The preparation method of the mugwort extract related in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi dry grass, oven drying, pulverizing, sieving with 40-60 mesh sieve, wrapping folium Artemisiae Argyi powder with gauze, placing into Soxhlet extractor, adding anhydrous ethanol as extractive solution at material-to-liquid ratio of 1:50(g/mL), heating and extracting in 80 deg.C water bath until the extractive solution no longer changes color, taking out folium Artemisiae Argyi bag, weighing above folium Artemisiae Argyi powder, adding into the extractor, extracting until the extractive solution no longer changes color, repeating the extraction for 3 times, vacuum filtering the extractive solution to remove coarse impurities, distilling with rotary evaporator until all solvents are evaporated to dryness to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi extractive solution. But not limited to, the preparation method of the mugwort extract provided by the invention.
The antibacterial and anti-mosquito bamboo mat and the preparation process thereof of the present invention will be described with reference to the specific examples.
Example 1
A production process of a water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat comprises the following specific steps:
(1) preparing bamboo strips: selecting at least 6 years old winter bamboo, and processing the bamboo into thin bamboo strips.
(2) And (3) drying: and (3) grinding the bamboo skin strips with water to remove green, dehydrating, and controlling the water content of the bamboo skin strips to be below 12%.
(3) Baking and carbonizing: placing the bamboo splits into a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbon burning treatment, wherein the carbon burning treatment process comprises the following steps: the first step, the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace is 120 ℃, the pressure is set to be 3MPa, and the carbonization time is 60 min; secondly, setting the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace at 250 ℃, setting the pressure at 2.0MPa and setting the carbonization time at 1.5 h; and thirdly, setting the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 300 ℃, setting the pressure to be 5MPa and setting the carbonization time to be 30 min.
(4) Dipping treatment: cleaning the bamboo strips after the carbon burning, placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 30min, taking out, and draining; and then placing the bamboo skin strips into a dipping tank containing a modification liquid for dipping at the dipping temperature of 60 ℃ under the dipping pressure of 2MPa for 5h, taking out the bamboo skin strips, then placing the bamboo skin strips into a constant temperature furnace at the temperature of 90 ℃ and preserving heat for 1 h. The preparation method of the modified liquid comprises the following steps: putting 1kg of sodium borate, 1.5kg of N-acyl glutamate and 1.8kg of triethanolamine into a reaction kettle, stirring for 1h at 50 ℃, cooling to room temperature, then adding 9kg of polyethylene glycol, stirring for 2h, then adding 300g of a piper nigrum leaf extracting solution and 500g of a mugwort extracting solution, stirring for 30min, finally adding 100kg of water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a modified solution.
(5) Cleaning and polishing: cleaning the soaked and constant-temperature bamboo strips, placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 1h, then placing the bamboo strips in 2% light salt water for soaking for 30min, taking out the bamboo strips, cleaning, drying, controlling the water content of the bamboo strips to be below 9%, and then polishing the bamboo strips.
(6) Weaving covering yarn: weaving bamboo strips into a bamboo mat blank, applying a vinyl acetate adhesive on one surface of the bamboo mat blank, sticking gauze, placing the bamboo mat blank into a hot press, pressing the bamboo mat blank by the hot press, wherein the temperature of the hot press is 120-160 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 3-5 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 10-15 s, and finally performing edge covering treatment by using cotton or fiber cloth to prepare the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat.
Example 2
A production process of a water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat comprises the following specific steps:
(1) the preparation and drying steps of the bamboo split strips are the same as those in example 1, and the specific reference is made to example 1.
(2) Baking and carbonizing: placing the bamboo splits into a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbon burning treatment, wherein the carbon burning treatment process comprises the following steps: the first step, the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace is 150 ℃, the pressure is set to be 1.5MPa, and the carbonization time is 80 min; secondly, setting the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace at 230 ℃, setting the pressure at 3.5MPa and the carbonization time at 1 h; and thirdly, setting the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 320 ℃, the pressure to be 4MPa and the carbonization time to be 30 min.
