Description

In-vehicle high-temperature protection system and method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of safety of automobile passengers, in particular to a high-temperature protection system and a high-temperature protection method in automobiles such as passenger cars, school buses, automobiles with children and the like.
Background
With the progress of society, the living standard of people is improved, the automobile industry is rapidly developed, the annual output of automobiles in China is over ten million, and the automobiles are already moved to common families. The huge amount of reserves also brings convenience to people and also brings new problems.
Due to the huge holding capacity of the automobile, the indoor parking space is in shortage. Many cars are parked in outdoor parking lots, alongside roads without shadows. In hot seasons, under the irradiation of the sun, the temperature in the automobile with the closed doors and windows rises rapidly. Often above 50 c can be achieved. The human body is a constant temperature animal, and generally the human body can not exceed 40 ℃, and 42 ℃ is the limit of the human body temperature. It is dangerous for people to stay in a car in direct sunlight.
In daily life, parents forget children in the vehicle because of carelessness, or leave for some reason and lock the children in the vehicle, and occasionally, school buses leave the children on the vehicle. At the moment, the temperature of the vehicle quickly exceeds the limit temperature of people, and children are detained to be dehydrated due to high temperature, sunstroke and even die. The tragedy is prevented from being unsmooth by technical means.
The invention relates to a child high-temperature protection device (publication number: 105150988A) of a passenger car, which is started by the collision in the car, and is characterized in that: the system comprises a control system, an in-vehicle temperature monitoring system, a critical temperature alarm system and an emergency treatment system. The child hypoxia protection device is activated by a crash control device provided in the vehicle interior side wall or in the child safety seat. When the parking time exceeds 30 minutes and the door window is closed, the impact control device starts the children oxygen-poor protection device when receiving an impact in the automobile. However, the invention provides certain behavior requirement capability for the trapped children in the car, and cannot provide corresponding protection for trapped people without accurate impact control devices; meanwhile, the invention introduces the possibility of opening the window (lock) by impacting the vehicle at high temperature, and has the potential financial safety hazard of the vehicle.
the invention relates to a child high-temperature protection device (publication number: 105150923A) of a passenger car, which is started by an inner door handle of the car, and is characterized in that: the system comprises a control system, an in-vehicle temperature monitoring system, a critical temperature alarm system and an emergency disposal system; the child high-temperature protection device is started through a control device arranged on a door handle in the vehicle; when the parking time exceeds 15 minutes and the car door window is closed, a child trapped in the car can start the child high-temperature protection device by pulling the car door handle in the car; the emergency disposal system comprises an in-vehicle ventilation and cooling system and an air conditioner control system; after a signal sent by the control system for starting the emergency disposal system is sent, the automobile skylight and the automobile windows are quickly opened by the in-automobile ventilation and cooling system through the control system, and an automobile air conditioner is started at the same time. The invention requires that the trapped children can actively pull the door handle in the car, and also puts certain operation capability requirements on trapped people. The emergency disposal system comprises an in-vehicle ventilation and cooling system and an air conditioning control system, wherein the in-vehicle ventilation and cooling system has the possibility of failure under the condition that an in-vehicle ventilation opening is closed. The air compressor of the automobile air conditioner needs large power consumption, and a vehicle engine needs to be started to provide a refrigeration function. If the engine is started, a new potential risk is introduced to the vehicle.
A protection system and a method (publication number: 106515645A) for children left in a car are provided by ETAKE automotive electronics (WUTHU) Limited company, and are characterized in that: comprises a child detection device, a control module and an alarm module. The child detection device detects people in the vehicle through a seat pressure sensor or an infrared sensor; when a weight system is adopted to detect that a person exists in the automobile in a locked state, the window is controlled to be opened by one third or one half through an oxygen concentration threshold value in the automobile, and when the temperature in the automobile exceeds the threshold value, the window is fully opened. According to the scheme, misjudgment is easily caused when the light-weight infant and the environment temperature are close to the body surface temperature, no early warning evasion measures are provided, meanwhile, the emergency protection measures are not good enough, and new risks are easily introduced.
To sum up, it is very important to provide an in-vehicle high-temperature protection system capable of identifying and preventing high-temperature risk left in a vehicle, and effectively protecting personnel and property safety when the high-temperature risk left in the vehicle occurs.

Detailed Description
the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments of the lock in the described embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as set forth in the detailed description of the claims below.
The use of numerical terms in the present invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to limit the present invention. As used in the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, an in-vehicle high-temperature protection system and a method thereof include a vehicle state detection system, an in-vehicle personnel detection system, a high-temperature alarm system, an emergency protection system, a high-temperature protection controller and a power supply system which are arranged in a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle state detection system detects a vehicle running, a parking/lock state, a door state, a window state, an in-vehicle temperature, an out-vehicle temperature, and/or an in-vehicle oxygen concentration. The in-vehicle personnel detection system detects whether a person is in the vehicle through weight change, video detection, voice recognition and/or infrared detection. The high-temperature alarm system comprises a vehicle warning subsystem, an emergency communication warning subsystem and a normal communication warning subsystem.
