本发明为冲泡型固体饮料,采用制粒工艺,冲泡后呈现淡白黄色米糊状液体,静止会有轻微沉淀属正常现象,本发明需要热水冲泡,功效为对胃部的养护从而起到防止胃部不适引发的症状。
本发明的原料功能如下:
1、猴头菇粉:一种高蛋白、低脂肪、富含矿物质和维生素的一种优良食品。
功能:具有提高肌体免疫力的功能,可延缓衰老。含不饱和脂肪酸,能降低血胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,调节血脂,利于血液循环,是心血管患者的理想食品;含有多种氨基酸和丰富的多糖体,能助消化,对胃炎、胃癌、食道癌、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡等消化道疾病的疗效令人瞩目;含有的多糖体、多肽类及脂肪物质,能抑制癌细胞中遗传物质的合成,从而预防和治疗消化道癌症和其他恶性肿瘤。
2、L谷氨酰胺:可参与消化道黏膜黏蛋白构成成分氨基葡萄糖的生物合成,从而促进黏膜上皮组织的修复,有助于溃疡病灶的消除。同时,它能通过血脑屏障促进脑代谢,提高脑机能,与谷氨酸一样是脑代谢的重要营养剂。
功能:维持肠道屏障的结构及功能,谷氨酰胺是肠道粘膜细胞代谢必需的营养物质,对维持肠道粘膜上皮结构的完整性起着十分重要的作用。尤其是在外伤、感染、疲劳等严重应激状态下,肠道粘膜上皮细胞内谷氨酰胺很快耗竭。当肠道缺乏食物、消化液等刺激或缺乏谷氨酰胺时,肠道粘膜萎缩、绒毛变稀、变短甚至脱落,隐窝变浅,肠粘膜通透性增加,肠道免疫功能受损。临床实践证明,肠外途径提供谷氨酰胺均可有效地防止肠道粘膜萎缩,保持正常肠道粘膜重量、结构及蛋白质含量,增强肠道细胞活性,改善肠道免疫功能,减少肠道细菌及内毒素的易位。
3、壳寡糖:是将壳聚糖经特殊的生物酶技术(也有使用化学降解、微波降解技术的报道)降解得到的一种聚合度在2~20之间寡糖产品,分子量≤3200Da,是水溶性较好、功能作用大、生物活性高的低分子量产品。它具有壳聚糖所没有的较高溶解度,全溶于水,容易被生物体吸收利用等诸多独特的功能,其作用为壳聚糖的14倍。
功能:⑴调节肠道微生态:在酸性条件下,壳寡糖分子中的游离氨基质子化,质子化按能与细菌带正电的细胞膜作用,干扰细菌细胞膜功能,造成细菌体内细胞质流失,对真菌和微生物的生长有抑制作用。其抗菌活性与菌种和浓度有关,且随浓度加大其抗菌活性增强,高浓度时有杀菌作用。
⑵改善肠道组织形态:提高动物的生产性能壳寡糖使回肠微绒毛密度增加,同时也有变细、变高的倾向。微绒毛高度增加,密度加大,利于增大小肠的吸收面积,促进营养物质的吸收,提高饲料的利用率。
⑶增强免疫功能:壳寡低聚糖的免疫增强作用目前己被许多学者证实,其抗感染作用机制有以下几种解释:壳寡糖刺激机体,促进腹膜渗出液的细胞数量增加,激活巨噬细胞,从而增加活性氧的生成,再通过氧化性杀菌机制产生作用;壳寡糖对巨噬细胞的直接激活作用增加了巨噬细胞的杀伤活性;壳寡糖激活T淋巴细胞而显示杀伤活性,且致敏T细胞诱发迟发性超敏反应;壳寡糖激活T淋巴细胞,从而促使巨噬细胞激活因子(MAF)的释放,进而激活巨噬细胞。在激活过程中,巨噬细胞直接被壳寡糖激活又能提高它对MAF的敏感性,使它进一步激活。因此认为壳寡糖的杀伤活性的产生主要是激活T淋巴细胞与巨噬细胞相互作用加强的结果。
4、小米粉:可以开脾胃、补虚损,保护胃黏膜,缓解胃酸过多以及胃痛,有健脾和胃的作用;可以加速体内的新陈代谢,促进消化,加速体内毒素废物的排出,有排毒通便的功效。可以改善皮肤肤色,美白减皱,护肤养颜;小米能够扩张血管,保护血管,预防心脑血管疾病。
5、大米粉:
6、红枣粉:含有多种生物活性物质,如大枣多糖、黄酮类、皂苷类、三萜类、生物碱类、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸乌苷(cGMP)等,对人体有多种保健治病功效。
降胆固醇:红枣粉中所含芦丁有保护毛细血管通畅、防止血管壁脆性增加的功能,对高血压、动脉粥样硬化等病有疗效;所含的黄酮类物质可用于高血压和动脉硬化的治疗和预防。
保肝护肝:红枣粉中的果糖、葡萄糖、低聚糖、酸性多糖参与保肝护肝。红枣可使四氯化碳性肝损伤的家兔血清总蛋白与白蛋白明显增加。同时大枣能提高体内单核细胞的吞噬功能,有保护肝脏、增强体力的作用;红枣中的维生素C及cAMP等,能减轻化学药物对肝脏的损害,并有促进蛋白质合成,增加血清总蛋白含量的作用。
7、银耳粉:能提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝脏功能。它也富有天然植物性胶质,加上它的滋阴作用,长期服用可以润肤,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效。