(3) Dipping treatment: cleaning the bamboo strips after the carbon burning, placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 30min, taking out, and draining; and then placing the bamboo skin strips into a dipping tank containing a modification liquid for dipping at the dipping temperature of 60 ℃ under the dipping pressure of 3MPa for 3h, taking out the bamboo skin strips, then placing the bamboo skin strips into a constant temperature furnace at the temperature of 90 ℃ and preserving heat for 1 h. The preparation method of the modified liquid comprises the following steps: placing 2kg of sodium borate, 1kg of N-acyl glutamate and 1.5kg of triethanolamine in a reaction kettle, stirring for 1h at 50 ℃, cooling to room temperature, then adding 10kg of polyethylene glycol, stirring for 2h, then adding 500g of the extract of the piper nigrum leaves and 300g of the extract of the artemisia argyi, stirring for 30min, finally adding 80kg of water, and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified solution.
(4) The steps of cleaning, polishing and weaving the covering yarn are the same as those in example 1, and the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat is prepared by specifically referring to example 1.
Example 3
A production process of a water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat comprises the following specific steps:
(1) the preparation and drying steps of the bamboo split strips are the same as those in example 1, and the specific reference is made to example 1.
(2) Baking and carbonizing: placing the bamboo splits into a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbon burning treatment, wherein the carbon burning treatment process comprises the following steps: the first step, the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace is 140 ℃, the pressure is set to be 3MPa, and the carbonization time is 50 min; secondly, setting the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace at 240 ℃, setting the pressure at 3MPa and setting the carbonization time at 2 h; and thirdly, setting the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 315 ℃, the pressure to be 5MPa and the carbonization time to be 30 min.
(3) Dipping treatment: cleaning the bamboo strips after the carbon burning, placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 30min, taking out, and draining; and then placing the bamboo skin strips into a dipping tank containing a modification liquid for dipping at the dipping temperature of 50 ℃, under the dipping pressure of 2MPa for 5h, taking out, then placing in a constant temperature furnace at the temperature of 90 ℃ and preserving heat for 1 h. The preparation method of the modified liquid comprises the following steps: placing 1.5kg of sodium borate, 1.5kg of N-acyl glutamate and 2.0kg of triethanolamine in a reaction kettle, stirring for 1h at 50 ℃, cooling to room temperature, then adding 8kg of polyethylene glycol, stirring for 2h, then adding 400g of the extract of the piper nigrum leaves and 400g of the extract of the artemisia argyi, stirring for 30min, finally adding 70kg of water, and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified solution.
(4) The steps of cleaning, polishing and weaving the covering yarn are the same as those in example 1, and the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat is prepared by specifically referring to example 1.
Example 4
A production process of a water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat comprises the following specific steps:
(1) the preparation and drying steps of the bamboo split strips are the same as those in example 1, and the specific reference is made to example 1.
(2) Baking and carbonizing: placing the bamboo splits into a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbon burning treatment, wherein the carbon burning treatment process comprises the following steps: the first step, the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace is 135 ℃, the pressure is set to be 2.5MPa, and the carbonization time is 75 min; secondly, setting the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace at 230 ℃, setting the pressure at 3.2MPa and the carbonization time at 1 h; and thirdly, setting the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 310 ℃, the pressure to be 4MPa and the carbonization time to be 30 min.
(3) Dipping treatment: cleaning the bamboo strips after the carbon burning, placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 30min, taking out, and draining; and then placing the bamboo skin strips into a dipping tank containing a modification liquid for dipping at the dipping temperature of 60 ℃, under the dipping pressure of 3MPa for 4 hours, taking out, then placing in a constant temperature furnace at the temperature of 90 ℃, and preserving heat for 1 hour. The preparation method of the modified liquid comprises the following steps: putting 1.8kg of sodium borate, 1.2kg of N-acyl glutamate and 1.8kg of triethanolamine into a reaction kettle, stirring for 1h at 50 ℃, cooling to room temperature, then adding 9kg of polyethylene glycol, stirring for 2h, then adding 450g of the extract of the piper nigrum leaves and 380g of the extract of the artemisia argyi, stirring for 30min, finally adding 50kg of water, and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified solution.
