Claims (4)

1. The mask production method is characterized in that the mask production method is completed by using mask production equipment, so that the production of masks is realized; the production method of the facial mask comprises the following steps:
A) the facial mask produced and packaged is conveyed through the conveying device and enters the measuring grooves (2) one by one, the dividing disc (1) is driven to rotate through the external driving device to drive the measuring grooves (2) to rotate, when the dividing disc (1) rotates, the first chain wheel (20) is driven to rotate, the first chain wheel (20) drives the second chain wheel (21) to rotate through the chain, namely one of the driving belt wheels (6) is driven to rotate, and the three driving belt wheels (6) synchronously rotate through the conveying belt, so that the driving action of the conveying belt is realized;
B) a plurality of sealing covers (8) matched with the measuring grooves (2) are uniformly arranged on the conveying belt, so that when the dividing plate (1) drives the measuring grooves (2) to rotate to the right side position, one sealing cover (8) on the conveying belt plays a role in sealing the measuring grooves (2) under the action of the arc limiting plate (7), and meanwhile, the sealing effect on the measuring grooves (2) is relieved when the measuring grooves (2) move to the lowest side position;
C) when the sealing cover (8) seals the measuring groove (2), the vacuum pump (4) works, the air exhaust pipe (5) is utilized to vacuumize the measuring groove (2), meanwhile, the two micro electric push rods (14) work to drive the moving rod (11) to move to push the sponge roller (10), the sponge roller (10) supports the packaged facial mask on the sealing cover (8), the driving motor (12) works at the same time, the driving rod (13) drives the moving rod (11) to rotate, and then the sponge roller (10) is driven to rotate, essence in the facial mask package is uniformly ground, and meanwhile, the complete sealing performance of the package is measured in an auxiliary mode;
D) the measuring tank (2) is internally provided with a sensor for sensing whether the package is complete or not, when the measuring tank (2) moves to the lowest side position, the sealing cover (8) is not sealed any more, so that the mask packaging bag falls into the material receiving funnel (9) from the measuring tank (2), and then is guided out through the guide square pipe (15), and according to the sensing result of the sensor, the first servo motor (19) works to change the branch square pipe (16) sealed by the sealing plate (17), thereby playing a role in screening;
E) when the package leaks, essence can leak out, the essence is absorbed due to the action of the sponge disc (22) and the sponge roller (10) arranged on the closing cover (8), the treatment is needed to avoid influencing the subsequent inspection, and when the soaked sponge disc (22) moves to a specific position along with the conveyor belt, the external driving device stops working;
F) one of the hydraulic telescopic rods (29) stretches and retracts and grabs the clean sponge disc (22) from the box body (31) through the mechanical claw (28), the hydraulic telescopic rod (29) corresponding to the soaked sponge disc (22) stretches and retracts and is detached through the mechanical claw (28), then the second servo motor (27) works to drive the clean sponge disc (22) to rotate and move to the position of the sealing cover (8), and the hydraulic telescopic rod (29) is used for buckling the clean sponge disc (22) on the sealing cover (8); meanwhile, when the measuring groove (2) moves to the left side of the dividing plate (1), the measuring groove passes through the arc-shaped cover (23), and a plurality of drying fans (24) in the arc-shaped cover dry the inside of the measuring groove (2) and the sponge roller (10);
