2106g of astragalus root, black sesame and 1620g of black sesame
Rhizoma polygonati 1458g honey 810g
The process comprises the following steps:
1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 8 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.25g/ml at the temperature of 80 ℃, and preserving the heat at 42 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 113 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.37g/ml to obtain refined Mel.
5) Adding the astragalus superfine powder in the step 3 into the thick paste in the step 1), and uniformly stirring.
6) Adding the 2) black sesame ultrafine powder and the 4) refined honey after the step 5), and uniformly stirring.
7) Making into pill.
Example 2
The formula (1000 pills):
4640g of longan pulp and 1450g of Chinese date
Radix astragali 2320g and semen Sesami Niger 1740g
1450g of sealwort and 870g of honey
The process comprises the following steps:
1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 10 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.28g/ml at 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 43 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 116 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.35g/ml to obtain refined Mel.
5) Adding the astragalus superfine powder in the step 3 into the thick paste in the step 1), and uniformly stirring.
6) Adding the 2) black sesame ultrafine powder and the 4) refined honey after the step 5), and uniformly stirring.
7) Making into pill.
Example 3
The formula (1000 pills):
5720g of dried longan pulp and 1287g of Chinese date
1716g of astragalus root, 2145g of black sesame seed
Rhizoma polygonati 1144g of honey 858g
The process comprises the following steps:
1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 9 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.22g/ml at 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 46 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 117 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.37g/ml to obtain refined Mel.

The process comprises the following steps:
1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 12 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.26g/ml at 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 45 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 115 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.38g/ml to obtain refined Mel.

1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 10 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.27g/ml at 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 46 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 114 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.36g/ml to obtain refined Mel.

1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 9 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.23g/ml at 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 43 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 116 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.38g/ml to obtain refined Mel.
5) Adding the astragalus superfine powder in the step 3 into the thick paste in the step 1), and uniformly stirring.

1) adding arillus longan, fructus Jujubae, rhizoma Polygonati, and radix astragali into 6 times of water, soaking for 10 hr, decocting for 2 hr, filtering, decocting the residue for 1.5 hr, mixing filtrates, concentrating to obtain soft extract with relative density of 1.25g/ml at 80 deg.C, and keeping the temperature at 44 deg.C.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Heating Mel to 113 deg.C, and obtaining refined Mel with relative density of 1.36g/ml at 80 deg.C.
4) Adding the 2) black sesame ultrafine powder and the 3) refined honey after the step 3), and uniformly stirring.
5) Making into pill.
Comparative example 4
The formula (1000 pills):
4110g of longan pulp and 2055g of Chinese date
Astragalus mongholicus 2740g black sesame 1507g
Rhizoma polygonati 1233g honey 685g
The process comprises the following steps:
1) adding water in an amount which is 6 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese date and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 8 hours, decocting for 2 hours, filtering, decocting filter residues for 1.5 hours again, combining the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate to thick paste with the relative density of 1.26g/ml at 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 45 ℃.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 115 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.35g/ml to obtain refined Mel.
5) Adding 2) the black sesame superfine powder, 3) the astragalus superfine powder and 4) the refined honey after the step 4), and uniformly stirring.

5250g longan pulp and 1800g Chinese date
1800g of astragalus root, black sesame 2250g
1050g of honey
The process comprises the following steps:
1) adding water 6 times of the total weight of arillus longan and fructus Jujubae into the above materials, soaking for 9 hr, decocting for 2 hr, filtering, decocting the residue for 1.5 hr, mixing filtrates, concentrating to obtain soft extract with relative density of 1.25g/ml at 80 deg.C, and keeping the temperature at 46 deg.C.
2) Steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh.
3) Superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh.
4) Heating Mel to 116 deg.C to 80 deg.C with relative density of 1.36g/ml to obtain refined Mel.
5) Adding the astragalus superfine powder in the step 3 into the thick paste in the step 1), and uniformly stirring.
6) Adding the 2) black sesame ultrafine powder and the 4) refined honey after the step 5), and uniformly stirring.
7) Making into pill.
Test example 1
Moisture and chew hardness/mouthfeel for 0, 3, and 6 months for the honeyed pills obtained in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-5 were examined.
The water content is checked according to the water content checking method of the pill item in Chinese pharmacopoeia, and the chewing hardness condition of 0-6 months is compared. The results are shown in Table 1.

