According to the scheme of the invention, the three red date beverages prepared in the embodiments 1-3 are processed and produced according to the steps from the first step to the seventh step respectively, and are prepared for testing by adjusting the component amounts of the raw materials and proportioning according to the lowest value, the middle value and the highest value of each component, wherein each group is prepared for 10 persons with hypertension symptoms to drink, and the symptom results are observed, and the results after drinking for two weeks are as follows:
as can be seen from the tables, the formula designed by the invention has the effect of reducing blood pressure, so that the red date beverage has diversified functions and can really meet the requirements of people.
