Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic pedal manipulator which comprises a seat main body, an installation fixing assembly, a power driving assembly and an arm transmission assembly, wherein the installation fixing assembly is arranged on the seat main body; the installation fixing component is arranged on the seat main body, and the power driving component is arranged on one side below the installation fixing component; the arm transmission assembly is arranged on one side of the power driving assembly; and an accelerator pedal, a brake pedal and a clutch pedal are respectively arranged on one side of the arm transmission assembly. one end of more than one square tube 1 is arranged at two ends of the headrest mounting rod 7, and one end of the first seat fixing rod 2 is arranged at the other end of the square tube 1; one end of the second seat fixing rod 3 is installed at one end of the seat angle fixing plate 4, and the first base seat fixing rod 2 is installed at the other end of the seat angle fixing plate 4; an angle adjusting plate 5 is arranged on one side of one end of the seat angle fixing plate 4, and a slide rail is arranged on one side of the first seat fixing rod 2; the other end of the angle adjusting plate 5 is arranged on the sliding rail; two ends of the circular tube 11 are respectively arranged at the other end of the second seat fixing rod 3, and more than one guide shaft 15 is arranged at two ends of the circular tube 11; the power driving assembly 34 comprises a first pedal main board 16, a brake transmission shaft 17, a clutch transmission shaft 18, more than one servo motor 19, a second pedal main board 20, more than one electromagnetic clutch 21 and more than one guide sliding sleeve 22; more than one electromagnetic clutch 21 are sequentially arranged at one side of the first pedal main plate 16, and more than one servo motor 19 is arranged at two ends below the first pedal main plate 16; the brake transmission shaft 17 is connected with a servo motor 19 on one side below the first pedal main board 16 through a transmission belt, and the clutch transmission shaft 18 is installed on the other side of the first pedal main board 16; one end of the clutch transmission shaft 18 is connected with a servo motor 19 on the other side below the first pedal main board 16 through a transmission belt; the second pedal main board 20 is installed below the first pedal main board 16; more than one guide sliding bush 22 is arranged at the two ends of the other side of the first pedal main plate 16; the servo motor 19 on one side provides power for stepping on the accelerator and the brake, and the servo motor 19 on the other side provides power for stepping on the clutch; the arm transmission assembly 35 comprises a first swing arm 23, a second swing arm 24, a third swing arm 25 and a connecting assembly corresponding to the first swing arm 23, the second swing arm 24 and the third swing arm 25; a first swing arm 23 is arranged at one side of the electromagnetic clutch 21 at one side of the first pedal main plate 16, a second swing arm 24 is arranged at the other side of the other electromagnetic clutch 21, and a third swing arm 25 is arranged in the middle of the clutch transmission shaft 18; the connecting assembly comprises a first pedal clamping plate 26, a connecting screw 27, a second pedal clamping plate 29, an adjusting joint 30 and a connecting seat 31; the upper ends of the first swing arm 23, the second swing arm 24 and the third swing arm 25 are all provided with joint bearings 28, one end of an adjusting joint 30 is mounted on the joint bearings 28, one end of a connecting screw 27 is mounted at the other end of the adjusting joint 30, the other end of the connecting screw 27 is also provided with the joint bearings 28, a first pedal clamping plate 26 is mounted at one end of the joint bearings 28 through a connecting seat 31, and a second pedal clamping plate 29 is arranged below the first pedal clamping plate 26; one end of the first seat fixing rod 2 is provided with a square tube end cover 6, and two ends of the headrest mounting rod 7 are mounted on the square tube end cover 6; the other end of the second seat fixing rod 3 is provided with a first clamping block 8, and a fixing block 12 is arranged below the first clamping block 8; a scratch-proof pad 10 is arranged at the joint of the square tube 1 and the first seat fixing rod 2; headrest fixing clips 9 are symmetrically arranged in the middle of the headrest mounting rod 7, and the headrest is mounted on the headrest fixing clips 9.
In this embodiment, the guide shaft 15 provided on the mounting and fixing component 33 is mounted in the guide sliding sleeve 2 of the power driving component 34.
In this embodiment, the accelerator pedal 36, the brake pedal 37 and the clutch pedal 38 are all installed below the first pedal clamping plate 26 on the corresponding arm transmission assembly 35; the second pedal plate 29 is mounted below an accelerator pedal 36, a brake pedal 37 and a clutch pedal 38, and controls the accelerator and the brake by turning on and off an electromagnetic clutch 21 of a power drive unit 34 connected to an arm gear unit 35.
