The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.
The desensitizer for effective desensitization is prepared from 5 weight parts of skin beautifying agent, 2 weight parts of water replenishing agent and 3 weight parts of antiallergic agent.
The 5 parts by weight of skin beautifying agent comprises 0.5 part by weight of thickening agent, 0.5 part by weight of allantoin, 2 parts by weight of nicotinamide, 1 part by weight of tranexamic acid and 1 part by weight of 4-methoxy potassium salicylate.
The skin beautifying agent with proper proportion enables the desensitizer to have the function of whitening skin, and the nicotinamide can accelerate metabolism and promote the exfoliation of melanocyte containing melanin; the tranexamic acid has effects of whitening skin, removing speckle, removing chloasma, removing sunburn, preventing skin from tanning, preventing pachylosis, removing horny dead skin, caring skin, eliminating wrinkle, relieving inflammation, resisting allergy, and stopping bleeding; the 4-methoxy potassium salicylate is a multifunctional accelerator for removing freckles, whitening and tendering skin, can meet the requirements of skin care products on skin whitening, freckles and pigments removal and elimination of waste dead skin and wrinkles of skin, has various biological activity functions, can remarkably accelerate and promote the skin whitening of all types of human bodies, fade spot pigments and wrinkles, generate smooth and clean skin, improve abnormal keratinization of the skin, enable the keratinization metabolism of the skin to be normal, and accelerate the removal of melanin.
The 2 parts by weight of moisturizing agent comprises 1 part by weight of deionized water grease, 0.2 part by weight of coix seed powder, 0.25 part by weight of aloe essential oil, 0.25 part by weight of green tea seed essential oil, 0.2 part by weight of ganoderma lucidum powder and 0.1 part by weight of emulsifier.
The deionized water grease is composed of caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitan stearate, coconut acid glycerol and deionized water in parts by weight, the aloe essential oil and the green tea seed essential oil are used as main water replenishing components, the coix seed powder and the ganoderma lucidum powder are used as water locking and antioxidant components, the aloe oil and the green tea seed essential oil are light and thin and not greasy, can be quickly absorbed by skin, and a thin coating layer can keep water locking and not drying all day long, so that the phenomena of allergy, desquamation and the like caused by dry and itchy skin are avoided.
The 3 parts by weight of the antiallergic agent comprises 1 part by weight of kava root extract, 1 part by weight of giant knotweed rhizome extract and 1 part by weight of oat extract.
The oat extract oat has obvious curative effect on allergic skin, can improve the lubricity of the skin, and relieves the irritation of severe environment to the skin and the pain and itch of the skin caused by eczema, thereby achieving the anti-allergic effect and lubricating the skin at the same time, and the kava root extract can play a plurality of physiological effects of calming and hypnotizing, calming the mood, relieving the depression and the like, so that the mood of a user of the desensitizer is relieved, and the allergic symptom is further relieved.
A process for the manufacture of a desensitizing agent for effective desensitization comprising the steps of:
s1, adding 0.5 weight part of thickening agent into water in a reaction kettle filled with water, stirring uniformly until the mixture is transparent, adding 0.5 weight part of allantoin, 2 weight parts of nicotinamide, 1 weight part of tranexamic acid and 1 weight part of 4-methoxy potassium salicylate, heating and stirring, and keeping the temperature for a period of time to obtain a phase A;
s2, adding caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitan stearate, coco glyceride and deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating to 50-60 ℃ under the pressure of 0.1-0.3 Mpa, and stirring for a certain time to obtain deionized water grease;
s3, adding 0.2 weight part of coix seed powder, 0.25 weight part of aloe essential oil, 0.25 weight part of green tea seed essential oil, 0.2 weight part of ganoderma lucidum powder, 0.1 weight part of emulsifier, 1 weight part of kava root extract, 1 weight part of polygonum cuspidatum extract and 1 weight part of oat extract into the deionized water grease, and stirring for 20-30 min at a constant temperature to obtain a phase B;
s4, adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 8-12min, homogenizing for 2-5min, stirring for 26-33min until complete emulsification, cooling to 36-41 ℃, and adding a pH regulator to obtain the phase AB;
s5, adding the bacillus fermentation product and the preservative into the AB phase obtained in the step S4, and stirring for 26-33min to obtain the finished desensitizer.
