The invention also provides a plate sorting production line which comprises an electric control part, a feeding part E, a sorting part F, a manual packaging part G and a conveying line sequentially connecting the feeding part E, the sorting part F and the manual packaging part G.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8, wherein fig. 5 is a schematic specific structural diagram of a board sorting production line in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic specific structural diagram of a feeding portion E in the board sorting production line in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a schematic specific structural diagram of a sorting portion F in the board sorting production line in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic specific structural diagram of a manual packaging portion G in the board sorting production line in an embodiment of the present invention.
The feeding part E comprises a hydraulic lifting roller table 16, a feeding robot 17 for feeding the plate material of the hydraulic lifting roller table 16 to the conveying line, and a code scanner 18 arranged on the conveying line;
the sorting part F includes the board temporary storage 1 in the board sorting production line in the above scheme, and a sorting robot 19 that performs an access operation on the board in the board temporary storage 1;
the manual packing portion G includes a packing carton cutting device 20 and a manual stacking work table 21.
In this embodiment, the electric control unit includes a control system, and the control system is an MES control system.
When the plates enter the production line, bar codes are pasted on the plates, and the bar codes contain the information of the plates; meanwhile, in this embodiment, the number of the plate temporary storage 1 is 6, which is the same as the number of the plates of different storage types, and the production line has the following working procedures:
feeding: manually placing the plates on the hydraulic lifting roller table 16 in a stacking manner, then operating the hydraulic lifting roller table 16 to lift the plates to the required material taking height of the feeding robot 17 → the automatic plate taking of the feeding robot 17, clamping and placing the plates on the hydraulic lifting roller table 16 to the conveying line → the plates enter the conveying line, scanning and inputting plate information by the code scanner 18, and conveying the plates to the sorting part F through the conveying line;
sorting: the electric control part distributes the plates to the corresponding plate temporary storage 1 → the sorting robot 19 to automatically take the plates for storage according to the plate information obtained by automatic code scanning, temporarily stores the plates in the plate temporary storage 1 → an order plate is aligned and sheathed, the sorting robot 19 takes the plates out of the storage, clamps and places the plates one by one on the conveying line → conveys the plates to the manual packaging part G through the conveying line;
packaging: the sorting part F is used for cutting the corresponding packaging paper boxes according to the plate information acquired by the automatic code scanning → the paper cutting machine → the plates are conveyed to the manual stacking workbench 21 by the conveying line for manual boxing, and finally, the plates are packaged and discharged.
This production line is according to customer requirement and product characteristics, under information-based overall and PLC control, utilizes the transfer line body to carry out the categorised transport with the plate, combines the robot to carry out the plate letter sorting. The plate conveying and sorting are real-time, accurate and stable, the automation and intelligence degrees are high, and manpower and material resources can be greatly saved. The system has the functions of data recording and statistics, can display the production condition in real time and derive historical production data, and is convenient for analysis and optimization production.
As an improvement to the above solution, referring to fig. 9, in order to facilitate the transportation and sorting of the boards, in this embodiment, the sorting portion further includes a board lifting mechanism, and the rack is designed to be spanned by a rack, and the upper and lower sides of the rack are provided with roller surfaces, so that the boards can pass through the rack successively. Stopping the incoming material plates at the plate taking position, supporting the plates by a jacking mechanism, and clamping and warehousing by a sorting robot 19; the rear panels can continue through to the remaining picking stations of the sorting robot 19.
