A sewage treatment and recovery device based on CMCC comprises a box body (1) and a plurality of support columns (2) arranged at the lower end of the box body (1), wherein a water inlet connector (3) is arranged at the upper end of the box body (1), a water outlet connector (4) is arranged at the lower end of the box body (1), and the sewage treatment and recovery device is characterized in that a rotary column (5) is connected in the box body (1) in a rotating way, a case (6) is arranged at the upper end of the box body (1), a driving component for driving the rotary column (5) to rotate is arranged in the case (6), a plurality of filter plates (12) fixedly connected with the rotary column (5) are fixedly arranged in the box body (1), a scraping component for scraping impurities from the filter plates (12) is arranged in the box body (1), a partition plate (20) is fixedly connected in the box body (1), a plurality of through holes (23) are arranged on the partition plate (20), be equipped with the intercommunication subassembly of sealed through-hole (23) and flocculation liquid in the transportation liquid reserve tank (21) in box (1), baffle (20) downside is equipped with a plurality of stirring posts (34) with rotary column (5) fixed connection, be equipped with in box (1) and make flocculation liquid and sewage misce bene's foaming subassembly.

The CMCC-based sewage treatment and recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a wireless receiver (7), a servo controller (8), a motor (9), a driving gear (10) and a driven gear (11), the wireless receiver (7), the servo controller (8) and the motor (9) are all arranged in the case (6), the output end of the motor (9) is fixedly connected with the driving gear (10), the driving gear (10) is meshed with the driven gear (11), and the driven gear (11) is fixedly connected with a rotary column (5) extending into the case (6).
3. The CMCC-based wastewater treatment and recovery device of claim 1, wherein the plurality of filter plates (12) have a uniform decreasing pore size from top to bottom, and the filter plates (12) have a semi-circular outer contour.

The CMCC-based sewage treatment recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the scraping component comprises an internal gear (13), an external gear (14), a connecting column (15) and a scraper (16), the internal gear (13) is fixedly connected with the rotating column (5), the internal gear (13) is meshed with the external gear (14), the external gear (14) is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting column (15), the other end of the connecting column (15) is fixedly connected with the scraper (16), the scraper (16) is arranged inside the filter plate (12), and the shape of the scraper (16) is matched with the inner contour of the filter plate (12).

The CMCC-based sewage treatment and recovery device according to claim 4, wherein the upper side of the outer gear (14) is slidably connected with a fixing ring (18), the outer gear (14) is provided with a ring groove (19) for the fixing ring (18) to slide, the fixing ring (18) is fixedly connected with the box body (1), the cross section profiles of the fixing ring (18) and the ring groove (19) are inverted T-shaped, and the box body (1) is provided with a rotary groove (17) for the inner gear (13), the outer gear (14) and the connecting column (15) to rotate.

The CMCC-based sewage treatment and recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the communication assembly comprises a sealing plate (24), a moving groove (25), an electric push rod (26), a through hole (27) and a connecting hole (28), the sealing plate (24) is slidably connected with a partition plate (20), the moving groove (25) for the sealing plate (24) to slide is arranged in the partition plate (20), the electric push rod (26) is arranged in the moving groove (25), the output end of the electric push rod (26) is fixedly connected with the sealing plate (24), the through hole (27) is arranged on the sealing plate (24), the connecting hole (28) communicated with the through hole (27) is arranged in the sealing plate (24), and the moving groove (25) is communicated with the liquid storage tank (21).
7. The CMCC-based sewage treatment recycling device according to claim 6, wherein the moving groove (25) is provided with a sealing ring (30) slidably connected with the sealing plate (24).
8. The CMCC-based sewage treatment recovery device according to claim 1, wherein a flow meter (29) is arranged in the liquid storage tank (21), and a liquid feeding port (22) is arranged on the upper side of the liquid storage tank (21).

The CMCC-based sewage treatment and recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the foaming component comprises a hot air pump (31), a connecting pipe (32), a vertical cavity (33), a transverse cavity (35), a vertical hole (36) and a filter block (37), the hot air pump (31) is arranged at the upper end of the case (6), the vertical cavity (33) is arranged in the rotary column (5), the output end of the hot air pump (31) is communicated with the connecting pipe (32), the connecting pipe (32) extends into the vertical cavity (33) of the rotary column (5) and is rotatably connected with the rotary column (5), the transverse cavity (35) is arranged in the stirring column (34) and is communicated with the vertical cavity (33), a plurality of vertical holes (36) communicated with the transverse cavity (35) are arranged on the stirring column (34), and the filter block (37) is arranged in the vertical hole (36).
