本发明涉及一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,将A、B组分的物料混合均匀即可制得,按重量份数计A、B两组分组成为:A组分为;水性氟碳树脂分散体35‑40份、成膜助剂1‑5份、流平剂0.3‑1.0份、增稠剂0.1‑0.3份、润湿分散剂0.5‑1份、消泡剂0.25‑0.30份、杀菌剂0.20‑0.25份、颜填料25‑40份、水15‑20份;B组分为:钛酸酯偶联剂2‑5份、全氢聚硅氮烷1‑3份。本发明具有更高的硬度,更好的耐酸性、疏水防水性、耐紫外线性能以及更好的去污能力,更加适用于施工要求高和环境更加苛刻的工程中使用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料技术领域,涉及一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法。
背景技术
外墙漆也叫外墙涂料,一般用于外墙,也可以使用于洗手间等高潮湿的地方。外墙涂料的种类很多,可分为强力抗酸碱外墙涂料、纯丙烯酸弹性外墙涂料、有机硅自洁弹性外墙涂料、高级丙烯酸外墙涂料、油性氟碳涂料等。其中纯丙烯酸弹性外墙涂料、高级丙烯酸外墙涂料存在防水、漆膜易老化、发生变色的缺点,有机硅自洁弹性外墙涂料存在硬度低的缺点,油性氟碳涂料虽然性能优异,但存在环保性能差、VOC排放高的缺点。
CN201310620991.9公开了一种耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份乙醇胺、5-10份XG-95、200-250份纳米高岭土、250-300份立德粉、10-20份淀粉、500-600份醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、50-80份丙二醇、30-50份异丙醇、250-300份绢云母、150-200份GR复合钛白颜料、20-30份助剂、250-300份纯净水。该耐候防霉防潮外墙漆料能够抵抗环境界的紫外线,解决漆料褪色、失光的问题,延长漆料的使用寿命,同时具有良好的抗污性、耐摩擦性、抗粉性、耐候性、抗霉变性和防潮性。但是,由于该发明采用醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液为成膜物质,疏水性能、耐酸碱性能稍差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点和不足,本发明旨在提供一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆。
本发明采取以下技术方案,一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,由A、B两组分组成,按重量份数计,A组分为:水性氟碳树脂分散体35-40份、成膜助剂1-5份、流平剂0.3-1.0份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、润湿分散剂0.5-1份、消泡剂0.25-0.30份、杀菌剂0.20-0.25份、颜填料25-40份、水15-20份;B组分为:钛酸酯偶联剂2-5份、全氢聚硅氮烷1-3份。
所述的成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯、丁二醇异辛醚、四甘醇、二羟基正丁基醚中的至少一种。
所述的流平剂为BYK-381、BYK-333、BYK-306中的至少一种。
所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、聚醚系缔合型聚氨酯流变增稠剂、非离子型聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂中的至少一种。
所述的润湿分散剂为TEGO760W、TEGO715W、TEGO750W、TEGO4100、TEGO685中的至少一种。
所述的消泡剂为BYK-038、BYK-035、BYK-037中的至少一种。
所述的杀菌剂为卡松异噻唑啉酮、异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
所述的颜填料为滑石粉、硅石粉、云母粉、磷酸锌、钼酸锌、氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、偏硼酸钡、高岭土、膨润土、钛铁粉、磷铁粉、石墨粉、硼砂、石棉粉、水性色浆中的至少一种。
所述的钛酸酯偶联剂为异丙氧基三硬脂酸钛酸酯、二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)羟乙酸钛、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、三乙氧基环氧异丙基钛酸酯中的至少一种。
按重量份数计,所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体由以下方法制备:
(1)将30-50份含氟软单体、10-15份含氟硬单体、10-15份丙烯酸羟丙酯、5-10份4,4,4-三氟丁烯酸、2-5份引发剂、1-3份巯基乙醇加入至混合釜中,混合均匀,即为滴加液,备用;