The invention also provides a plate storing and taking method, which is applied to the plate temporary storage 1 in the scheme and comprises the following steps:
s1, the robot horizontally and correspondingly places the plate above the discharging port 7, and then the plate falls under the action of self weight and falls onto the working plate 5 under the guide of the guide surface 8;
s2: the plate blocks the infrared signal, the infrared receiver 10 feeds back to the controller, the controller controls the hydraulic oil cylinder 3 to work, the hydraulic oil cylinder 3 drives the telescopic shaft 4 to descend, at the moment, the telescopic shaft 4 drives the workbench to descend synchronously, and therefore the plate above the workbench also descends synchronously;
s3: when the plate positioned at the discharging hole 7 descends to the position where the plate does not block the infrared signal of the infrared emitter 9 any more, the infrared receiver 10 receives the infrared signal again, at the moment, the infrared receiver 10 feeds back to the controller, and the controller controls the hydraulic oil cylinder 3 to stop working.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. A plate temporary storage warehouse (1) in a plate sorting production line is characterized by comprising a storage box (2), a lifting part, a controller and a display part, wherein the lifting part is positioned in the storage box (2) and used for driving plates to lift, the controller is used for controlling the lifting part to lift, and the display part is used for displaying the storage condition;
the lifting part comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder (3), a telescopic shaft (4) and a working plate (5); the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) is arranged at the bottom of the material storage box (2) and is detachably connected with the material storage box (2); the telescopic shaft (4) is a displacement output element of the hydraulic oil cylinder (3), the working plate (5) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the telescopic shaft (4), and the working plate (5) is horizontally arranged;
the storage box (2) comprises a plate guiding part (6), the top of the storage box (2) is arranged in an open manner to form a discharging hole (7), the guiding part (6) is arranged around the discharging hole (7) in a protruding manner, the guiding part (6) is detachably connected with the storage box (2), and a guiding surface (8) which is inclined in a guiding manner from outside to inside and from top to bottom is arranged on the inner side of the guiding part (6);
the display part is arranged on one outer side of the material storage box (2);
the plate stacking machine is characterized by further comprising a sensing part for identifying whether plates stacked on the top are located at the discharging hole (7), wherein the sensing part comprises an infrared emitter (9) and an infrared receiver (10), and the infrared emitter (9) and the infrared receiver (10) are arranged on the guiding part (6) and are oppositely arranged on two sides of the discharging hole (7);
the control end of the controller is electrically connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) and the controlled end of the display part, and the receiving end of the controller is electrically connected with the output end of the infrared emitter (9).
2. The sheet material temporary storage (1) in the sheet material sorting production line according to claim 1, wherein an avoiding area for a clamp to clamp the sheet material is provided on both sides of the guide portion (6).
3. The sheet material temporary storage (1) in the sheet material sorting production line according to claims 1-2, further comprising the manual control part, wherein the manual control part comprises a state switching button (11) for switching the infrared transmitter (9) and the infrared receiver (10), an ascending button (12) for driving the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) to ascend, and a descending button (13) for driving the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) to descend;
the state switching button (11), the ascending button (12) and the descending button (13) are electrically connected with a receiving end of the controller.
4. The sheet material temporary storage (1) in the sheet material sorting production line according to claims 1-3, wherein the manual control part further comprises an emergency stop button (14);
the emergency stop button (14) is electrically connected with the receiving end of the controller.
5. The sheet material temporary storage warehouse (1) in the sheet material sorting production line according to claim 1, characterized in that the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) is detachably connected with the storage box (2) through screws.
6. The sheet material temporary storage (1) in the sheet material sorting line according to claim 1, wherein the guide portion (6) is detachably connected to the storage box (2) by a screw.

The sheet material temporary storage (1) in the sheet material sorting production line according to claim 1, wherein the guide portion (6) is provided with a storage hole (15), and the infrared emitter (9) and the infrared receiver (10) are both disposed in the storage hole (15) in a built-in manner.
8. A plate sorting production line is characterized by comprising an electric control part, a feeding part (E), a sorting part (F), a manual packaging part (G) and a conveying line which is sequentially connected with the feeding part (E), the sorting part (F) and the manual packaging part (G);
the feeding part (E) comprises a hydraulic lifting roller table (16), a feeding robot (17) for feeding the plate material of the hydraulic lifting roller table (16) to the conveying line, and a code scanner (18) arranged on the conveying line;
the sorting section (F) includes a sheet material temporary storage (1) in the sheet material sorting production line according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and a sorting robot (19) that performs an access operation for the sheet material in the sheet material temporary storage (1);
the manual packaging part (G) comprises a packaging carton cutting device (20) and a manual stacking workbench (21).
9. A method of accessing a sheet in a sheet sorting line according to claim 8, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, the robot horizontally and correspondingly places the plate above the discharging port (7), and then the plate falls under the action of self weight and falls onto the working plate (5) under the guide of the guide surface (8);
s2: the plate blocks the infrared signal, the infrared receiver (10) feeds back to the controller, the controller controls the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) to work, the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) drives the telescopic shaft (4) to descend, at the moment, the telescopic shaft (4) drives the workbench to descend synchronously, and therefore the plate above the workbench also descends synchronously;
s3: when the plate located at the discharging hole (7) descends to the position where the infrared signal of the infrared emitter (9) is not blocked any more, the infrared receiver (10) receives the infrared signal again, the infrared receiver (10) feeds back the infrared signal to the controller, and the controller controls the hydraulic oil cylinder (3) to stop working.