In step S1, the stirring temperature of the solution of phase a is 71-75 ℃, the holding time after the stirring is completed is 10-20min, and at the temperature of 71-75 ℃, the solubility of each solute of the solution of phase a is higher, and the solution components are more saturated, so that the raw materials can be more fully utilized, and the whitening effect of each solute can be fully exerted.
In the step S2, stirring for 1-2H to fully mix caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitan stearate and coconut acid glycerol with deionized water.

Mixing arrangement 5 includes motor 501, motor 501's output shaft fixedly connected with double rule belt pulley 502, the surface of double-track belt pulley 502 is connected with first belt pulley 503 and second belt pulley 504 through the belt transmission respectively, the equal fixedly connected with axis of rotation 505 in axle center department of first belt pulley 503 and second belt pulley 504, two the bottom of axis of rotation 505 rotationally all runs through to the inside of mixing box 4, two the equal fixedly connected with stirring leaf 506 in surface of axis of rotation 505.
Through the setting of mixing box 4 and mixing arrangement 5, can premix when adding the raw materials for multiple raw materials after the mixture can be faster and more even when adding in heat preservation reation kettle 1 react with the solution in the heat preservation reation kettle 1, thereby make each raw materials and solution mix more fully and even.
The working principle of the desensitizer for effective desensitization and the processing technology thereof provided by the invention is as follows:
when raw materials need to be added, the pistons 13 on the two feeding pipes 12 are pulled out, the raw materials are introduced into the mixing box 4 through the feeding pipes 12, then the pistons are covered, meanwhile, the mixing device 5 is started, the motor 501 drives the double-track belt pulley 502 to rotate, the double-track belt pulley 502 drives the first belt pulley 503 and the second belt pulley 504 to rotate, the first belt pulley 503 and the second belt pulley 504 rotate to drive the two rotating shafts 505 to rotate, the two rotating shafts 505 drive the two stirring blades 506 to rotate, the raw materials in the mixing box 4 are fully mixed, then the two first electric telescopic rods 8 are contracted to drive the two baffles 9 to move oppositely, the two baffles 9 are separated from the connecting pipe 6, the connecting pipe 6 is opened, the mixed raw materials enter the insulation box 3, the first electric telescopic rods 8 are reset to seal the connecting pipe 6, and then the second electric telescopic rods 10 are contracted to drive the sealing plugs 11 to move, so that the feed pipe 12 is opened, and the raw materials are introduced into the heat-preservation reaction kettle 1 for processing.
Compared with the related technology, the desensitizer for effective desensitization and the processing technology thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. the anti-allergic component in the desensitizer is prepared by using the kava root extract, the giant knotweed extract and the oat extract in parts by weight, the oat extract has obvious curative effect on allergic skin, can improve the lubricity of the skin, and relieve the irritation of severe environment to the skin and the pain and itch of the skin caused by eczema, so that the skin is lubricated while the anti-allergic effect is achieved, and the kava root extract can play various physiological effects of calming and hypnotizing, calming the mood, relieving the depression feeling and the like, so that the mood of a user of the desensitizer is more relaxed, the allergic symptoms are further favorably relieved, the giant knotweed extract mainly comprises resveratrol and emodin, the resveratrol is shown to be beneficial to cardiovascular health and blood circulation, the pain is relieved, the heat is cleared away and the dampness is removed, so that the irritation to allergic part of a patient when the desensitizer is used, thereby making the desensitizer more comfortable to use.
2. 1. A desensitizer for effective desensitization is characterized in that raw materials comprise 5 parts by weight of a skin beautifying agent, 2 parts by weight of a water replenishing agent and 3 parts by weight of an antiallergic agent.

Desensitizing agent to effective desensitization according to claim 1, wherein said 5 parts by weight of skin-beautifying agent comprise 0.5 parts by weight of thickening agent, 0.5 parts by weight of allantoin, 2 parts by weight of niacinamide, 1 part by weight of tranexamic acid and 1 part by weight of potassium 4-methoxysalicylate.
