s1, taking cylindrical fresh phyllostachys pubescens, placing the cylindrical fresh phyllostachys pubescens in processing equipment, and processing the cylindrical fresh phyllostachys pubescens into strip phyllostachys pubescens strips with preset specifications by the processing equipment;
s2, placing the phyllostachys pubescens into a carbonization furnace, and carbonizing the phyllostachys pubescens until the carbonization furnace is started to reach a preset temperature;
s3, carbonizing the phyllostachys pubescens bamboo strips by the carbonizing furnace for preset time, starting an air inlet valve of the carbonizing furnace, and starting a drain valve of the carbonizing furnace for preset time after the internal pressure of the carbonizing furnace reaches a preset pressure value;
s4, after the carbonization furnace opens a drain valve for a preset time, taking out the phyllostachys pubescens strips and cooling to normal temperature;
s5, placing the phyllostachys pubescens strips at normal temperature in a baking room, starting the baking room to a preset temperature, and baking the phyllostachys pubescens strips in the baking room to a preset time;
s6, taking out the phyllostachys pubescens strips, and completing the carbonization process of the phyllostachys pubescens strips;
s7, placing the phyllostachys pubescens into a carbonization furnace, starting an air inlet valve of the carbonization furnace after the carbonization furnace is started to reach a preset temperature, enabling the internal pressure of the carbonization furnace to reach a preset pressure value, and carbonizing the phyllostachys pubescens secondarily by the carbonization furnace for a preset time;
s8, carbonizing the phyllostachys pubescens canna strips for the second time by the carbonizing furnace to reach the preset time, starting a drain valve by the carbonizing furnace to reach the preset time, taking out the phyllostachys pubescens canna strips, and cooling to the normal temperature;
s9, placing the phyllostachys pubescens strips at normal temperature in a baking room, starting the baking room to a preset temperature, baking the phyllostachys pubescens strips in the baking room to a preset time, taking out the phyllostachys pubescens strips, and completing the carbonization process of the phyllostachys pubescens strips;
s10, placing the phyllostachys pubescens sticks in a stacking rack, placing the stacking rack in a curing area, and completing carbonization and drying preparation work of the phyllostachys pubescens sticks.
2. The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method of claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the phyllostachys pubescens strips are 5 mm to 10 mm thick.
3. The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method of claim 2, wherein in step S2, the carbonization furnace is started to reach 60 ℃, and the phyllostachys pubescens strip carbonization time is 70-90 minutes.
4. The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step S3, the internal pressure of the carbonization furnace reaches 110MPA to 130MPA, and the carbonization furnace opens the drain valve for 80 minutes to 90 minutes.
5. The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method of claim 4, wherein in the step S5, the opening temperature of the baking room is 50 to 70 ℃, and the time for baking the phyllostachys pubescens strips in the baking room is 50 to 70 minutes.

The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method of claim 5, wherein in step S7, after the carbonization furnace is started to reach 45 to 48 ℃, the carbonization furnace starts an air inlet valve, the internal pressure of the carbonization furnace reaches 110 to 130MPA, and the phyllostachys pubescens strips are carbonized for the second time for 40 to 50 minutes.

The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method of claim 6, wherein in the step S8, the phyllostachys pubescens strips are carbonized for the second time by the carbonization furnace for 40 to 50 minutes, then the carbonization furnace opens a drain valve for 45 minutes, and the phyllostachys pubescens strips are taken out and cooled to normal temperature.

The phyllostachys pubescens carbonization and drying preparation method of claim 7, wherein in the step S9, the phyllostachys pubescens strips at normal temperature are placed in a baking room, the baking room is opened to 48-50 ℃, and the phyllostachys pubescens strips are baked in the baking room for 30-50 minutes.
