Examples
A die cutting method for double-sided adhesive tape products containing a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements is disclosed, the structure of the double-sided adhesive tape product is shown in figure 1 and figure 2, the double-sided adhesive tape product with adhesive area connecting sheets comprises a handle film element 2 and a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements 1 which are attached to the handle film element 2 with adhesive area connecting sheets and are separated from each other, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape elements 1 can be divided into a main double-sided adhesive tape element 101 with a longer width and a secondary double-sided adhesive tape element 102 with a shorter width according to the width of the double-sided adhesive tape elements 1 along the feeding direction of a material tape, and the left contour and the right contour and the contour below the main double-sided adhesive tape element 101 are superposed with the handle film element 2, so that the die cutting is convenient. Different from the comparative example, the handle membrane element 2 of the present embodiment does not have a through hole designed at the non-adhesive area where the double-sided adhesive element is attached, and the normal use of the product is not affected, because the handle membrane element 2 only provides a support carrier for the double-sided adhesive element 11, the double-sided adhesive element needs to be torn off when the customer uses the double-sided adhesive element, and the product only needs to ensure that the relative position and the size of the double-sided adhesive element meet the requirements.
The die cutting method comprises the following steps:
(a) sequentially attaching the handle film 6 and the double-sided adhesive layer 5 to the carrier film 3 from bottom to top, and attaching the first auxiliary protective film 4 to the double-sided adhesive layer 5; according to the punching level shown in fig. 13, a first die cutting tool 12 shown in fig. 12 is used for punching a whole continuous pattern consisting of a product adhesive area 10 and an adhesive area connecting sheet 11 on the adhesive area connecting sheet first auxiliary protective film 4 and the double-sided adhesive layer 5, wherein the product adhesive area 10 is matched with the adhesive area connecting sheet double-sided adhesive element 1 in shape, the adhesive area connecting sheet 11 connects the separated product adhesive areas 10 into a whole, and the adhesive area connecting sheet 11 is just positioned at the position of the handle film element 2, which is not attached to the non-adhesive area of the double-sided adhesive element, and corresponds to the through hole 201 of the non-adhesive area; and the first die cutting tool 12 is used for continuously punching the first auxiliary protective film 4 and the double-sided adhesive layer 5, patterns obtained by two adjacent punching are connected end to obtain a material belt structure as shown in figure 14, the double-sided adhesive layer is divided into a double-sided adhesive tape product area 8 and a double-sided adhesive tape waste area 9, the shadow area in the figure is the double-sided adhesive tape waste area 9, the double-sided adhesive tape product area 8 is a continuous whole, the secondary double-sided adhesive tape element still keeps an integral body with the main double-sided adhesive tape element, so that the double-sided adhesive tape waste of the double-sided adhesive tape waste area 9 is conveniently discharged, the double-sided adhesive layer corresponding to the double-sided adhesive tape waste area 9 and the first auxiliary protective film are directly torn off, the waste discharge is simple, the waste discharge Mylar is not needed any more, the process is simplified, and more importantly, because the secondary double-sided adhesive tape element still keeps an integral body with the main double-sided adhesive tape element, the problem that the double-sided adhesive tape waste material takes away the secondary double-sided adhesive tape element can not occur, the secondary adhesive element is stably retained on the tape.
(b) A second auxiliary protective film 7 is attached to the double-sided adhesive layer 5; according to the punching levels shown as the adhesive area connecting sheet and the round hole punching level 34 in fig. 16, the second auxiliary protective film 7, the double-sided adhesive layer 5, the handle film 6 and the adhesive area connecting sheet 11 on the carrier film 3 are subjected to blanking and punching by using a second die cutter 13 shown in fig. 15. Wherein, along the feeding direction of the material belt, the width of the connecting sheet with glue area 11 is 0.6 of the width of the secondary double-sided adhesive element 12; simultaneously, punching the overall outline of the double-sided adhesive tape product on the handle film 6 by using a third die-cutting tool 14 according to the punching level shown as the overall outline blade punching level 33 in fig. 16; the second 13 and third 14 die cutting tools for the glue area connecting piece are mounted on the same die cutting machine, and the blanking and punching of the glue area connecting piece 11 and the whole outline of the glue area connecting piece are completed in one step, and the material belt shown in fig. 17 is obtained through punching in the step.
