Abstract

本发明公开一种植物型染烫一体美发剂，该美发剂由染烫剂、显色剂和定型剂三部分组成。其中，染烫剂兼具染发剂中染色剂以及烫发剂中软化剂的双重功能，而且染料部分为纯植物原料，显色剂的主要功能性原料为金属离子盐，定型剂的主要功能性成分为氧化剂。本发明避免了先烫后染的繁琐过程，采用染烫一体方式，同时染色部分选用纯植物染料，在提高安全性的同时又解决了色牢度问题。

一种植物型染烫一体美发剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染烫一体美发剂，尤其是涉及一种利用植物染料成分与金属离子发生络合反应染发以及同时兼具烫发功能的美发剂。
背景技术
目前市场上的染发剂主要为氧化型，其原料主要是对苯二胺类氧化染料，该类染发剂因其染色效果好，色彩丰富，耐洗牢度高而成为目前市场上应用最广泛的染发剂。但是，随着人类生活水平的不断提高，氧化型染发剂的生物毒性及致敏性也成为了人们重点关注的问题。
植物型染发剂因其原料的天然性而备受人类的关注。若仅依靠染料的渗透作用而染色，存在染发效果差以及耐洗牢度低的问题，效果类似于半永久性头发染料。但植物染料原料成本高，若效果不理想，不利于市场的广泛应用。所以目前市场上的大部分植物型染发剂，实际都是以氧化染料显色为主，植物染料在其中只是作为添加剂，并不实际产生显色作用。
目前沙龙和家居染烫都是分两步进行的，先烫后染，需在烫发完成后才能进行染色，耗时长且工序繁琐，而且，先烫后染对头发的损伤程度大，烫发和染发对头发均有一定程度的伤害，两步法相当于集中性地对头发进行二次伤害，同时也会造成烫染效果偏差和维持时间偏短的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种安全性高、色牢度高以及避免先烫后染繁琐工序的植物型染烫一体美发剂。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的植物型染烫一体美发剂由染烫剂、显色剂和定型剂三部分组成，其中，染烫剂兼具染发剂中染色剂以及烫发剂中软化剂的双重功能，而且染料部分为纯植物原料，显色剂的主要功能性原料为金属离子盐，定型剂的主要功能性成分为氧化剂。
优选的，所述染烫剂的纯植物染料原料包含：五倍子提取物、姜黄提取物、苏木提取物、墨旱莲提取物、青龙衣提取物的一种或多种。
进一步优选的，所述染烫剂的纯植物染料原料含量范围为2%-12%。
优选的，所述染烫剂的烫发软化剂原料包含：巯基乙酸及其盐类、半胱胺酸类的一种。
进一步优选的，所述染烫剂的烫发软化剂原料含量范围为5%-15%。
具体的，所述染烫剂还包括pH调节剂、表面活性剂、脂肪醇、增稠剂。
其中，所述染烫剂的pH调节剂包含：氢氧化铵、氨基甲基丙醇、乙醇胺、三乙醇胺的一种或多种，调节后pH值的范围为7.5-9.5。
其中，所述染烫剂的表面活性剂组合包含：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、甘油硬脂酸酯和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、甘油硬脂酸酯和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25的一种。
其中，所述染烫剂的脂肪醇包含：十六醇、十八醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、花生醇、山嵛醇的一种或多种。
其中，所述染烫剂的增稠剂包含：羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素的一种或多种。
优选的，所述显色剂的金属离子盐包含：Fe2+、Al3+、Zn2+、Cu2+的其中一种。
进一步优选的，所述显色剂的金属离子盐包含：硫酸盐、氯化盐、硝酸盐的一种。
其中，所述显色剂的pH调节剂包含：柠檬酸、乳酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠的一种，调节后pH值的范围为2.0-5.0。
优选的，所述定型剂的氧化剂包含：溴酸钠、过氧化氢的其中一种。
进一步优选的，所述定型剂的氧化剂含量范围为1-6%。
本发明还提供了植物染烫一体美发剂的使用方法：先将染烫剂均匀涂抹在头发上，静置20-30min，再将显色剂均匀涂抹在头发上，静置20-30min后冲洗干净，然后使用卷发器、直发器等固定成所需发型，均匀涂抹定型剂，静置20min后清洗吹干即可。
本发明所提供的植物型染烫一体美发剂，通过植物染料成分与金属离子发生络合反应而染发，而不是仅仅依靠植物染料的渗透，同时不含对苯二胺类氧化型染料，在提高色牢度的同时有效避免了氧化型染料所带来的生物毒性和致敏性问题。
本发明所提供的植物型染烫一体美发剂，染烫同时进行，避免了先烫后染的繁琐过程，又能明显减少烫发和染发对头发本身的损伤，同时提高染烫效果和延长维持时间。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述，但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例一

首先在头发上均匀涂抹染烫剂，停留20-30min，然后将显色剂均匀涂抹在头发上，停留20-30min，洗净头发后使用卷发器、直发器等固定成所需发型，将定型剂均匀涂抹在头发上，停留20min后洗净头发即可。染后头发颜色为黑色。
实施例二

首先在头发上均匀涂抹染烫剂，停留20-30min，然后将显色剂均匀涂抹在头发上，停留20-30min，洗净头发后使用卷发器、直发器等固定成所需发型，将定型剂均匀涂抹在头发上，停留20min后洗净头发即可。染后头发颜色为橙色。

1.一种植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，该美发剂由染烫剂、显色剂和定型剂三部分组成；其中，染烫剂兼具染发剂中染色剂以及烫发剂中软化剂的双重功能，而且染料部分为纯植物原料，显色剂的主要功能性原料为金属离子盐，定型剂的主要功能性成分为氧化剂。
2.如权利要求书1所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的纯植物染料原料包含：五倍子提取物、姜黄提取物、苏木提取物、墨旱莲提取物、青龙衣提取物的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求书2所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的纯植物染料原料含量范围为2%-12%。
4.如权利要求书1所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的烫发软化剂原料包含：巯基乙酸及其盐类、半胱胺酸类的一种。
5.如权利要求书4所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的烫发软化剂原料含量范围为5%-15%。

9.如权利要求书6所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的表面活性剂组合包含：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、甘油硬脂酸酯和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、甘油硬脂酸酯和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25的一种。
10.如权利要求书6所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的脂肪醇包含：十六醇、十八醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、花生醇、山嵛醇的一种或多种。
11.如权利要求书6所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述染烫剂的增稠剂包含：羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素的一种或多种。
12.如权利要求书1所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述显色剂的金属离子盐包含：Fe2+、Al3+、Zn2+、Cu2+的其中一种。
13.如权利要求书12所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述显色剂的金属离子盐包含：硫酸盐、氯化盐、硝酸盐的一种。
14.如权利要求书1所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述显色剂的pH调节剂包含：柠檬酸、乳酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠的一种。
15.如权利要求书14所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述显色剂的pH值的范围为2.0-5.0。
16.如权利要求书1所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述定型剂的氧化剂包含：溴酸钠、过氧化氢的其中一种。
17.如权利要求书16所述的植物型染烫一体美发剂，其特征在于，所述定型剂的氧化剂含量范围为1-6%。
