special requirements of high-speed rail pulsating force on the sound barrier plate can be met in stress. The sound barrier board also adopts the arc high-speed rail transparent sound barrier board, and meets the sight requirements of passengers at the height equal to the train window and the lighting requirements at the top. The arc-shaped high-speed rail sound barrier plate can effectively prevent water through the arrangement of the anti-elastic strips between the plates, and solves the waterproof problem of the high-speed rail totally-enclosed sound barrier. The invention is suitable for occasions with higher train wind pressure requirements, such as high-speed railways, intercity railways, urban railways, rail transit and the like, and has good comprehensive noise reduction effect.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for a high-speed rail comprises a sound barrier foundation, a frame which is constructed on the sound barrier foundation and forms opposite side closure, and a sound barrier assembly formed in the frame, and is characterized in that the frame is a steel structure frame with a circular arc-shaped cross section, and two circular arc-shaped ends of the steel structure frame are installed on the sound barrier foundation; the sound barrier components are symmetrically positioned on two sides of the circular fully-closed sound barrier for the high-speed rail, and the sound barrier components positioned on the two sides are sequentially provided with a lower circular arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate group, a circular arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate group and an upper circular arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate group from bottom to top; the arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate group comprises one or more arc-shaped metal sound barrier plates, and the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate group comprises one or more arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plates.
2. The circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for high-speed rails according to claim 1, wherein a circular arc transparent sound barrier plate group is arranged on the top of the totally-enclosed sound barrier.
3. The circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for high-speed rails according to claim 1, wherein plugging plates are fixed to both sides of each circular arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate for maintaining the strength and stress of the radian of the circular arc-shaped metal sound barrier plate.
4. The circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for high-speed rails according to claim 1, wherein an inter-plate elastic strip is arranged between two adjacent barrier plates; preferably, the elastic strips between the plates are made of ethylene propylene diene monomer.

The circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for the high-speed rail according to claim 1, wherein a plate-column sealing strip is arranged between each barrier plate and the steel structure frame; preferably, the sealing strip between the plate columns is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer.
6. The circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for the high-speed rails according to claim 1, wherein the arc center of the steel structure frame is positioned on the base surface of the sound barrier;
preferably, the steel structure frame comprises steel upright posts, purlines, fixing pieces and moving pieces; the steel upright posts are arc-shaped, the circle centers of which are positioned on the surface of the sound barrier foundation, and two ends of each arc-shaped are fixed on the sound barrier foundation; the purlines are used for fixedly connecting a plurality of steel upright columns arranged on the sound barrier foundation together in a penetrating manner, so that the steel frame structure is more stable; each steel upright post is provided with a fixing piece along the length direction of the extension of the steel upright post, and the fixing piece is used for limiting the sound barrier component and is welded and fixed with the steel upright post; a plurality of moving parts are arranged on each steel upright post along the length direction of the extension of the steel upright post according to the installation requirement, are used for limiting the sound barrier component and are riveted with the steel upright post; the fixed piece and the movable piece limit the sound barrier component between the two steel upright posts together;
further preferably, the steel upright posts are made of H-shaped steel, BH-shaped steel or box-type frames.
7. The circular totally-enclosed sound barrier for high-speed rails according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the arc-shaped transparent sound barrier plate comprises a metal framework and a transparent sound insulation plate fixed in the metal framework;
preferably, the metal framework is formed by fixing four sectional materials, the middle of each sectional material is provided with an accommodating space, and the accommodating spaces are used for clamping four edges of the transparent sound insulation plate;
preferably, the metal framework comprises an upper section bar, a lower section bar, a left section bar and a right section bar, wherein one end of the upper section bar is provided with an accommodating space, and the other end of the upper section bar is provided with a convex edge; one end of the lower section bar is provided with an accommodating space, and the other end of the lower section bar is provided with a groove; the convex ribs are matched with the grooves; the containing spaces of the upper and lower profiles are all provided with certain inclined angles and are used for supplying stress for the transparent sound insulation plate to keep radian.
