(1) respectively weighing 0.15 part of boric acid, 0.1 part of methyl acrylate, 3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 50 parts of distilled water in parts by weight, adding the weighed materials into a four-hole bottle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer, a temperature bath kettle and a dropping device, and stirring and dissolving at 85 ℃;
(2) weighing 5 parts by weight of 10% sodium hydroxide solution, dropwise adding the sodium hydroxide solution into the solution prepared in the step (1), keeping the temperature at 85 ℃ in the dropwise adding process, continuously stirring at a constant speed, reacting for 2-4 hours, and standing for 1 hour after dropwise adding is finished to obtain an anti-settling thixotropic agent solution;
(3) and (3) weighing 80 parts by weight of silica fume as a carrier, uniformly placing the carrier in a fluidized bed, weighing 20 parts by weight of the anti-settling thixotropic agent solution prepared in the step (2), adding the anti-settling thixotropic agent solution into high-pressure spraying equipment, and uniformly spraying the anti-settling thixotropic agent solution on the carrier silica fume by using the high-pressure spraying equipment to prepare the anti-settling thixotropic agent composite material.

The special auxiliary agent for the coal gangue mechanism sand mortar of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the special auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of an anti-settling thixotropic agent composite material, 5 parts of a bleeding inhibitor, 5-7 parts of a thickener hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with the viscosity of 10 ten thousand, 6-7 parts of a thickener hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with the viscosity of 7.5 ten thousand, 4-5 parts of a thickener hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with the viscosity of 4 ten thousand, 10 parts of an air entraining agent and 10 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent; the air entraining agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate.

(4) and (3) adding 55-65 parts of the anti-settling thixotropic agent composite material prepared in the step (3), 4-7 parts of a bleeding inhibitor, 5-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a thickener with the viscosity of 10 ten thousand, 3-7 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a thickener with the viscosity of 7.5 ten thousand, 4-7 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a thickener with the viscosity of 4 ten thousand, 8-15 parts of an air entraining agent and 8-11 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain the special auxiliary agent for the coal gangue machine-made sand mortar.
