The invention discloses a cotton quality tracing system which comprises a two-dimensional code identifier, an APP scanning terminal, a raw material management module, a processing enterprise management module, a vehicle query management module, a storage information management module, an information control processor and a quality tracing platform, wherein the two-dimensional code represents and records cotton information, the APP scanning terminal is used for scanning information on the two-dimensional code identifier, the raw material management module is used for recording related information of cotton in a planting process, the processing enterprise management module is used for recording related information of cotton in a processing process, the vehicle storage query management module is used for recording related information of transport vehicles, and the storage information management module is used for recording necessary information in a cotton bale warehousing and storage process. The cotton variety quality tracing system has an information acquisition mechanism in each link of the industry, and uses terminal Internet of things equipment to ensure that the data is real, effective and cannot be falsified, and the effect of increasing the income of growers is increased for the cotton industry by connecting two ends.