The continuous change parameters monitored by the vehicle state monitoring system mainly comprise the temperature inside the vehicle, the temperature outside the vehicle and the oxygen concentration inside the vehicle, and an early warning threshold value and an emergency threshold value are set aiming at the continuous change parameters. The early warning threshold value is a parameter value which is uncomfortable to human body but can still bear; the emergency threshold value is a value which is extremely difficult for a human body to bear and begins to endanger life safety.
According to experiments at home and abroad, people feel the most comfortable temperature of 19-24 ℃ in summer and 17-22 ℃ in winter. The body temperature is always kept constant. When the environmental temperature exceeds the upper limit of comfortable temperature, people feel hot, and when the environmental temperature exceeds 37 ℃, people feel extremely hot, the upper limit of the temperature which can be generally tolerated by people is 52 ℃, and the extreme value of the human body temperature is 42 ℃. The temperature threshold is set as: the temperature early warning threshold value is less than or equal to 30 ℃, and the temperature emergency protection threshold value is less than or equal to 42 ℃.
The normal oxygen concentration in the atmosphere is 20.9%. When the oxygen content is lower than 19.5%, people can have the conditions of light-headedness, dizziness, chest distress and the like; when the oxygen content is lower than 16%, people can feel the conditions of nausea, tinnitus, memory, decline and the like; when the oxygen content is 10-12%, the breath is rapid, the judgment is lost, and the lips are purple; when the oxygen content reaches 8-10%, the intelligence is lost, the people are faint, unconscious, pale in face, purple lips, nausea and vomiting. Therefore, the early warning threshold of the oxygen concentration is preferably more than or equal to 19.5%, and the emergency protection threshold of the oxygen concentration is preferably more than or equal to 15%.
Generally, a person is trapped in a vehicle because the person is forgotten due to various reasons. In China, reports of children trapped in school buses can be seen frequently. The window of a private car in China generally has the film pasting habit: the window behind the pad pasting has higher privacy nature, and this also will lead to the outer passerby of car to find hardly that there is the child who forgets in the car. Along with the development of automobile NVH technology, the comfort in the automobile is better and better, and the sound insulation effect is also better and better. Meanwhile, the difficulty of calling for help of the trapped people in the vehicle is increased.
From the trapped pattern, two categories can be distinguished. One is for the vehicle to park unlocked, the driver is ready to leave without discovering the left in the vehicle. The other is that the vehicle is locked, the driver leaves and the person is left in the vehicle. For the first situation, the driver needs to be warned and reminded so as to find the trapped person. The second situation requires technical measures to protect the trapped person and alert the driver.
As shown in fig. 3, the in-vehicle occupant detection system detects an in-vehicle occupant condition when the vehicle is parked unlocked. When the person is left in the vehicle (forgotten), the normal vehicle locking procedure is operated. Starting a high-temperature protection early warning system: the warning light is turned on, the vehicle continuously and discontinuously whistles, and the vehicle is forbidden to be locked (the vehicle is locked in failure). And reminding a driver to check the condition in the vehicle, and locking the vehicle again after all the people in the vehicle leave the vehicle, so that the vehicle locking operation is normal without early warning.
Because the in-vehicle personnel detection system adopts various sensors for detection, the influence of factors such as detection precision, view blind areas, background noise and the like exists, and the combined application of various detection means still has the possibility of occurrence of misjudgment and misjudgment phenomena. When a driver locks the vehicle and leaves, but a person stays in the vehicle and is not found temporarily, a protection method for giving consideration to the safety of the property in the vehicle of the safety vehicle of the person in the vehicle is needed.
as shown in fig. 4, when the vehicle is in the locked state, the vehicle state detection system and the in-vehicle personnel detection system are turned on to monitor the in-vehicle state in real time.
When the environmental parameters in the vehicle exceed the early warning threshold value or the emergency protection threshold value, the detection system in the vehicle does not detect the existence of personnel in the vehicle, the safety problem of no personnel in the vehicle exists, and the high-temperature warning system and the high-temperature emergency protection system do not act.
When the in-vehicle personnel detection system detects that a person is detained in the vehicle and the environmental parameters inside and outside the vehicle do not exceed the early warning threshold value, the in-vehicle personnel are in a safe environment, and the high-temperature warning system and the high-temperature emergency protection system do not act.