The analysis of the data in the table above shows that the water content of the honeyed pills 0, 3 and 6 months prepared in the examples 1-7 is below 15% of the pill standard in Chinese pharmacopoeia, and the honeyed pills have moderate chewing hardness, fine taste, moderate sweetness and no unpleasant odor. Comparative example 1 moisture is greater than the standard, resulting in a softer hardness and slightly more sweetness, slightly beany flavor; comparative example 2 the water content decreased with increasing months, the hardness was harder; comparative example 3 moisture is greater than standard, hardness is softer; comparative example 4 a lumpy feeling during chewing was caused due to an unreasonable process; comparative example 5 has moderate hardness in mouthfeel, fine mouthfeel, moderate sweetness, and no unpleasant odor.
Test example 2
To compare the lactation promoting effects and adverse reactions of examples 1, 2 and 3 of the present invention with comparative examples 1 and 5, three groups of subjects 305 were selected, and the samples of examples 1, 2 and 3 and the samples of comparative examples 1 and 5 were taken after delivery. Subject inclusion criteria: the age of the mother is less than 35 years old, the milk amount is insufficient, the baby can not be full of the abdomen, and the mother and the child are healthy; the observation indexes of efficacy are as follows: milk secretion in 3 days and 7 days. The results are shown in Table 2:

Note: the milk production P of example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1, comparative example 5 was < 0.05 for 3 days, and the milk production P of example 1, example 2, example 3 and comparative example 1, comparative example 5 was < 0.001 for 7 days.
From the test results, it can be seen that the examples 1, 2 and 3 have the effect of promoting lactation (the lactation amount in 7 days is more than that in 3 days by 50ml or more), and compared with the samples in the comparative examples 1 and 5, the samples in the examples 1, 2 and 3 have the lactation amount which is higher than that in the comparative examples 1 and 5 after the samples in the examples 1, 2 and 3 are taken for 3 days and 7 days, and have significant difference. And the examples 1, 2 and 3 have better safety, no adverse reaction occurs, and the adverse reaction rate of the comparative example 1 is 3.3%.
Test example 3
To confirm the safety of the present invention, acute radial toxicity tests were performed using Kunming female and male mice. The result shows that the maximum tolerance dose of the invention to female and male Kunming mice is more than 20 g/kg-bw, and the invention belongs to non-toxic grade. And (3) genetic toxicity test: the Ames test, mouse marrow pleochromocyte nucleus test and mouse sperm malformation test result are all negative. The experimental results show that the invention has good safety.

6. The method for preparing a food for promoting postpartum lactation according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
A) extracting arillus longan, Chinese date and rhizoma polygonati with water, concentrating to thick paste with the relative density of 1.2-1.3 g/mL at the temperature of 80 ℃, and preserving heat at 40-50 ℃;
B) steaming semen Sesami Niger, air drying, and micronizing to 80 mesh to obtain semen Sesami Niger micropowder;
C) superfine pulverizing radix astragali to 80 mesh to obtain radix astragali superfine powder;
D) heating honey to 112-118 ℃ until the relative density is 1.35-1.38 g/mL at 80 ℃ to obtain refined honey;
E) mixing the radix astragali superfine powder obtained in step C) with the soft extract obtained in step A), and stirring;
F) and D), mixing the mixture obtained in the step E) with the black sesame ultrafine powder obtained in the step B) and the refined honey obtained in the step D), and uniformly stirring to obtain the food for promoting postpartum lactation.
7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the step A) is specifically:
adding water in an amount which is 6-8 times of the total weight of the longan pulp, the Chinese dates and the sealwort into the longan pulp, soaking for 8-12 hours, decocting for 2-3 hours, filtering, decocting the filter residues for 1.5-3 hours, combining the filtrate, concentrating to thick paste with the relative density of 1.2-1.3 g/mL at 80 ℃, and preserving heat for 40-50 ℃.
8. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the food for promoting postpartum lactation is pills, and the step F) further comprises a pill making step after being uniformly stirred.
