2. The method of claim 1, wherein the delivering the corresponding tray of left-over items to the delivery opening and opening the delivery opening door in response to a preset pick-up operation input by the user if the user is a package retriever comprises:
acquiring pickup operation which is input by a package retriever and contains pickup permission verification;
and if the pickup authority passes the verification, responding to the pickup operation containing the pickup authority verification, conveying the corresponding remaining article tray to the delivery port and opening the door of the delivery port.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the pickup operation including the pickup right verification input by the package retriever comprises at least one of:
acquiring a code scanning and pickup operation input by a package retriever;
acquiring a pickup code which is input by a parcel retriever and is marked as a pickup but corresponds to the parcel with articles left;
and acquiring the verification code which is input by the package retriever and acquired by a preset mobile terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising, after said issuing a package carry-over reminder to a user:
and in response to the information of the articles not left input by the user, marking the package state as a background taken article but with the articles left so as to display the package state on a management page.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein if the user is a package dispatcher, said responding to a user input of a preset pick-up operation to transport a corresponding tray of left-over items to a delivery opening and open a door of the delivery opening comprises:
and under the condition that the parcel dispatcher keeps in a login state, responding to a pickup operation input by the parcel dispatcher, conveying the corresponding remaining article tray to the delivery port and opening a door of the delivery port.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said pre-set pick-up operation in response to user input, transporting the corresponding legacy item tray to a delivery opening and opening a delivery opening door:
after the user finishes taking out the package marked as taken but with the article left, if the existence of the article left is not detected, the package status is marked as taken.

in response to the information of the articles which are not left and input by the user, the parcel state is marked as a background taken article but the articles are left, so that the parcel state is displayed on a management page;
and sending equipment maintenance information to preset personnel.

if the preset personnel confirm that the cabinet body is provided with the left-over articles, the left-over articles are placed into the tray, and piece taking information corresponding to the left-over articles is sent to the corresponding user in response to piece sending operation input by the preset personnel.
