The second die cutting unit 3 further comprises a second circular knife roller group 33, a second row of waste rollers 34 and a protective film discharging roller 32, and further comprises a box sealing adhesive tape discharging roller 35, a box sealing adhesive tape pressing roller 36 and a box sealing adhesive tape row waste roller 37; the protective film discharging roller 32 discharges the protective film, and the protective film is attached below the handle release film; after the second-level material belt is subjected to die cutting through the second circular knife roller group 33, die cutting is carried out on a double-sided adhesive and a lifting handle release film to form a die cutting piece pattern, as shown in fig. 4, a sealing adhesive tape waste discharging roller 37 unreels a sealing adhesive tape, a sealing adhesive tape pressing roller 36 presses the sealing adhesive tape on the second-level material belt subjected to die cutting through the second circular knife roller group 33, the sealing adhesive tape is attached to release film waste, the sealing adhesive tape waste discharging roller 37 winds the sealing adhesive tape and the release film waste together and discharges the second-level material belt 34 to wind and discharge profile waste formed after die cutting, as shown in fig. 5, and a third-level material belt is formed; the second circular knife roller set 33 comprises an upper second upper die cutting roller 331 and a lower second lower material pressing roller 332, the die cutting roller is provided with a T2 knife, the pattern die-cut by the T2 knife is matched with the pattern of the die-cut piece formed by die-cutting the handle release film, as shown in FIG. 3; the die cutting layer of the T2 tool sequentially comprises a release film, a double-faced adhesive tape and a handle release film, the knife seal after die cutting of the T2 tool is kept on the protective film, and although the knife seal is kept on the protective film, the protective film can be discharged in subsequent processes, so that the knife seal is discharged, and is not produced on a final product, and therefore, the knife seal cannot be produced on the double-faced adhesive tape of a die cutting piece product produced by the system.
The third die-cutting unit 4 further comprises a third circular cutter roller group 42 and a third row of waste rollers 43; after the third-level material strap is subjected to die cutting by the third circular knife roller group 42, the final bearing material strap is subjected to die cutting to form the width of a product, and a third waste discharging roller 43 is used for winding and discharging the final bearing material strap waste formed after the die cutting to form a semi-finished product of a die cutting piece; the third round cutter roller group 42 comprises a third upper die cutting roller 421 above and a third lower material pressing roller 422 below, and the die cutting roller is provided with a T3 cutter for die cutting the final material bearing belt into the width of a die cutting piece; the die cutting level of the T3 cutter includes the final carrier tape.
The material receiving unit 5 comprises a material receiving roller 52 and a protective film material receiving roller 51, the protective film material receiving roller 51 winds and discharges the protective film which is unwound by the protective film material unwinding roller 32, and the material receiving roller winds and winds the finished die-cut piece.
Claims (6)
1. The circular knife die cutting system for the double-sided knife-free die cutting piece is characterized by comprising a laminating unit (1), a first die cutting unit (2), a second die cutting unit (3), a third die cutting unit (4) and a material collecting unit (5) in sequence along a material belt transmission direction, wherein the laminating unit (1) comprises a release film discharging roller (11) and an auxiliary release film discharging roller (15), the release film discharging roller (11) discharges a release film, and the auxiliary release film discharging roller (15) discharges an auxiliary release film; the second die cutting unit (3) comprises a handle release film discharging roller (31) and a protective film discharging roller (32); the handle release film discharging roller (31) discharges a handle release film, and the protective film discharging roller (32) discharges a protective film; the third die cutting unit (4) comprises a final bearing material belt discharging roller (41), and the final bearing material belt discharging roller (41) discharges a final bearing material belt;
the first die cutting unit (2) comprises a first round cutter roller group (21) and a first row of waste rollers (22); after the first-level material belt is subjected to die cutting by the first circular knife roller group (21), die-cutting is carried out on the double-sided adhesive tape to form a die-cutting piece pattern, and the first row of waste rollers (22) are used for winding and discharging the double-sided adhesive tape frame waste material formed after the die cutting and the auxiliary release film subjected to the die cutting to form a second-level material belt; the first circular knife roller group (21) comprises a first upper nip roll (211) arranged above and a first lower die cutting roll (212) arranged below, a T1 cutter is arranged on the die cutting roll, and a pattern die-cut by the T1 cutter is matched with a pattern of a die-cut piece formed by die-cutting a double-sided adhesive tape; the die cutting layer of the T1 cutter sequentially comprises an auxiliary release film and a double-sided adhesive tape, and a cutter mark formed by die cutting of the T1 cutter is reserved on the release film;
the second die cutting unit (3) further comprises a second circular cutter roller group (33), a second waste discharging roller (34) and a protective film discharging roller (32); the protective film discharging roller (32) discharges the protective film, and the protective film is attached to the lower part of the handle release film; after the secondary material belt is subjected to die cutting by the second circular knife roller group (33), die cutting is carried out on the double-sided adhesive and the handle release film to form a die cutting piece pattern, and outline waste materials formed after die cutting are wound and discharged by the second waste discharging roller (34) to form a tertiary material belt; the second circular cutter roller group (33) comprises an upper second upper die cutting roller (331) and a lower second lower material pressing roller (332), a T2 cutter is arranged on the die cutting roller, and a pattern die-cut by the T2 cutter is matched with a pattern of a die-cut piece formed by die-cutting a handle release film; the die cutting layer of the T2 tool sequentially comprises a release film, a double-sided adhesive and a handle release film, and a knife seal after the T2 tool is die-cut is reserved on a protective film;
after passing through the attaching unit (1), attaching a release film above the double-sided adhesive tape, and attaching an auxiliary release film below the double-sided adhesive tape to form a primary material tape; after the primary material belt passes through the first die cutting unit (2), die cutting is carried out on double-sided adhesive patterns, and auxiliary release film waste is discharged to form a secondary material belt; after the second-level material belt passes through the second die cutting unit (3), the protective film and the handle release film are sequentially attached below the double-faced adhesive tape, the double-faced adhesive tape and the handle release film on the second-level material belt are subjected to die cutting to form release film patterns, and waste materials are discharged to form a third-level material belt; after the third-level material belt passes through a third die cutting unit (4), finally, the bearing material belt is attached to the upper side of the double-faced adhesive tape, the width of a product is die-cut from the bearing material belt finally, waste materials of the bearing material belt are discharged, and a semi-finished product of a die-cut piece is formed; and (5) discharging the protective film after the semi-finished die-cut piece passes through the material receiving unit, forming a finished die-cut piece, and rolling.