When the personnel detecting system in the vehicle detects that someone is detained in the vehicle, and the vehicle state detecting system detects that the state parameter exceeds the first threshold value, the high-temperature warning system and the restrictive protection system are started: the method comprises the following steps that a vehicle warning lamp is turned on, a vehicle continuously and discontinuously whistles, an emergency communication channel and an emergency rescue unit establish communication, and trapped information and a GPS position are automatically broadcasted through voice; the vehicle-mounted network sends alarm information to related personnel; and (4) slotting the vehicle window and the skylight, and opening the vehicle external circulation ventilation system. Because door window, skylight open a seam, the air can circulate outside with the car in the car, can get rid of the fatal risk that oxygen concentration is not enough under the high temperature. The external circulation ventilation of the vehicle is started, and the temperature in the vehicle can be relieved to a certain extent. At this time, the environment in the vehicle can still be borne by people, so the vehicle lock should be locked from the perspective of protecting the property in the vehicle. Waiting for the driver and the rescue force to arrive at the scene.
If the state in the vehicle is not improved, the state parameters reach the early warning threshold value after lasting for 10 minutes, or the state parameters reach the emergency protection threshold value, the life safety of the people staying in the vehicle is considered to be threatened directly, and the property preservation in the vehicle is abandoned at the moment. All possible technical measures should be taken to protect the personnel in the vehicle-the emergency protection system is turned on: door unlock, window, sunroof full open, automatic door (if any, such as automatic tailgate) open. The problem of ventilation in the vehicle is thoroughly solved by unlocking the vehicle door, fully opening the vehicle window and the skylight and opening the automatic door, the temperature in the vehicle can be greatly relieved, the oxygen concentration in the vehicle is restored to a normal level, and the life safety threat of personnel in the vehicle is relieved. Meanwhile, the driver and the rescue force can also arrive at the scene, and further help is provided for the detained personnel.
Example 1:
In summer, the rear row of a car safety seat in a large outdoor parking lot is hot and afternoon, a child is forgotten, parents close car windows, a car power supply is closed, car doors are closed, and the car is ready to be locked to leave. When the engine of the vehicle is turned off, the vehicle state monitoring system and the in-vehicle personnel monitoring system are started. The vehicle state monitoring system monitors that the vehicle stops, doors and windows of the vehicle are closed, the oxygen concentration in the vehicle and the temperature in the vehicle are proper, and the temperature outside the vehicle is higher than a first temperature threshold value and is preferably set to be 40 ℃. The in-vehicle personnel monitoring system cannot detect the rear-row infant through weight change, and the in-vehicle camera finds the rear-row infant through image recognition. At the moment, the high-temperature early warning is started, and the vehicle is forbidden to lock. The driver presses the key to lock the key, the warning sound is sounded in the car, the double flashing lights are on, the lock sound is not dropped, and the driver is prompted to check the condition in the car. The driver checks the condition in the vehicle, takes the rear row infant to get off the vehicle, and locks the vehicle normally after the rear row infant gets off the vehicle.
Example 2:
In summer, a child is lying on the seat at the back row of an automobile in the outdoor large-scale parking lot to sleep on the seat in the morning. The car owner closes the car window, closes the car power, closes the door, prepares to lock the car and leaves. When the engine of the vehicle is turned off, the vehicle state monitoring system and the in-vehicle personnel monitoring system are started. The vehicle state monitoring system monitors that the vehicle stops, the doors and the windows of the vehicle are closed, and the oxygen concentration in the vehicle and the temperature in the vehicle and outside the vehicle are proper. The in-vehicle personnel monitoring system cannot detect the rear row children through weight change (seat weight personnel detection), the in-vehicle camera cannot find the rear row children (in blind areas) through image recognition, and the voice system cannot detect the in-vehicle personnel. At the moment, the vehicle is smoothly locked, and the driver leaves.
Along with the rise of outdoor air temperature, the temperature in the automobile rises rapidly, and the child wakes up and moves around in the automobile. The image recognition system detects the existence of people in the vehicle, and the voice system detects the voice of people in the vehicle, so that the detention of people in the vehicle is confirmed. When the temperature inside/outside the vehicle exceeds a first temperature threshold value, the temperature is preferably set to be 30 ℃, or the oxygen concentration inside the vehicle is lower than 19.5 percent, a high-temperature alarm system is started: the vehicle warning light is turned on, continuous and intermittent whistling is carried out, the emergency communication alarm subsystem dials the 110 alarm telephone, people are automatically reported to be trapped in the vehicle, the information (vehicle type, color and the like) and the position of the trapped vehicle are informed, and voice communication of the 110 alarm platform in the vehicle is kept. And the paying communication alarm subsystem starts a prepayment communication channel to send the text, voice or video help-seeking information containing dangerous types and positions to relevant personnel and platforms such as a vehicle owner, an emergency contact of the vehicle owner, an insurance company, a belonging vehicle enterprise and the like. And (4) opening the restrictive protection: and (4) slotting the vehicle windows and the skylight, and starting the external circulation ventilation system of the vehicle. If 10 minutes after seeking help through the high-temperature alarm system, danger is not eliminated (vehicle state parameters still reach the alarm threshold value), or the vehicle state parameters reach the emergency threshold value, the emergency protection system is started: the vehicle door is unlocked, the vehicle window and the skylight are fully opened, and the automatic door is opened.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