3. Desensitizing agent to effective desensitization according to claim 1, wherein said 2 parts by weight of moisturizing agent comprise 1 part by weight of deionized water oil and fat, 0.2 parts by weight of coix seed powder, 0.25 parts by weight of aloe vera essential oil, 0.25 parts by weight of green tea seed essential oil, 0.2 parts by weight of ganoderma lucidum powder and 0.1 parts by weight of emulsifier.
4. Desensitizing agent to effective desensitization according to claim 1, wherein said 3 parts by weight of antiallergic agent comprises 1 part by weight of kava root extract, 1 part by weight of giant knotweed extract and 1 part by weight of oat extract.
5. A process for the manufacture of a desensitizing agent effective for desensitization comprising the steps of:
s1, adding 0.5 weight part of thickening agent into water in a reaction kettle filled with water, stirring uniformly until the mixture is transparent, adding 0.5 weight part of allantoin, 2 weight parts of nicotinamide, 1 weight part of tranexamic acid and 1 weight part of 4-methoxy potassium salicylate, heating and stirring, and keeping the temperature for a period of time to obtain a phase A;
s2, adding caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitan stearate, coco glyceride and deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating to 50-60 ℃ under the pressure of 0.1-0.3 Mpa, and stirring for a certain time to obtain deionized water grease;
s3, adding 0.2 weight part of coix seed powder, 0.25 weight part of aloe essential oil, 0.25 weight part of green tea seed essential oil, 0.2 weight part of ganoderma lucidum powder, 0.1 weight part of emulsifier, 1 weight part of kava root extract, 1 weight part of polygonum cuspidatum extract and 1 weight part of oat extract into the deionized water grease, and stirring for 20-30 min at a constant temperature to obtain a phase B;
s4, adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring for 8-12min, homogenizing for 2-5min, stirring for 26-33min until complete emulsification, cooling to 36-41 ℃, and adding a pH regulator to obtain the phase AB;
s5, adding the bacillus fermentation product and the preservative into the AB phase obtained in the step S4, and stirring for 26-33min to obtain the finished desensitizer.
6. A process for the manufacture of a desensitizing agent to effective desensitization according to claim 5, wherein in step S1, the temperature of agitation of the phase A solution is 71-75 ℃ and the incubation time after completion of agitation is 10-20 min.
7. The process of claim 1, wherein in step S2, the stirring time is 1-2H.
8. The process for processing desensitizer to effective desensitization according to claim 5, wherein a reaction kettle is required in the processing of step S1, the reaction kettle comprises a thermal insulation reaction kettle (1), a feeding pipe (2) is disposed at the top of the thermal insulation reaction kettle (1), a thermal insulation box (3) is fixedly connected to the top of the thermal insulation reaction kettle (1), the top end of the feeding pipe (2) penetrates into the thermal insulation box (3), a mixing box (4) is fixedly connected to the top of the thermal insulation box (3), feeding pipes (12) are respectively connected to both sides of the top of the mixing box (4), pistons (13) are respectively disposed at the outer ends of the two feeding pipes (12), a mixing device (5) is disposed at the top of the mixing box (4), and connecting pipes (6) are respectively connected to both sides of the bottom of the mixing box (4), the bottom of two connecting pipe (6) all runs through to the inside of insulation can (3), the equal fixedly connected with cardboard (7) in both sides at insulation can (3) inner wall top, two the equal fixedly connected with first electric telescopic handle (8) of one side that cardboard (7) leave mutually, two the equal fixedly connected with baffle (9) of one end that first electric telescopic handle (8) leave mutually, the top fixedly connected with second electric telescopic handle (10) of insulation can (3) inner wall, the bottom fixedly connected with of second electric telescopic handle (10) with sealing plug (11) of inlet pipe (2) looks adaptation.

The process for the desensitization of claim 8, wherein said mixing device (5) comprises an electric motor (501), said electric motor (501) has an output shaft fixedly connected to a double-gauge pulley (502), said double-gauge pulley (502) has a surface drivingly connected to a first pulley (503) and a second pulley (504) via a belt, said first pulley (503) and said second pulley (504) have axes fixedly connected to a rotating shaft (505), said two rotating shafts (505) have bottom ends rotatably penetrating into said mixing box (4), and said two rotating shafts (505) have surfaces fixedly connected to a stirring blade (506).