(4) The steps of cleaning, polishing and weaving the covering yarn are the same as those in example 1, and the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat is prepared by specifically referring to example 1.
It should be noted that the environment-friendly adhesive in the invention may be one of a polyethylene adhesive, a polyamide adhesive or a phosphate adhesive in addition to a vinyl acetate adhesive, and the environment-friendly adhesive provided above is not limited.
Comparative example 1
The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat in the comparative example comprises the following specific steps:
(1) the preparation and drying steps of the bamboo split strips are the same as those in example 1, and the specific reference is made to example 1.
(2) Baking and carbonizing: and (3) placing the bamboo splits strips in a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbonization treatment, wherein the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace is 230 ℃, the carbonization time is 3h, and the pressure is 4 MPa.
(3) Cleaning the bamboo strips, grinding in a water mill for 30min, taking out, and draining.
(4) The steps of cleaning, polishing and weaving the covering yarn are the same as those in example 1, and the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat is prepared by specifically referring to example 1.
Comparative example 2
The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat in the comparative example comprises the following specific steps:
(1) the preparation and drying steps of the bamboo split strips are the same as those in example 1, and the specific reference is made to example 1.
(2) Baking and carbonizing: placing the bamboo splits into a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbon burning treatment, wherein the carbon burning treatment process comprises the following steps: the first step, the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace is 135 ℃, the pressure is set to be 2.5MPa, and the carbonization time is 75 min; secondly, setting the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace at 230 ℃, setting the pressure at 3.2MPa and the carbonization time at 1 h; and thirdly, setting the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 310 ℃, the pressure to be 4MPa and the carbonization time to be 30 min.
(3) Cleaning the bamboo strips, grinding in a water mill for 30min, taking out, and draining.
(4) The steps of cleaning, polishing and weaving the covering yarn are the same as those in example 1, and the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat is prepared by specifically referring to example 1.
Comparative example 3
The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat in the comparative example is the same as that of example 4, except that sodium borate, N-acyl glutamate and triethanolamine are not added to the modification solution of the comparative example 3, and other components and steps are the same as those of example 4.
Comparative example 4
The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat in the comparative example is the same as that of example 4, except that the modified solution of the comparative example 4 is not added with the extract of piper nigrum leaves and the extract of mugwort, and other components and steps are the same as those of example 4.
The mechanical property test of the bamboo strips prepared by cleaning and polishing in the above examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was performed, samples were cut out from the bamboo strips, the size of the bending-resistant sample was 160mm × 10mm × 8mm, the size of the air-dried density and the compression-resistant sample was 30mm × 30mm × 10mm, 3 samples were selected for each group, and the average value was obtained, and then the mechanical property test results are as shown in table 1 below.

As can be seen from the test results of table 1, the bamboo mat of the present invention has high density, high strength and excellent toughness. The processing technology of the bamboo mat adopts three-stage carbonization treatment, so that the strength and the toughness of the bamboo mat can be obviously improved; in the processing technology of the bamboo summer sleeping mat, the carbonized bamboo strips are subjected to dipping treatment, so that the density, strength and toughness of the bamboo summer sleeping mat are improved, and the bamboo summer sleeping mat is not easy to brittle fracture, soft, comfortable and cool in the use process; the sodium borate, the N-acyl glutamate and the triethanolamine are used in the modifying liquid to fill the inner cell cavities of the bamboo summer sleeping mat, so that the sodium borate, the N-acyl glutamate and the triethanolamine can be fully combined with the components in the bamboo summer sleeping mat, are not easy to escape, improve the strength and the toughness of the bamboo summer sleeping mat, are not easy to break, and prolong the service life of the bamboo summer sleeping mat.