The circular knife die cutting system of the double-sided adhesive tape double-sided knife-free die cutting member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the attaching unit (1) further comprises a double-sided adhesive tape discharging roller (12) and a double-sided adhesive tape raw film collecting roller (14), the double-sided adhesive tape discharging roller (12) discharges double-sided adhesive tape, and the double-sided adhesive tape comprises double-sided adhesive tape and double-sided adhesive tape raw film;
unreeling the release film from the release film unreeling roller (11), attaching the release film to the upper side of the double-sided adhesive tape, peeling the double-sided adhesive film from the double-sided adhesive film reeling roller (14), and attaching the auxiliary release film to the lower side of the double-sided adhesive tape to form a primary material tape.

The circular knife die cutting system of a double-sided adhesive tape double-sided knife-free die cutting member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second die cutting unit (3) further comprises a box sealing tape discharging roller (35), a box sealing tape pressing roller (36) and a box sealing tape waste discharging roller (37);
the sealing adhesive tape waste discharging roller (37) unreels the sealing adhesive tape, the sealing adhesive tape pressing roller (36) presses the sealing adhesive tape on a second-level material tape subjected to die cutting by the second circular knife roller group (33), the sealing adhesive tape is attached to the release film waste, and the sealing adhesive tape waste discharging roller (37) rolls and discharges the sealing adhesive tape and the release film waste together to form a three-level material tape.
4. The circular knife die cutting system of a double sided tape double sided bladeless die cutting member according to claim 1, wherein said third die cutting unit (4) further comprises a third circular knife roller set (42) and a third row of waste rollers (43);
and after the three-level material belt is subjected to die cutting by the third circular cutter roller group (42), the final bearing material belt is subjected to die cutting to obtain the product width, and the third waste discharge roller (43) is used for winding and discharging the final bearing material belt waste material formed after the die cutting to form a semi-finished die-cut piece.

The circular knife die cutting system for double-sided adhesive tape double-sided knife-free die cutting members as claimed in claim 4, wherein the third circular knife roller set (42) comprises an upper third upper die cutting roller (421) and a lower third lower press roller (422), and the die cutting rollers are provided with T3 knives for die cutting the final carrier tape into the width of the die cutting member; the die cut level of the T3 cutter comprises the final carrier tape.

The circular knife die cutting system of the double-sided adhesive tape double-sided knife-free die cutting member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving unit (5) comprises a receiving roller (52) and a protective film receiving roller (51), the protective film receiving roller (51) winds and discharges the protective film unwound from the protective film unwinding roller (32), and the receiving roller winds and discharges the die cutting member finished product.
