as shown in fig. 1-11, when water needs to be drained, the second motor 42 is started first, then the belt 421 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the output shaft of the second motor 42, so that the winding roller 433 rotates to wind the sling 54, then the sluice 51 is movably connected with the drain pipe 5, so that the sluice 51 moves upward at a constant speed, the sluice 51 is opened, and meanwhile, the force on the movable column 53113 is buffered by the sliding of the movable block 53111 in the buffer 5311, and the resistance when the sluice 51 is opened is reduced by the buffering of the spring column 53112 and the pressure spring 53114.
