Claims (10)

1. A protection and alarm system for a child trapped in a high-temperature vehicle is characterized by comprising an in-vehicle detection module, a state electric control unit (4), a vehicle body control module (6), a judgment electric control unit (7) and a portrait recognition module which are arranged in a vehicle body (1); the input end of the judgment electronic control unit (7) is connected with the state electronic control unit (4), the portrait recognition module and the in-vehicle detection module; the output end of the judgment electric control unit (7) is connected with a vehicle body control module (6); the output end of the vehicle body control module (6) is respectively connected with a vehicle intranet device, a vehicle window (10), a vehicle lamp and a loudspeaker; the judgment electronic control unit (7) judges and detects the state in the vehicle and sends the state to the vehicle body control module (6) for vehicle body control, so that the vehicle can protect and alarm the trapped children in the locking state.

The system for protecting and alarming the child trapped in the high-temperature vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle interior detection module is used for detecting real-time temperature data and oxygen concentration data in the vehicle under a locked state, and inputting the detected data into the judgment electronic control unit (7); the in-vehicle detection module comprises an oxygen concentration sensor (3) and a temperature sensor (2); the temperature sensor (2) is arranged at the back row seat, is arranged at a position far away from the engine, the roof and direct sunlight and is used for detecting real-time temperature data in the vehicle; the oxygen concentration sensor (3) is arranged at the seat and used for detecting the oxygen concentration in the closed compartment.

The system for protecting and alarming children trapped in a high-temperature vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the judgment electronic control unit (7) is provided at an instrument panel for judging whether the detected vehicle is a high-temperature closed vehicle and whether a trapped child exists in the vehicle, comparing the received real-time temperature data and oxygen concentration data with temperature and oxygen concentration critical values, judging the vehicle interior state according to the result inputted by the state electronic control unit (4), and transmitting the result to the vehicle body control module (6).
4. The system for protecting and alarming children trapped in a high-temperature vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the state control unit (4) is used for judging whether the vehicle is in a locked state or an unlocked state after being shut down.

The system for protecting and alarming the child trapped in the high-temperature vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle body control module (6) is arranged at an instrument panel, and when the judgment electronic control unit (7) judges that the trapped child exists in the high-temperature vehicle at present, the vehicle body control module (6) controls the electric vehicle window (10) to descend to a preset height, and simultaneously controls the vehicle lamp and the loudspeaker to perform double flashing and whistle for attracting passerby to rescue.
6. The system for protecting and alarming children trapped in the high-temperature vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein a vehicle networking device is arranged in the vehicle body control module (6) and used for sending alarm information to a vehicle owner.

The system for protecting and alarming the child trapped in the high-temperature vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the human image recognition module comprises an artificial intelligence development board (8) and a camera (9), a power supply board of the camera (9) is connected with the artificial intelligence development board (8), the camera (9) is used for acquiring image information in a vehicle compartment and transmitting the acquired image information to the artificial intelligence development board (8), and the artificial intelligence development board (8) intelligently recognizes whether the image information of the child is present in the image information transmitted by the camera (9) through a target detection algorithm of deep learning and judges whether the trapped child is present in the vehicle; and inputs the detected result into a judgment electronic control unit (7).
8. A protection and alarm method for children trapped in a high-temperature vehicle is characterized by comprising the following steps: protection and alarm system according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following steps:
step 1, a state electric control unit (4) detects whether an automobile door and an automobile window (10) are in a locking state, when the automobile door and the automobile window (10) are detected to be in the locking state, step 2 is executed, and when the automobile door and the automobile window (10) are detected to be in an unlocking state, an alarm signal is not sent out;
step 2, the portrait recognition module recognizes whether a child exists in the car, if so, the step 3 is executed, and if not, an alarm signal is not sent out;

10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the critical value of the temperature in the vehicle is 40 ℃, the critical value of the oxygen concentration is 19%, and the preset height is 2/3% of the vehicle window.