(c) The waste materials outside the overall product outline of the second auxiliary protective film 7 with the adhesive area connecting sheet, the double-sided adhesive layer 5 and the handle film 6 are integrally torn to remove waste, then waste discharge adhesive tapes are attached to the second auxiliary protective film 7 with the products on two sides, the rest second auxiliary protective film 7 is torn to remove waste discharge through the waste discharge adhesive tapes, then the double-sided adhesive element of the double-sided adhesive product is covered with the surface covering film as required, and finished products are rolled.
The die cutting system corresponding to the die cutting process is shown in fig. 18, and comprises a carrier film feeding roller 15, a handle film feeding roller 16, a first attaching mechanism 17 for attaching the carrier film 3 and the handle film 6, a double-sided adhesive tape feeding roller 18, a second attaching mechanism 19 for attaching the double-sided adhesive layer 5 and the handle film 6, a double-sided adhesive tape base paper winding roller 20, a first auxiliary protective film feeding roller 21, and a third attaching mechanism 22 for attaching the first auxiliary protective film and the double-sided adhesive tape, a first die cutting machine 23, a first auxiliary protective film and double-sided adhesive tape waste discharging mechanism 24, a second auxiliary protective film feeding roller 25, a fourth attaching mechanism 26 for attaching a second auxiliary protective film 7 and double-sided adhesive tape, a second die cutting machine 27, a product overall outline outer waste discharging mechanism 28, a second auxiliary protective film waste discharging mechanism 29, a surface covering film feeding roller 30 and a finished product winding roller 31; the first die cutting machine of the connecting sheet with the glue area is provided with a first die cutting tool 12, and the second die cutting machine 27 is provided with a second die cutting tool 13 and a third die cutting tool 14.
The first auxiliary protective film and double-sided adhesive tape waste discharge mechanism 24 comprises a first waste material winding roller 241 for integrally removing waste materials outside the product overall outline of the second auxiliary protective film 7, the double-sided adhesive layer 5 and the handle film 6, and a first auxiliary protective film winding roller 242 for removing the rest first auxiliary protective film. The second auxiliary protective film waste discharging mechanism 29 includes a waste discharging adhesive tape feed roller 291, a sixth attaching mechanism 292 for attaching the waste discharging adhesive tape to the first auxiliary protective film on the product, and a second waste material winding roller 293 for tearing off the waste discharging adhesive tape and the first auxiliary protective film on the product.
The structure of the second die cutting machine is shown in fig. 19, and comprises an upper die carrier 35 and a lower die carrier 36, wherein the first die cutting tool and the third die cutting tool are arranged at a die cutting tool mounting position 37, and the lower die carrier 36 is provided with a blanking through hole for discharging waste materials such as the connecting sheet 11 with the glue area, which are blanked and punched by the second die cutting tool 13.
The method and apparatus of the present embodiment are particularly suitable for double-sided adhesive products having relatively small-sized secondary adhesive elements 102, the adhesive area connecting the secondary adhesive elements 12 being an elongated structure arranged along the feed direction of the web, the elongated structure having a width of 2 mm.
By adopting the die cutting method and the die cutting system, the problem that the small glue area is taken away by waste discharge is completely avoided for the small glue area with the width of only 2MM, and the product yield and the die cutting efficiency are improved.
The foregoing description of specific embodiments of the present invention has been presented. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A die-cutting method of a double-sided adhesive tape product having a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements, the double-sided adhesive tape product comprising a handle film element (2) and a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements (1) attached to the handle film element (2) and separated from each other, the die-cutting method comprising the steps of:
(a) sequentially attaching the handle film (6) and the double-sided adhesive layer (5) to the carrier film (3) from bottom to top, and attaching the first auxiliary protective film (4) to the double-sided adhesive layer (5); punching a whole continuous pattern consisting of a product adhesive area (10) and an adhesive area connecting sheet (11) on the first auxiliary protective film (4) and the double-sided adhesive layer (5) by using a first die cutting tool (12), wherein the product adhesive area (10) is matched with the double-sided adhesive element (1) in shape, and the adhesive area connecting sheet (11) connects the separated product adhesive areas (10) into a whole;
(b) waste materials of the first auxiliary protective film (4) and the double-sided adhesive layer (5) are discharged, then the rest first auxiliary protective film (4) is discharged, and a second auxiliary protective film (7) is attached to the double-sided adhesive layer (5); blanking and punching a second auxiliary protective film (7), a double-sided adhesive layer (5), a handle film (6) and a carrier film (3) by adopting a second die-cutting tool (13), wherein the blanking part is die-cutting waste at an adhesive area connecting sheet (11); punching out the whole outline of the double-sided adhesive tape product on the handle film (6) by adopting a third die cutting tool (14);
(c) and (3) discharging the waste materials of the second auxiliary protective film (7), the double-sided adhesive layer (5) and the handle film (6), and then discharging the rest second auxiliary protective film (7) to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape product.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step (2), the second die cutter (13) and the third die cutter (14) are mounted on the same die cutter, and the blanking and the die cutting of the adhesive area connecting sheet (11) and the die cutting of the overall profile are performed in one step.