8、茯苓粉:茯苓的功效有渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神。
9:莲子粉:具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神之功效。常用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。
10、黄原胶:稳定剂、乳化剂、悬浮剂、增稠剂和加工辅助剂
11、麦芽糖醇:新型的甜味剂,广泛用于糖味食品加工中,麦芽糖醇甜度高、热量低、安全性好,原料也比较充足,制造工艺简单,具有其他甜味料所不具备的独特性能。
功能:
⑴非腐蚀性:麦芽糖醇不是产酸的基质,几乎完全不会导致细菌合成不溶性聚糖,所以麦芽糖醇是极难形成龋齿的非腐蚀性新糖质。
⑵不刺激胰岛素的分泌:麦芽糖醇由于难以消化吸收,血糖值上升少,故而对葡萄糖代谢所必须的胰岛素的分泌,没有什么刺激作用,这样一来减少了胰岛素的分泌。
⑶麦芽糖醇由于不会刺激胰岛素分泌,因此可以期望减少体内脂肪的过度积聚。
12、三氯蔗糖:高倍甜味剂,唯一以蔗糖为原料的功能性的甜味剂,可达到蔗糖的甜度约600倍。
功能:能掩蔽维生素以及功能性物质苦味以及涩味,整体效果较好。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有养胃护胃助消化功能的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:猴头菇粉0.5-0.7份、L谷氨酰胺0.7-0.9份、壳寡糖0.1-0.3份、小米粉0.8-1.2份、大米粉2.8-3.2份、红枣粉0.4-0.6份、银耳粉0.4-0.6份、茯苓粉0.2-0.4份、莲子粉0.2-0.4份、黄原胶0.1份、麦芽糖醇2.45-2.65份、三氯蔗糖0.10-0.20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有养胃护胃助消化功能的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:猴头菇粉0.6份、L谷氨酰胺0.8份、壳寡糖0.2份、小米粉1份、大米粉3份、红枣粉0.5份、银耳粉0.5份、茯苓粉0.3份、莲子粉0.3份、黄原胶0.1份、麦芽糖醇2.55份、三氯蔗糖0.15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有养胃护胃助消化功能的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:猴头菇粉0.5份、L谷氨酰胺0.9份、壳寡糖0.1份、小米粉1.2份、大米粉2.8份、红枣粉0.6份、银耳粉0.4份、茯苓粉0.4份、莲子粉0.2份、黄原胶0.1份、麦芽糖醇2.45份、三氯蔗糖0.20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有养胃护胃助消化功能的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:猴头菇粉0.7份、L谷氨酰胺0.7份、壳寡糖0.3份、小米粉0.8份、大米粉3.2份、红枣粉0.4份、银耳粉0.6份、茯苓粉0.2份、莲子粉0.4份、黄原胶0.1份、麦芽糖醇2.65份、三氯蔗糖0.10份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种具有养胃护胃助消化功能的固体饮料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下制作步骤:
1)总混:按照重量份称取原料,并将原料采用双锥混合的方式混合1小时;
2)制软材:取乙醇加水,配制成50-60%的乙醇溶液,备用;另取混合好的物料,置于混合搅拌机中,加入上述乙醇溶液,均匀混入粉中,制备成“捏之成团、触之即散”的软材;
3)制粒:将上述软材过18目筛,制成均匀的颗粒;
4)干燥:将颗粒装入盘中,放入干燥机中,设定温度70-80℃,干燥2-4小时,至水分≤5.0%后出料;
5)整粒:将制备好的颗粒过18目筛整粒,装入洁净袋中,备用;
6)内包:将制备好的颗粒加入小袋包装机中,调整装量,每隔15min测量一次装量,控制装量差异;
7)外包:按照客户要求的数量将内包放入外包装;
8)成品入库:按生产日期摆放,做好标记,常温储存,通风,避免阳光直射。
