a filtration device, comprising: filter paper and a middle isolation filter frame; the middle isolation filter frame comprises: the filter paper outer ring comprises a first outer ring, an air bag and a first supporting part, wherein the first outer ring is of an annular structure, a first air guide channel and a first liquid channel are arranged in the first outer ring, an inner hole of the first outer ring is blocked by the first supporting part, the first supporting part is used for supporting filter paper, a first liquid guide channel positioned at the bottom of the filter paper is formed in the first supporting part, the first liquid guide channel is communicated with the first liquid channel, the air bag is arranged below the first supporting part, and the air bag is communicated with the first air guide channel; the filter comprises at least two middle spacing filter frames, wherein the middle spacing filter frames are stacked together, a filter cake to be filtered is clamped between every two adjacent middle spacing filter frames, the filter cake is clamped between an air bag and filter paper, first air guide channels of every two adjacent middle spacing filter frames are communicated, first liquid channels of every two adjacent middle spacing filter frames are communicated, the middle spacing filter frame at the top is used for communicating the first air guide channels with an air source, and the first air guide channel of the middle spacing filter frame at the bottom is used for communicating exhaust;
the scraping device is used for scraping a filter cake to be filtered on the filter paper;
the filter frame cleaning device is used for cleaning the middle isolation filter frame after the filter paper is separated from the middle isolation filter frame;
a first group of transfer robots for transferring the intermediate isolation filter frame and the filter paper together to the filter frame cleaning device;
the second group of transfer robots are used for transferring the cleaned middle isolation filter frame from the filter frame cleaning device; and
and the filter paper pushing device is used for pushing the filter paper to the middle isolation filter frame.

The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 1, wherein the filtration apparatus further comprises: the device comprises a cover vertical driving mechanism, a sealing cover and a bottom filter frame, wherein the sealing cover is used for covering the uppermost middle spacing filter frame and is provided with an air inlet channel, the top of the air inlet channel is used for being communicated with an air source, and the bottom of the air inlet channel is communicated with a first air guide channel of the uppermost middle spacing filter frame;
the sealing cover is connected with a cover vertical driving mechanism, and the cover vertical driving mechanism is used for driving the sealing cover to move in the vertical direction;
the end filter frame includes: the filter comprises a second outer ring and a second supporting part, wherein a second air guide channel and a second liquid channel are formed in the second outer ring, an inner hole of the second outer ring is blocked by the second supporting part, a filter cake to be filtered is clamped between the second supporting part and the air bag of the filter frame at the lowest middle interval and is positioned on the filter paper, a second liquid guide channel is formed in the second supporting part, and the second liquid guide channel is communicated with the second liquid channel.

The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 2, wherein said filtration apparatus further comprises: the base is used for supporting the bottom filter frame, a liquid outlet channel is formed in the base, and the liquid outlet channel is communicated with a second liquid channel in the bottom filter frame.
4. An overlapped filter cake filtration system as claimed in claim 3 wherein the inlet passage is in communication with the outlet passage when the sealing cap is seated on the base.

The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 2, wherein each of said first support and said second support comprises: the supporting plate body blocks the first outer ring or the second outer ring, the supporting plate body is provided with a plurality of supporting columns, and gaps between adjacent supporting columns are communicated to form a first liquid guide channel or a second liquid guide channel.
6. The overlapped filter cake filtering system of claim 1, wherein a sealing ring is installed at the bottom of the first outer ring, and the sealing ring is made of elastic sealing material.
7. The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 1, wherein said filter frame cleaning apparatus comprises:
a horizontal transport mechanism for transporting the middle spacing filter frame and the bottom filter frame in the horizontal direction;
the blowing mechanism is positioned above the horizontal conveying mechanism and used for blowing up the filter paper on the middle interval filter frame or the bottom filter frame;
the blocking mechanism is positioned beside the horizontal conveying mechanism and is used for separating the blown filter paper from the middle spacing filter frame or the bottom filter frame; and
and the cleaning mechanism is used for flushing the middle interval filter frame and the bottom filter frame which are positioned on the horizontal conveying mechanism.

The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 7, wherein the horizontal transport mechanism comprises: the filter comprises a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt, wherein the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt are parallel to each other, the first conveyor belt is used for being in contact with one side of the filter frame, the other side of the second conveyor belt is used for being in contact with the other side of the filter frame, and a gap between the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt can be used for filter paper to pass through.
9. The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 7, wherein the blowing mechanism comprises: the air pump output end is communicated to one end of the air injection pipe, and the other end of the air injection pipe is used for blowing up one end, close to the cleaning mechanism, of the filter paper.

The overlapped cake filtration system of claim 9, wherein the gas lance comprises: the air pump is connected to main trachea, arc piece, first shower nozzle and second shower nozzle, and main trachea one end is used for connecting the air pump, and the main trachea other end is used for communicateing to the arc piece, and the intercommunication has first shower nozzle and second shower nozzle on the arc piece, and first shower nozzle and second shower nozzle are used for filtering paper to the horizontal transport mechanism and blow, and first shower nozzle and second shower nozzle are parallel to each other, and the tip position of first shower nozzle intercommunication arc piece is higher than the tip position of second shower nozzle intercommunication arc piece.
