Next, an example of an operation method of the elevator system according to embodiment 2 configured as described above will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing an example of an operation method of the elevator system according to embodiment 2.
Steps S201 to S204 are the same as steps S101 to S104 in fig. 3 showing the operation method of the elevator system according to embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
When the bidirectional elevator 2b is allocated (yes in step S204), the congestion estimation unit 102-2 determines whether or not the current time is included in a congestion time zone set in advance (step S205). If the current time is included in the preset congestion time zone (yes in step S205), the determination unit 103-2 determines the door that can be opened and closed in the direction of the uncongested standby zone in the congestion time zone as the door to be opened and closed of the bidirectional elevator 2b (step S207).
When the current time is not included in the preset congestion time period (no in step S205), the congestion estimation unit 102-2 estimates whether or not the standby area 8 of the lower hierarchy level or the standby area 9 of the higher hierarchy level is congested, as in step S105 of embodiment 1 (step S206).
The subsequent processes (step S208 to step S212) are the same as step S107 to step S111 in fig. 3 showing the operation method of the elevator system according to embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
The congestion estimation unit 102-2 may determine not only whether or not the current time is included in the preset congestion time zone, but also whether or not congestion actually occurs to the same extent or more as the preset congestion time zone. For example, when the current time is included in a preset congestion time zone, the congestion estimation unit 102-2 further determines whether or not the number of registered destination halls at the current time is equal to or greater than the number of registered destination halls stored in association with the congestion time zone. When the number of registered destination halls at the current time is equal to or greater than the number of registered stored numbers, the determination unit 103-2 determines, as the door of the bidirectional elevator 2b to be opened or closed, a door that can be opened or closed in the direction of the uncongested standby zone in the congestion time zone.
When the number of registered hall at the current time is smaller than the stored number of registered hall, the congestion estimation unit 102-2 may estimate whether or not the standby area 8 at the lower hierarchy level or the standby area 9 at the higher hierarchy level is congested, as in step S105 of embodiment 1.
The congestion estimation unit 102-2 may determine whether or not the current congestion status is the same as the congestion status in the preset congestion time zone. For example, the congestion estimation unit 102-2 may calculate a difference between the number of registered destination halls at the current time and the number of registered destination halls stored in association with the congestion time zone, and estimate that the waiting hall (waiting area) associated with the congestion time zone is congested when the difference is equal to or less than a threshold value.
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the congestion time zone is set in advance, the door that can be opened and closed in the direction of the standby area that is estimated not to be congested is determined as the door to be opened and closed with reference to the past congestion status, and the user is guided to the standby area. This makes it possible to further alleviate the congestion in the elevator hall and to further improve the operation efficiency of the elevator.
(modification example)
In the modification, a function of determining a door to be opened and closed of the bidirectional elevator based on a position (standing position) of a user in the bidirectional elevator is further added. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of an operation method of an elevator system according to a modification. Fig. 6 shows an example in which a modification is applied to embodiment 1. The same modification can be applied to embodiment 2.
In the present modification, the determination unit 103 determines a door to be opened or closed among the doors of the bidirectional elevator 2b, based on the position of the user in the bidirectional elevator 2b. The determination unit 103 determines, for example, a door at a position close to the user as a door to be opened or closed. With this configuration, the user can get off the car more smoothly.
The determination unit 103 may determine a door located far from the user as a door to be opened or closed. With such a configuration, when another user gets into the car of the bidirectional elevator 2b, the user who has already got into the car does not need to move within the car and temporarily get off the car.
The position of the user in the bidirectional elevator 2b can be obtained by, for example, analyzing an image obtained from an imaging device (such as a camera) provided in the car of the bidirectional elevator 2b. The determination unit 103 can obtain an image from an imaging device in the car via the elevator control device 10b, for example. The method of determining the position of the user is not limited to this.
Next, an example of an operation method of the elevator system according to the modification configured as above will be described with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of an operation method of an elevator system according to a modification.
Steps S301 to S304 are the same as steps S101 to S104 in fig. 3 showing the operation method of the elevator system according to embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
When the bidirectional elevator 2b is allocated (yes in step S304), the determination unit 103 determines whether or not there is a user in the bidirectional elevator 2b (step S305). When there is a user in the bidirectional elevator 2b (yes in step S305), the determination unit 103 determines the door in the direction corresponding to the position of the user in the bidirectional elevator 2b as the door to be opened or closed (step S306).
When there is no user in the bidirectional elevator 2b (no in step S305), the congestion estimation unit 102 estimates whether or not the standby area 8 at the lower floor or the standby area 9 at the higher floor is congested, as in step S105 of embodiment 1 (step S307).
The subsequent processes (step S308 to step S313) are the same as step S106 to step S111 in fig. 3 showing the operation method of the elevator system according to embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
When the present modification is applied to embodiment 2, for example, after it is determined in step S305 that there is no user in the bidirectional elevator 2b, the determination in step S205 in fig. 5 may be executed.
Several embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These embodiments can be implemented in other various ways, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications are included in the invention described in the patent claims and the equivalent scope thereof, as well as the scope and gist of the invention.

Claims (5)

1. A method of operating an elevator system, the method of operating the elevator system comprising:
an allocation step of allocating any one of a 1 st car, a 2 nd car, and a 3 rd car to a hall call, the 1 st car being capable of stopping at a 1 st floor, the 2 nd car being capable of stopping at a 2 nd floor including a floor different from the 1 st floor, the 3 rd car being capable of stopping at the 1 st floor and the 2 nd floor, the 1 st car having a 1 st door capable of opening and closing in a direction of a 1 st hall common to the 1 st car and a 2 nd door capable of opening and closing in a direction of a 2 nd hall common to the 2 nd car;
a congestion estimation step of estimating congestion states of the 1 st lobby and the 2 nd lobby; and
a determination step of determining a door to be opened or closed from among the 1 st door and the 2 nd door based on the estimated congestion status,
the congestion estimation step determines whether or not the current time is included in a predetermined congestion time period,
in the step of deciding,
when the current time is included in the congestion time zone, the door in the direction of the elevator waiting hall determined as the elevator waiting hall which is not congested in the congestion time zone is determined as the door to be opened and closed,
when the current time is not included in the congestion time zone, the door to be opened or closed of the 1 st door and the 2 nd door is determined based on the estimated congestion status.
2. Method of operating an elevator system according to claim 1,
the method for operating the elevator system further includes a notification step of notifying a user of the 3 rd car of a destination landing of the 3 rd car.
3. Method of operating an elevator system according to claim 1,
in the congestion estimation step, when the current time is included in the congestion time zone and the number of registered current destination halls is equal to or greater than the number of registered current halls corresponding to the congestion time zone, it is estimated that the hall corresponding to the congestion time zone is congested.
4. Method of operating an elevator system according to claim 1 or 2,
in the step of deciding,

when the 3 rd car is assigned for a hall call in which the 2 nd floor is a destination hall and the 2 nd hall is congested, the 1 st door is determined as a door to be opened and closed.
