The fructus Schisandrae is mature fruit of Schisandra chinensis of Schisandra of Schisandraceae, and has sour, sweet and warm nature, and has effects of astringing, arresting discharge, invigorating qi, promoting fluid production, invigorating kidney, and calming heart.
The herb root of herb of Polygonum of Polygonaceae is pungent, sweet and neutral, and has effects of invigorating spleen and kidney, clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting blood circulation and relieving swelling.
Thuja, an evergreen conifer of Thuja of Cupressaceae, has fragrant smell, and can effectively purify air and kill bacteria and viruses in air; the thuja contains a great amount of substances beneficial to human bodies, has the effects of tranquilizing and allaying excitement, has a good curative effect on relieving insomnia and dreaminess, and is high in oiliness and good in burning performance.
The elm bark is dry bark or root bark of elm of Ulmaceae, has sweet and mild nature and taste, is nontoxic, contains various phytosterols, tannin, gum and fatty oil, can be used as adhesive, and has good combustion performance.
The tea oil has fragrant smell, can resist bacteria, viruses and micro-bacteria, can prevent and treat mosquito bites, has the combustion-supporting effect and can improve the combustion performance of the spice.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the healthy health-preserving incense, which comprises the following steps:
1) drying lavender, grapefruit, radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, semen Platycladi, rhizoma Coptidis, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, herb Polygoni chinensis root, Thuja, and cortex ulmi pumilae;
2) crushing and sieving the dried raw materials in the step 1) and weighing the raw materials in proportion for later use;

6) extruding the mud spice obtained in the step 5) into a hollow strip shape, and drying to obtain a crude product of the healthy health-preserving incense;
7) soaking the crude health preserving incense obtained in the step 6) into the solution B obtained in the step 4), taking out after full attachment, and naturally drying to obtain a health preserving incense finished product.
Further, the drying in the step 1) is carried out until the water content is lower than 2%, which is beneficial to the subsequent crushing.
Further, in the step 2), the screen in the step 2) is 140-170 meshes.
Further, the volume ratio of the raw materials to the water in the step 3) is 1: 8-10, and the cooking time is 3-4 h. 3) adding weighed salvia miltiorrhiza and schisandra chinensis into water with the volume 8 times of that of the salvia miltiorrhiza and schisandra chinensis, and boiling, filtering to remove filter residues to obtain a solution A;
4) soaking the weighed coptis in 2 volumes of 53% white spirit, and performing suction filtration to obtain filtrate B;
5) uniformly mixing the weighed lavender, grapefruit, platycladi seed, Chinese knotweed root, thuja and elm bark powder, adding the solution A obtained in the step 3), uniformly stirring, adding tea oil, and continuously stirring to obtain a paste spice;
6) extruding the mud spice obtained in the step 5) into a hollow strip shape, and drying to obtain a crude product of the healthy health-preserving incense;
7) soaking the crude health preserving incense obtained in the step 6) into the solution B obtained in the step 4), taking out after full attachment, and naturally drying to obtain a health preserving incense finished product.
Example 2
The health-care incense comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 16 parts of lavender, 18 parts of grapefruit, 7 parts of coptis chinensis, 8 parts of platycladi seed, 8 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 7 parts of schisandra chinensis, 8 parts of Chinese knotweed root, 7 parts of thuja, 11 parts of elm bark and 5 parts of tea oil.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:

4) soaking the weighed coptis chinensis in 2.5 times of liquor with the volume and the concentration of 53%, and performing suction filtration to obtain filtrate B;
5) uniformly mixing the weighed lavender, grapefruit, platycladi seed, Chinese knotweed root, thuja and elm bark powder, adding the solution A obtained in the step 3), uniformly stirring, adding tea oil, and continuously stirring to obtain a paste spice;
6) extruding the mud spice obtained in the step 5) into a hollow strip shape, and drying to obtain a crude product of the healthy health-preserving incense;
7) soaking the crude health preserving incense obtained in the step 6) into the solution B obtained in the step 4), taking out after full attachment, and naturally drying to obtain a health preserving incense finished product.
Example 3
The health-care incense comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20 parts of lavender, 16 parts of grapefruit, 9 parts of coptis chinensis, 8 parts of platycladi seed, 6 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10 parts of Chinese knotweed root, 8 parts of thuja, 12 parts of elm bark and 4 parts of tea oil.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) putting lavender, grapefruit, salvia miltiorrhiza, platycladi seed, coptis chinensis, schisandra chinensis, Chinese knotweed root, thuja and elm into an oven to be dried until the moisture content is lower than 2% for later use;
2) crushing the dried raw materials in the step 1), sieving the crushed raw materials with a 170-mesh sieve, and weighing the raw materials according to a proportion for later use;
3) adding water with the volume 10 times that of the weighed salvia miltiorrhiza and schisandra chinensis into the salvia miltiorrhiza and schisandra chinensis, cooking, filtering and removing filter residues to obtain a solution A;
4) soaking the weighed coptis chinensis in 3 times of 53% white spirit by volume, and performing suction filtration to obtain filtrate B;
5) uniformly mixing the weighed lavender, grapefruit, platycladi seed, Chinese knotweed root, thuja and elm bark powder, adding the solution A obtained in the step 3), uniformly stirring, adding tea oil, and continuously stirring to obtain a paste spice;

7) soaking the crude health preserving incense obtained in the step 6) into the solution B obtained in the step 4), taking out after full attachment, and naturally drying to obtain a health preserving incense finished product.
In order to verify the health preserving fragrance effect obtained by the method, the following tests are carried out:
