Abstract
An electric energy meter plug-in with a bypass function comprises at least one group of terminal group, an electric energy meter socket and a short circuit socket, wherein the electric energy meter socket comprises a base and a plug support arranged on the base, the plug support comprises a first cavity which extends inwards from the side surface of the plug support and is formed in the plug support for installing an incoming line terminal or an outgoing line terminal, a second cavity which extends inwards from the other side of the plug support and is communicated with the first cavity for a lead to enter, a lead fixing hole which extends downwards from the top surface of the plug support and is communicated with the first cavity, and a short circuit hole which extends downwards from the top surface of the plug support and is communicated with the second cavity; the short circuit socket comprises a shell and at least one group of conductive pieces arranged on the shell, wherein the conductive pieces comprise two conductive columns which are arranged on the shell at intervals and can be inserted into the short circuit holes to be connected with the conducting wires; when the short circuit socket works, the two conductive columns are respectively inserted into the short circuit holes to be connected with the conducting wires so as to conduct the incoming line terminals and the outgoing line terminals, the bypass function is realized, and the electric energy meter can be replaced under the condition of no power failure.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electric energy meter plug-ins, and particularly relates to an electric energy meter plug-in with a bypass function.
Background
Nowadays, with the large-area application of the smart electric meter and the continuous promotion of the smart electric grid, the service quality of the electric grid to terminal customers is greatly improved, but in the field service process, if the electric meter needs to be replaced, the electric energy supply of the user needs to be disconnected firstly, so that the electricity service quality is necessarily influenced, and sometimes even the user complaints are caused.
The existing electric energy meter plug-in can only solve the plugging problem of the electric energy meter under the condition of no manual wiring, still needs to disconnect the power supply of a user when the meter needs to be changed in maintenance, and cannot solve the problem of changing the electric energy meter under the condition of no power interruption.

the short circuit socket comprises a shell and at least one group of conductive pieces arranged on the shell, wherein the conductive pieces comprise two conductive columns which are arranged on the shell at intervals and can be inserted into the short circuit holes to be connected with the conducting wires;
when the short circuit socket works, the incoming wire and the outgoing wire respectively pass through the second cavity to the first cavity to be connected with the incoming wire terminal and the outgoing wire terminal, and the two conductive columns are respectively inserted into the short circuit holes to be connected with the wires so as to conduct the incoming wire terminal and the outgoing wire terminal.

Furthermore, the shape and size of the incoming line terminal are consistent with that of the outgoing line terminal, and the incoming line terminal comprises a threading cavity which extends inwards from the side surface of the incoming line terminal and is opposite to the second cavity for the lead to enter and a abdicating hole which extends downwards from the top surface of the incoming line terminal and is communicated with the threading cavity and the lead fixing hole.
Furthermore, the incoming line terminal comprises a terminal head capable of being embedded into the first cavity and a terminal post arranged at the front end of the terminal head and capable of being connected with an electric energy meter, and the threading cavity and the lead fixing hole are arranged on the terminal head.
Furthermore, the terminal head is irregular in shape, and the shape of the first cavity is matched with the terminal head.
Further, the length of the terminal head is consistent with that of the first cavity.
Furthermore, the stripping length of the insulating layer of the incoming wire or the outgoing wire is slightly smaller than the sum of the lengths of the threading cavity and the second cavity.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an electric energy meter plug-in with a bypass function includes at least one set of terminal group 1, an electric energy meter socket 2 and a short-circuit socket 3.
The terminal group 1 is detachably arranged in the electric energy meter socket 2 and comprises an incoming line terminal 11 and an outgoing line terminal 12, specifically, the incoming line terminal 11 and the outgoing line terminal 12 are consistent in shape and size, and the incoming line terminal 11 comprises a terminal head 111 and a terminal post 112 arranged at the front end of the terminal head 111 and connected with an electric energy meter; further, terminal head 111 is irregular in shape.
The electric energy meter plug socket 2 comprises a base 21 and a plug support 22 arranged on the base 21 and used for inserting the incoming line terminal 11 or the outgoing line terminal 12, a guide piece 23 used for guiding the electric energy meter to be connected with the incoming line terminal 11 and the outgoing line terminal 12 is arranged on the base 21, the guide piece 23 comprises two guide blocks 231 arranged on the base 21 relatively and a guide groove 232 arranged on the guide blocks 231 and extending outwards, and correspondingly, a clamping block capable of being embedded into the guide groove 232 is arranged on the electric energy meter.
The plug support 22 comprises a first cavity 221 extending inwards from the side surface of the plug support 22 and formed in the plug support 22 for mounting the inlet terminal 11 or the outlet terminal 12, a second cavity 222 extending inwards from the opposite side of the plug support 22 and communicated with the first cavity 221 for leading in the lead wire 4, a lead wire fixing hole 223 extending downwards from the top surface of the plug support 22 and communicated with the first cavity 221, and a short circuit hole 224 extending downwards from the top surface of the plug support 22 and connected with the second cavity 222, and accordingly, the terminal head 111 comprises a threading cavity 113 extending inwards from the side surface of the terminal head and communicated with the threading cavity 113 and the lead wire fixing hole 223, and a relief hole 114 extending downwards from the top surface of the terminal head and communicated with the threading cavity 113 and the lead wire fixing hole 223; when the electric energy meter is connected with the electric energy meter socket 2, the incoming wire and the outgoing wire respectively pass through the corresponding second cavity 222 and move to the threading cavity 113 of the incoming wire terminal 11 or the outgoing wire terminal 12 in the first cavity 111, and at this time, the locking bolt is matched with the wire fixing hole 223 to lock the wire 4, so that the connection of the electric energy meter and the electric energy meter socket 2 is completed.
The aperture of the second cavity 222 is smaller than that of the first cavity 221, which has a limiting effect on the embedded position of the terminal head 111, so that the threading cavity 113 is opposite to the second cavity 222 after the terminal head 111 is installed, and the lead 4 can smoothly enter the threading cavity 113 through the second cavity 222.
The lead fixing hole 223 is located at the front end of the short connection hole 224, and the lead is ensured to exist at the position, opposite to the second cavity 222, of the short connection hole 224 by limiting the relative position of the lead fixing hole 223 and the short connection hole 224, so that the reliability of short connection between the short connection socket 3 and the lead 4 is ensured, and the replacement stability of the electric energy meter is improved; meanwhile, the lead fixing hole 223 is opposite to the first cavity 221, and the incoming terminal 11 or the outgoing terminal 12 and the lead 4 can be fixed through the locking bolt, so that the whole structure is simple, and the installation mode is simple.
The shorting socket 3 comprises a shell 31 and at least one group of conductive elements arranged on the shell 31, the conductive elements comprise two conductive columns 32 which are arranged on the shell 31 at intervals and can be inserted into the shorting hole 224 to be connected with the opposite conductive wire 4, and the number of the conductive elements is consistent with that of the terminal group 1; when the short circuit socket 3 works, the two conductive columns 32 are respectively inserted into the corresponding short circuit holes 224 to be connected with the conducting wire 4 so as to communicate the incoming line terminal 11 with the outgoing line terminal 12, so that a bypass function is realized, the electric energy meter is short-circuited, and the electric energy meter can be replaced under the condition of no power failure.
When the incoming wire and the outgoing wire are used, the stripping length of the insulating layer of the wire 4 is slightly smaller than the sum of the lengths of the threading cavity 113 and the second cavity 222, so that the second cavity 222 can protect the bare wire and meet the insulating requirement.
When the electric energy meter is connected with the electric energy meter socket 2, the incoming wire and the outgoing wire respectively pass through the corresponding second cavity 222 and move to the threading cavity 113 of the incoming wire terminal 11 or the outgoing wire terminal 12 in the first cavity 221, and at this time, the locking bolt is matched with the wire fixing hole 223 to lock the wire 4, so that the connection of the electric energy meter and the electric energy meter socket 2 is completed; when the electric energy meter is changed, insert the electrically conductive post 32 on the short circuit socket 3 short circuit hole 224 in with the wire 4 short circuit, the bypass function is realized to the short circuit electric energy meter, can be under the condition of not cutting off the power supply, change the electric energy meter.