3. The die-cutting method for double-sided adhesive tape products containing multiple double-sided adhesive tape elements according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the first die-cutting tool (12) continuously punches on the first auxiliary protective film (4) and the double-sided adhesive layer (5), and patterns obtained by two adjacent punches are connected end to end.
4. A method for die-cutting a double-sided adhesive tape product comprising a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements, according to claim 3, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape element (1) having the widest width in the feed direction of the tape is the primary double-sided adhesive tape element (11), and the remaining double-sided adhesive tape elements are the secondary double-sided adhesive tape elements (12); patterns corresponding to the main double-sided adhesive element (11) obtained by two adjacent punching are connected end to end.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein said handle film element (2) coincides with a partial outline of the main double-sided adhesive element (11), and said third die cutter (14) punches out an overall outline of the double-sided adhesive product on the second auxiliary protective film (7), the double-sided adhesive layer (5) and the handle film (6) in step (2).
6. Method for die-cutting a double-sided adhesive tape product comprising a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements according to claim 4, wherein the width of the adhesive area connecting tab (11) in the feed direction of the tape is 0.4 to 0.8 of the width of the secondary double-sided adhesive tape element (12).
7. Method for die-cutting a double-sided adhesive tape product comprising a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements according to claim 4, wherein said secondary double-sided adhesive tape elements (12) are elongated structures arranged along the feed direction of the web, the width of the elongated structures being 1-3 mm.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the elongated structure has a width of 2 mm.
9. The die cutting system of the double-sided adhesive tape product containing the multiple double-sided adhesive tape elements according to claim 1, comprising a carrier film feeding roller (15), a handle film feeding roller (16), a first attaching mechanism (17) for attaching the carrier film (3) and the handle film (6), a double-sided adhesive tape feeding roller (18), a second attaching mechanism (19) for attaching the double-sided adhesive tape layer (5) and the handle film (6), a double-sided adhesive tape base paper winding roller (20), a first auxiliary protective film feeding roller (21), a third attaching mechanism (22) for attaching the first auxiliary protective film and the double-sided adhesive tape, a first die cutting machine (23), a first auxiliary protective film (4), a double-sided adhesive tape waste discharging mechanism (24), a second auxiliary protective film feeding roller (25), and a fourth attaching mechanism (26) for attaching the second auxiliary protective film (7) and the double-sided adhesive tape layer (5), A second die cutting machine (27), a waste discharging mechanism (28) for waste outside the whole outline of the product, a waste discharging mechanism (29) for a second auxiliary protective film, a surface covering film feeding roller (30), a fifth laminating mechanism for laminating the surface covering film and the double-sided adhesive layer and a finished product winding roller (31); the first die cutting machine is provided with a first die cutting tool (12), and the second die cutting machine (27) is provided with a second die cutting tool (13) and a third die cutting tool (14).

The die-cutting method of a double-sided adhesive tape product containing a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape elements according to claim 9, wherein the first auxiliary protective film and double-sided adhesive tape waste discharging mechanism (24) comprises a first waste material take-up roll (241) for tearing off the first auxiliary protective film (4) and the double-sided adhesive layer (5) at the waste discharging position and a first auxiliary protective film take-up roll (242) for tearing off the remaining first auxiliary protective film (4); the second auxiliary protective film waste discharging mechanism (29) comprises a waste discharging adhesive tape feeding roller (291), a sixth attaching mechanism (292) for attaching the waste discharging adhesive tape and the second auxiliary protective film (7), and a second waste winding roller (293) for tearing off the waste discharging adhesive tape (291) and the second auxiliary protective film (7).