The antibacterial performance and mosquito repellent performance tests of the above examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were carried out, and the test results are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from the detection results in Table 2, the bamboo mat of the present invention has excellent antibacterial and mosquito repellent effects. In the processing technology of the bamboo summer sleeping mat, the carbonized bamboo strips are subjected to dipping treatment, so that the antibacterial and mosquito-repellent effects of the bamboo summer sleeping mat are obviously improved, and the mosquito-repellent time effect is prolonged; according to the invention, the sodium borate, the N-acyl glutamate and the triethanolamine are added into the modification liquid, so that the binding force between the components of the modification liquid and bamboo is improved, the components of the modification liquid are not easy to escape, the antibacterial mosquito-repellent effect is prolonged, and the antibacterial mosquito-repellent effect of the bamboo mat is also improved to a certain extent; the modified liquid of the invention is added with the extract of the piper nigrum leaves and the extract of the artemisia argyi, thus obviously improving the antibacterial and mosquito-repellent effects of the bamboo mat.
The technical features of the embodiments described above can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

1. A production process of a water-milled carbonized bamboo summer sleeping mat is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) preparing bamboo strips: selecting at least over 6 years old winter bamboo, and then processing the bamboo into bamboo strips:
(2) and (3) drying: grinding the bamboo strips with water to remove green, dehydrating, and controlling the water content of the bamboo strips to be below 12%;
(3) baking and carbonizing: placing the bamboo splits into a high-pressure carbonization furnace for carbon burning treatment, wherein the carbon burning treatment process comprises the following steps: the first step, the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace is 120-150 ℃, the pressure is set to be 1.5-3 MPa, and the carbonization time is 50-80 min; secondly, setting the temperature of a high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 230-250 ℃, setting the pressure to be 2.0-3.5 MPa, and setting the carbonization time to be 1-2 h; thirdly, setting the temperature of the high-pressure carbonization furnace to be 300-320 ℃, setting the pressure to be 4-5 MPa, and setting the carbonization time to be 30 min;
(4) dipping treatment: cleaning the bamboo strips after the carbon burning, placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 30min, taking out, and draining; then placing the thin bamboo strips into a dipping tank containing a modification liquid for dipping at the dipping temperature of 50-60 ℃ under the dipping pressure of 2-3 MPa for 3-5 h, taking out, then placing in a constant temperature furnace at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 1-2 h;
(5) cleaning and polishing: cleaning the soaked and constant-temperature bamboo strips, then placing the bamboo strips in a water mill for water milling for 1h, then placing the bamboo strips in 2% light salt water for soaking for 30min, taking out the bamboo strips, cleaning, drying, controlling the water content of the bamboo strips to be below 9%, and then polishing the bamboo strips;
(6) weaving covering yarn: weaving bamboo strips into a bamboo mat blank, applying an environment-friendly adhesive on one surface of the bamboo mat blank, sticking gauze, placing the bamboo mat blank into a hot press, carrying out hot press lamination, and finally carrying out edge covering treatment by using cotton or fiber cloth to prepare the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat.
2. The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the hot press in the step (6) is 120-160 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 3-5 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 10-15 s.
3. The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly adhesive in the step (6) is one of a vinyl acetate adhesive, a polyethylene adhesive, a polyamide adhesive or a phosphate adhesive.

The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modifying solution in the step (4) is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of sodium borate, 10-15 parts of N-acyl glutamate, 15-20 parts of triethanolamine, 3-5 parts of a piper nigrum leaf extracting solution, 3-5 parts of a mugwort extracting solution, 80-100 parts of polyethylene glycol and 500-1000 parts of water.

The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation method of the modifying solution comprises the following steps: placing sodium borate, N-acyl glutamate and triethanolamine in a reaction kettle, stirring at 50 ℃ for 0.5-1 h, cooling to room temperature, adding polyethylene glycol, stirring for 2h, adding the extract of piper nigrum leaf and the extract of mugwort, stirring for 30min, adding water, and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified solution.
6. The production process of the water-milled carbonized bamboo mat as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation method of the piper nigrum leaf extract comprises the following steps: cleaning Piper nigrum leaf, oven drying, pulverizing, sieving with 40-60 mesh sieve, extracting with 50% petroleum ether at 60 deg.C with feed liquid mass ratio of 1:8 under reflux for 4 hr, repeatedly extracting the residue for 3 times, filtering the filtrate to remove coarse impurities, and removing petroleum ether by rotary evaporation to obtain Piper nigrum leaf extract.