(2)通氮气条件下,将30-35份两性溶剂加入至反应釜中,然后加热至110-125℃,向反应釜中缓慢滴加滴加液,4-5h滴加完毕,保温反应2-3h;然后110-125℃补加0.2-0.5份引发剂,继续保温1h;
(3)降温至50-70℃,向其中滴加10-15份二甲基乙醇胺至体系pH为8,减压蒸馏除去溶剂和杂质至体系质量分数大于85%,然后加入60-90份水高速搅拌乳化,即得到所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体。
所述的含氟软单体为七氟正戊烯、五氟正丁烯、丙烯酸十七氟辛酯中的至少一种;所述的硬单体为丙烯酸全氟异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸全氟异冰片酯、五氟苯乙烯中的至少一种;所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯、过氧化环己酮中的至少一种;所述的两性溶剂为乙二醇单丁醚、乙醇、丙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种。
本发明的制备按照常规方法将A、B组分的物料混合均匀即可,本发明尤其适用于水泥墙体、待翻新的瓷砖墙体。
本发明的使用方法:施工前1h,将A、B组分混合均匀,然后通过刷涂或者喷涂施于水泥墙体、待翻新的瓷砖墙体表面即可。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点或有益结果:
本发明选用水性双组分氟碳树脂为成膜物,以钛酸酯偶联剂和全氢聚硅氮烷为固化剂,通过氟碳树脂分散体的羟基与固化剂反应,交联形成三维网状结构。钛酸酯偶联剂交联性能优异,全氢聚硅氮烷固化后具有氮化硅硬度高的特性,主体树脂氟碳树脂具有疏水、耐候、耐酸碱、耐盐雾的优点。本发明选用高沸点的成膜助剂,所述乳胶漆在硬度高的同时,成膜性能好、韧性高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
按重量份数计,一种水性氟碳树脂分散体M由以下方法制备:
(1)将34份七氟正戊烯、12份丙烯酸全氟异冰片酯、11份丙烯酸羟丙酯、7份4,4,4-三氟丁烯酸、3份过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯、2份巯基乙醇加入至混合釜中,混合均匀,即为滴加液,备用;
(2)通氮气条件下,将32份丙二醇单丁醚加入至反应釜中,然后加热至115℃,向反应釜中缓慢滴加滴加液,4.5h滴加完毕,保温反应2.5h;然后115℃补加0.3份过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯,继续保温1h;
(3)降温至60℃,向其中滴加12份二甲基乙醇胺至体系pH为8,减压蒸馏除去溶剂和杂质至体系质量分数大于85%,然后加入80份水高速搅拌乳化,即得到所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体M。
实施例2
按重量份数计,一种水性氟碳树脂分散体N由以下方法制备:
(1)将30份五氟正丁烯、10份甲基丙烯酸全氟异冰片酯、10份丙烯酸羟丙酯、5份4,4,4-三氟丁烯酸、2份过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯、1巯基乙醇加入至混合釜中,混合均匀,即为滴加液,备用;
(2)通氮气条件下,将30份乙醇加入至反应釜中,然后加热至110℃,向反应釜中缓慢滴加滴加液,4h滴加完毕,保温反应2h;然后110℃补加0.2份过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯,继续保温1h;
降温至50℃,向其中滴加10份二甲基乙醇胺至体系pH为8,减压蒸馏除去溶剂和杂质至体系质量分数大于85%,然后加入60份水高速搅拌乳化,即得到所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体N。
实施例3
按重量份数计,一种水性氟碳树脂分散体X由以下方法制备:
(1)将50份丙烯酸十七氟辛酯、15份五氟苯乙烯、15份丙烯酸羟丙酯、10份4,4,4-三氟丁烯酸、5份过氧化环己酮、3份巯基乙醇加入至混合釜中,混合均匀,即为滴加液,备用;
(4)通氮气条件下,将35份丙二醇单丁醚加入至反应釜中,然后加热至125℃,向反应釜中缓慢滴加滴加液,5h滴加完毕,保温反应3h;然后125℃补加0.5份过氧化环己酮,继续保温1h;
(5)降温至70℃,向其中滴加15份二甲基乙醇胺至体系pH为8,减压蒸馏除去溶剂和杂质至体系质量分数大于85%,然后加入90份水高速搅拌乳化,即得到所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体X。
实施例4
一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,由A、B两组分组成,按重量份数计,A组分为:水性氟碳树脂分散体M36份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯3份、BYK-3810.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.18份、TEGO 760W 0.7份、BYK-038 0.28份、卡松异噻唑啉酮0.22份、滑石粉32份、水18份;B组分为:四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯4份、全氢聚硅氮烷1.7份。
