Abstract
The invention provides a pillow type bag support packaging mechanism which comprises a conveying belt, wherein a plurality of storage bins capable of containing pillow type bags are arranged on the conveying belt at equal intervals, and a support separating and dropping structure, a guide support pressing structure and a support pushing and box inserting structure are sequentially arranged above the conveying belt. The pillow type bag set can be fixed in the paper box after the support is added, so that the pillow type bag set is not scattered, and the later-stage attractive effect is greatly improved.

The pillow type bag supporting and packaging mechanism shown in fig. 1-4 comprises a conveying belt 1, a plurality of material bins 13 capable of containing pillow type bags are arranged on the conveying belt 1 at equal intervals, and a supporting and falling structure, a guiding and pressing structure and a supporting and pushing box structure are sequentially arranged above the conveying belt 1. The conveyer belt is connected with a conveyer belt motor which is a stepping motor.
The support separating and falling structure comprises support separating supports 5, support separating motors 4 and support separating devices 6, the number of the support separating devices 6 is four, each support separating device 6 comprises a rotating shaft and a supporting plate fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft of each support separating device 6 is connected with the support separating motors 4 and can synchronously rotate under the driving of the support separating motors 4, one side of each supporting plate can support one corner of each support 3, and each rotating shaft rotates for one circle, so that one support 3 can fall into a bin 13 positioned below the support separating device 6 through the four supporting plates, and then the next support 3 falling into the support separating device 6 is supported; the support dividing support 5 comprises four support rods and a top plate fixedly connected with the four support rods, a support feeding opening for allowing the support 3 to fall is formed in the top plate, and the support dividing motor 4 is fixedly connected with the top plate; the rotating shaft of each tray separator 6 is connected with the tray separating motor 4 through a synchronous or chain. In this embodiment, the push block motor 10 drives the push block 11 through a synchronous pulley and a synchronous belt. The conveyer belt 1 is driven by a stepping motor to move intermittently. In the process that the support 3 and the pillow type bag group 2 are pushed into the packaging box 8 together by the push block 11, the support 3 and the pillow type bag group 2 pass through the transition groove 9, the transition groove 9 ensures that the pillow type bag group 2 cannot be scattered and deviated, and the support 3 is pressed downwards, so that the support 3 completely wraps the pillow type bag group 2 until the support 3 and the pillow type bag group 2 completely enter the paper box.
