本发明公开了一种抗菌熔喷布,包括第一纺粘层、第二纺粘层、第一加强筋、第二加强筋和熔喷层,所述第一纺粘层的一侧连接有第二纺粘层,且第二纺粘层的内部设置有第一加强筋和第二加强筋,所述第二纺粘层的一侧连接有熔喷层,且熔喷层的表面开设有凹槽,所述熔喷层的一侧连接有封层,且封层的一侧连接有透气层,所述透气层的一侧连接有抗菌层,且抗菌层的表面固定有凸块,并且抗菌层的一侧连接有耐磨层。该抗菌熔喷布,熔喷层的内部设置有凹槽,且凹槽的内部填充有纳米银离子,利用封层将纳米银离子锁定在熔喷层的内部,可以在使用的过程中缓慢持久的释放微离子,大大提高了整体的抗菌作用和抗菌的持久性。

本发明涉及熔喷布相关技术领域,具体为一种抗菌熔喷布。
背景技术
熔喷布具有独特的毛细结构的超细纤维增加单位面积纤维的数量和表面积,过滤性、屏蔽性、绝热性和吸油性都较为优异,是口罩最核心的材料,被广泛的用于空气、液体过滤材料、隔离材料、吸纳材料、保暖材料、吸油材料及擦拭布等领域中,但是现有的熔喷布还存在一定缺陷。
现有的熔喷布结构较为简单,抗菌性能较差,在使用中易受到有害微生物的污染,进而降低了熔喷布的过滤效果,且现有熔喷布表面耐用性较差,随着使用时间的增加,表面会出现磨损起球的现象,影响了熔喷布整体的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌熔喷布,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的熔喷布结构较为简单,抗菌性能较差,表面耐用性较差,表面易出现磨损起球的现象,影响了熔喷布整体使用寿命的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗菌熔喷布,包括第一纺粘层、第二纺粘层、第一加强筋、第二加强筋和熔喷层,所述第一纺粘层的一侧连接有第二纺粘层,且第二纺粘层的内部设置有第一加强筋和第二加强筋,并且第一加强筋和第二加强筋的外表面均固定有聚氨酯涂层,所述第二纺粘层的一侧连接有熔喷层,且熔喷层的表面开设有凹槽,并且凹槽的内部安装有纳米银粒子,所述熔喷层的一侧连接有封层,且封层的一侧连接有透气层,并且透气层的内部开设有透气孔,所述透气层的一侧连接有抗菌层,且抗菌层的表面固定有凸块,并且抗菌层的一侧连接有耐磨层。
优选的,所述第二纺粘层的内部等间距排列有第一加强筋和第二加强筋,且第一加强筋和第二加强筋呈交叉分布,并且第一加强筋和第二加强筋的直径相同。
优选的,所述熔喷层与透气层关于封层的中心点对称设置,且封层的厚度小于熔喷层和透气层的厚度。
优选的,所述凹槽设置为矩形状结构,且凹槽与纳米银粒子为卡合连接,并且纳米银粒子与封层为贴合连接。
优选的,所述透气层的内部等间距开设有透气孔,且透气孔的中心线与第一加强筋和第二加强筋的中心线位于同一纵向竖直线。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该抗菌熔喷布:
1.熔喷层的内部设置有凹槽,且凹槽的内部填充有纳米银离子,利用封层将纳米银离子锁定在熔喷层的内部,可以在使用的过程中缓慢持久的释放微离子,大大提高了整体的抗菌作用和抗菌的持久性;
2.设置有罗布麻纤维材质的抗菌层,能够进一步优化装置的抗菌效果,抗菌层的表面设置有凸块和耐磨层,凸块能够增加耐磨层与抗菌层之间的接触面积,避免出现分层的现象,耐磨层可以提高装置表面的耐用性,避免出现磨损起球的现象,有利于延长装置的使用寿命;
3.第二纺粘层的内部交叉设置有第一加强筋和第二加强筋,能够增加装置内部的结构强度,使装置能够更好的抵御纵向的拉力,透气层内部等间距设置的透气孔,可以形成较好的气体交换通道,避免使用时出现闷热的现象。

工作原理:在使用该抗菌熔喷布时,根据图1-4所示,该熔喷布在生产时,先将模头喷丝孔挤出的熔喷丝直接覆盖在第一纺粘层1的表面,当熔喷丝叠加到一定厚度后,依次将第一加强筋3和第二加强筋4放置在熔喷丝的表面,再继续叠加熔喷丝,第一加强筋3和第二加强筋4与两侧叠加的熔喷丝一同组成了第二纺粘层2,第一加强筋3设置为碳纤维材质,第二加强筋4设置为竹炭纤维材质,具有较好的强度,第一加强筋3和第二加强筋4的表面均涂覆有聚氨酯涂层5,可以提升第一加强筋3和第二加强筋4的耐用性,第一纺粘层1和第二纺粘层2粘接完成后,再在第一纺粘层1和第二纺粘层2的表面覆盖出熔喷层6,然后使用压印辊在熔喷层6的表面压印出凹槽7,此时可以将纳米银粒子8填充至进凹槽7的内部,继续将模头喷丝孔挤出的熔喷丝覆盖在纳米银粒子8的表面形成封层9,利用封层9的遮盖作用,可以在使用的过程中让纳米银粒子8持久缓慢的释放微离子;
封层9制作完成后,在封层9的表面粘接上设置有透气孔11的竹纤维材质的透气层10,透气层10粘接完成后,继续粘接上抗菌层12和凸块13,最后在抗菌层12和凸块13的表面粘接耐磨层14,耐磨层14设置为氨纶纤维材质,具有较好的弹性、耐汗性和耐磨性,可以在装置表面起到较好的防护作用,抗菌层12的表面固定有硅胶材质的凸块13,凸块13可以增加抗菌层12和耐磨层14之间连接的紧密性,避免在使用的过程中出现分层的现象,有利于提高装置的使用寿命,增加了整体的实用性。