实施例5
一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,由A、B两组分组成,按重量份数计,A组分为;水性氟碳树脂分散体N35份、二羟基正丁基醚1份、BYK-333 1.0份、非离子型聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂0.3份、TEGO 715W 0.5份、BYK-035 0.25份、异噻唑啉酮0.25份、三聚磷酸铝40份、水15份;B组分为:异丙氧基三硬脂酸钛酸酯2份、全氢聚硅氮烷3份。
实施例6
一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,由A、B两组分组成,按重量份数计,A组分为;水性氟碳树脂分散体X40份、四甘醇5份、BYK-306 0.3份、聚醚系缔合型聚氨酯流变增稠剂0.1份、TEGO 6851份、BYK-037 0.30份、甲基异噻唑啉酮.0.2份、石棉粉25份、水20份;B组分组成为:三乙氧基环氧异丙基钛酸酯5份、全氢聚硅氮烷1份。
实施例4-6的制备按照常规方法将A、B组分的物料混合均匀即可;使用方法:施工前1h,将实施例4-6的A、B组分混合均匀,然后通过刷涂施于水泥墙体表面。
以市售单组分硅丙外墙乳胶漆作对比例,相同条件下,将市售单组分硅丙外墙乳胶漆通过刷涂施于水泥墙体表面,完全干燥后实施例4-6和对比例性能测试数据如下表1。

由表1可以看出实施例和对比例均具有较好的柔韧性、附着力、耐水性、耐碱性,但本发明实施例具有更高的硬度,更好的耐酸性、疏水防水性、耐紫外线性能以及更好的去污能力,本发明的综合性能更好,更加适用于施工要求高和环境更加苛刻的工程中使用。

A组分为:水性氟碳树脂分散体35-40份、成膜助剂1-5份、流平剂0.3-1.0份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、润湿分散剂0.5-1份、消泡剂0.25-0.30份、杀菌剂0.20-0.25份、颜填料25-40份、水15-20份;
B组分为:钛酸酯偶联剂2-5份、全氢聚硅氮烷1-3份;
按重量份数计,所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体由以下方法制备:
(1)将30-50份含氟软单体、10-15份含氟硬单体、10-15份丙烯酸羟丙酯、5-10份4,4,4-三氟丁烯酸、2-5份引发剂、1-3份巯基乙醇加入至混合釜中,混合均匀,即为滴加液,备用;
通氮气条件下,将30-35份两性溶剂加入至反应釜中,然后加热至110-125℃,向反应釜中缓慢滴加滴加液,4-5h滴加完毕,保温反应2-3h;然后110-125℃补加0.2-0.5份引发剂,继续保温1h;
降温至50-70℃,向其中滴加10-15份二甲基乙醇胺至体系pH为8,减压蒸馏除去溶剂和杂质至体系质量分数大于85%,然后加入60-90份水高速搅拌乳化,即得到所述的水性氟碳树脂分散体。

5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的润湿分散剂为TEGO 760W、TEGO 715W、TEGO 750W 、TEGO 4100、TEGO 685中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为BYK-038、BYK-035、BYK-037中的至少一种;所述的杀菌剂为卡松异噻唑啉酮、异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的颜填料为滑石粉、硅石粉、云母粉、磷酸锌、钼酸锌、氧化铁红、三聚磷酸铝、偏硼酸钡、高岭土、膨润土、钛铁粉、磷铁粉、石墨粉、硼砂、石棉粉、水性色浆中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的钛酸酯偶联剂为异丙氧基三硬脂酸钛酸酯、二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)羟乙酸钛、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、三乙氧基环氧异丙基钛酸酯中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐候双组分外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的含氟软单体为七氟正戊烯、五氟正丁烯、丙烯酸十七氟辛酯中的至少一种;所述的硬单体为丙烯酸全氟异冰片酯、甲基丙烯酸全氟异冰片酯、五氟苯乙烯中的至少一种;所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化新癸酸叔丁酯、过氧化环己酮中的至少一种;所述的两性溶剂为乙二醇单丁醚、乙醇、丙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种。
