3. The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 2 further comprising a dosing assembly, wherein the dosing assembly comprises a dosing barrel, a stirring rod and a driving structure;
the dosing barrel comprises a barrel body and a barrel cover which are arranged in a matched mode, a dosing port and a water feeding port are formed in the barrel cover, a water outlet is formed in the lower portion of the barrel body, and the water outlet is communicated with a water inlet pipe of the coagulation vortex device;
the driving structure is installed on the barrel cover, one end of the stirring rod is connected with the driving structure, and the other end of the stirring rod is inserted into the barrel body.

The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the coagulation vortex device comprises two first coagulation screw devices and two second coagulation screw devices; the first coagulation spiral device is positioned above the second coagulation spiral device, a water outlet pipe of the first coagulation spiral device is communicated with a water inlet pipe of the second coagulation spiral device, and a water outlet pipe of the second coagulation spiral device is communicated with an inlet of the ceramic ultrafiltration box;
the dosing assemblies are two and are respectively communicated with the water inlet pipes of the coagulation vortex devices.

The unpowered agitating sewage treatment apparatus of claim 1 wherein the ceramic ultrafiltration section comprises a mounting frame and a ceramic ultrafiltration membrane; the mounting rack is polyhedral; one side surface of the mounting rack is a mounting surface and is suitable for arranging an outlet of the ceramic ultrafiltration part; and the other side surfaces of the mounting rack are formed by enclosing the ceramic ultrafiltration membrane.

The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the purified water recovery unit is tubular, and an ultrafiltration membrane is arranged inside the tubular; the purified water recovery device is connected with an outlet of the ceramic ultrafiltration part through a communicating pipe.
7. The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 6, further comprising an ultrafiltration water pump located on the communication pipe and adapted to pump the liquid filtered by the ceramic ultrafiltration section into the clean water recovery unit.
8. The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 7, further comprising a first return pipe connected between the clean water recovery device and the ceramic ultrafiltration tank and adapted to return viscous liquid obtained by ultrafiltration membrane filtration of the clean water recovery device to the ceramic ultrafiltration tank.
9. The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a stacked screw sludge dewatering machine and a screw pump; the screw pump is connected between the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine and the outlet of the box body of the ceramic ultrafiltration box and is suitable for conveying solid obtained by solid-liquid separation of sewage passing through the ceramic ultrafiltration box; the spiral-stacked sludge dewatering machine is suitable for dewatering the solid conveyed by the screw pump.

The unpowered stirring sewage treatment device according to claim 9, further comprising a second return pipe connected between the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine and the stirring barrel, wherein the second return pipe is adapted to return liquid obtained by dewatering treatment of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine to the stirring barrel.
